Got bumped twice for the site visit, I made time from work to allow this and they were a no show. Finally third time, they came (45mins late as well). up with the panels. This was something I did tell him originally as one of the other installers said the same thing. All up I wasted 4-5 weeks, meaning I might miss out of the rebate if I try to go back to one of the other installer. Solar Worx will say, they don't want to install something that may damage my roof. Might be true but my experience with them, I felt like I have been dicked around because they were too busy or on holidays (didn't tell me when I first called him, only told me after he was away). I would be very wary of going with these.
When we decided to install solar batteries to complement the solar panels, once again, we did not hestitate to contact Solar Worx. As anticipated the process was very straightforward and along the way, for a relatively small investment, we ended up with a decent upgrade. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, and I have put a bunch of my family and friends onto them for their installs and they are all having the same great experience I have.

good pricing and options. I chose the Neovolt battery option and confirmed the quote acceptance. Rob told me it could take from 3 to 4 weeks due to battery supply but we got our battery delivered within 10 days and then the installation was done on the 12th day. Bazza who coordinated the delivery logistics and implementation team was so very responsive and kept giving regular updates. Finally the implementation team of Liam and Nelis did such a clean job and educated me on the entire setup and also setup and configured the Neovolt app on my phone. Overall a very clean installation and good pricing as well. Thanks Rob, Bazza and Solar worx team.

installation of the products, I was incredibly impressed. I decided to go with them on Friday, Monday morning the products were delivered and by 4pm that day the installation was complete. All I can say is the installation team exceeded my expectations. From the moment they arrived to setup until they left, everything was tidy, took all the rubbish and cardboard etc with them and also vacuumed any debris they created during the install. The products installed were as described and the high end brands they quoted. I think I’ve said more than enough. I’ll let the photos do the rest of the talking.

the next week, Dylan and his crew were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and did some quality work on what would of been a difficult install. As an electrician myself I did check a couple of things but could not fault them.
Dylan even came back at no charge and helped us hook up the inverter to our wifi so we could monitor our usage and what we were generating via an app on our phones.
We found the whole process very easy with Robs help, and the installers were very considerate of the fact we had young children running around. We did get other quotes and not only was Solar Worx’s quote very competitive we knew we were getting a quality install. Overall very happy and would definitely use them again.

On the day of installations, the installers turned up, advised us at to where the inverter would go and as to how the cable run would be and all about what they’d be doing. After 6 months of monitoring the system after the install and commissioning, I decided to leave a word as to how good these people are and happy to see that there are still businesses around that care for the client and work on their wants and needs.
