This company is disgraceful. My battery was installed 4 months ago and doesn't work. I have sent dozens of emails and phone calls. They are completely uncontactable once your system is in. Please go else where, do not give these conmen your money.

Stay a way from this terrible retailer as far as possible. They have no after-sale support at all, despite all the warranty they have in the contract. Once they reveice the money, they are long gone. whenever it suits them. At one point, they falsely claimed my grid application was rejected, but when I confronted them, they suddenly admitted it was actually approved. Then, they made another excuse about the inverter, saying it couldn’t be installed on a certain wall due to “insufficient strength.” I offered an alternative wall, sent them clear photos, and still, they kept stalling.

They have zero customer service, zero accountability, and zero integrity. Worst of all, after all this time-wasting, they refuse to return my deposit, so I am now raising a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I have also started a formal complaint with Australian Consumer Law because they are in breach of contract.

Honestly, I don’t know how this company is still in business. They are scammers—stay far away! Don't waste your time, money, or energy dealing with these frauds. Learn from my mistake!

finalized, David and Eva Wilson worked out a plan and scheduled the installation within reasonable time frame. Calvin Smith from the installation team also guided properly on the installation location and the process. The installation contractor Ken and his team did an excellent job and completed the work in less than a day. It has been about 6 weeks since the installation and after initial few weeks of constant rain, the system output is now excellent and the battery backup means practically very little or no grid supply. solaris tech was very professional and helpful when choosing my solar battery, installation of tge battery was carried out without any problems and since the install of my 30KW battery as long as there is sun I have not imported any power from grid up to date very happy.

total scam from Solaristech. Paid deposit in May 2025 for the battery. Took my deposit and no response for messages, calls and emails. strongly recommend to stay away from Solaristech and dont trust Andy.

Only gave one star because I couldn't give zero. They took deposit (great experience up to that point), then obfiscated, delayed and eventually would not return phone calls or emails. A complaint to Fair Trading at least resulted in refund of my deposit.

Solaris Tech took deposit money. Battery installation was scheduled first at the end of July and later postponed to the end of September. No money , no solar system battery, multiple e-mails, phone calls with no answers. Really bad experience.

I’ve lodged a case against this company with Fair Trading and am preparing to take the matter to NCAT. They took a deposit for a solar battery system that was never installed and have failed to refund the money despite multiple requests. I’ve also noticed other reviews with similar complaints. I got 30 KW battery with 10 kw hybrid inverter but giving issues since day one. Cheap products they use. My system is off for a week. It was installed 10 days back only. Unhappy but I won't mind to take them to ACCC or court if it's not replaced by better brand.

Misleading, Unreliable, and Unprofessional. Paid for a 10kW solar + battery system — got 6.6kW with a faulty inverter and no battery. They refused a site visit, promised it was a “simple job,” then changed the story onsite. Constant delays, lies, and ignored calls. Only offered a small credit after weeks of chasing. I’ve filed complaints and am pursuing legal action. Avoid at all costs.

Paid a $250 deposit for solar and the company has ghosted me. Nearly 6 weeks of trying to contact them and they won’t respond. My partner previously got solar installed and had no problem. We both paid $250 each and have not heard back since. Seems like they have gone bust but are still taking people’s money.

I installed a 9.975kW solar system through Solaris Tech and had a terrible experience. by them, I requested a meter inspection, and the inspector found and fixed the wrong connection made during installation. I sent Solaris the inspection report, but they still failed to respond properly. Because of their poor installation, my electricity bill increased by around $1,000 instead of saving money. Note: My bills went up after installing solar due to their mistake. Very disappointing service.
