Throughout the installation process, the company's team was punctual, efficient, and respectful of my property. They worked diligently to install the solar panels, ensuring everything was secure and aesthetically pleasing. The installers were skilled professionals who displayed a high level of craftsmanship and attention to details. system works brilliantly, was affordable and communications between management and me were exemplary. No-one likes issues with any installation, but, unfortunately, on rare occasions accidents happen. I initially thought "Oh God, here comes a protracted bun fight". But NO! Bill and his team were very helpful, accommodating and communicative. At NO TIME was there any angst or awkward stand-offs. Solarmatic did what they said they would do, with efficiency and professionalism. I am so impressed with Solarmatic that I have commissioned them to install another skylight, and would gladly recommend them for Solar Installation. helpful, the installation was completed in one day and everything working good as it should, would have given 5 stars except for the electrician running a conduit down the outside of the wall to the Inverter box which looks a little unsightly, instead of down the inside cavity of the wall, he did ask me if there was access down the inside of the wall from the roof, I asked if he wanted me to check with my builder but he then said I will have to run a conduit down the outside of the wall to the Inverter box, not sure whether this was necessary or just easier for them to do that.

Update, had a phone call from Emil at the office of Solarmatic, he spoke with the electrician who did the installation and confirmed that the conduit on the outside of the wall was necessary because of the construction material used on the upper wall of the house and no inside access for the wiring. So I have added the extra star for an Excellent rating for Solarmatic.

Excellent product and customer service – We had the solar panels installed last year and have been happy to be saving some money when the energy companies keep putting up their prices. Both the installers and the sales consultant Bell have been excellent. Bell knows what he's talking about and easily answered an after sales question today - really helpful and happy with the service.

8 months in and zero issues – Installed our system about 8 months ago. Simply works. I give it no more thought than I do my refrigerator. It just does its thing and the results show in our quarterly power bill. Solarmatic know their stuff. Clean install of a quality solar package. I spent a bit extra for a Fronius inverter and REC panels. Well worth the comparably trivial additional cost.

Suggest you go elsewhere – Rang and told them solar wasn't working properly as we had no solar buy-back on our last bill which is very unusual . They organised a tech to come out on the Saturday for a system check. Waited around Saturday but no tech, I had to ring, and they rescheduled for Monday. Tech came out and said there was a blown fuse on the roof. He did not have a fuse and would not get one to replace it, saying he was only performing a $200 system check.

Highly Recommended – I have the company installed a 6.6kw last year in Bardia So far, everything has been running perfectly. Yesterday, I thought there was a technical issue after randomly checking the output level. You may find a cheaper installer. However, when engaging something like this, I strongly recommended you go with a decent one. It is a 10 year+ warranty product and you really want to deal with someone like Solarmatic

A few hundreds (or thousand) dollar cheaper is not worth it in the lifespan of 10 years+, if your solar is broken down, bad after-sale service/ support or even worse, causing fire on your roof like some articles on the news recently.

Bell customer service is superb – Panel installer is friendly and Bell is very helpful. The company is very prompt and workmanship is top. Bell is very helpful, friendly with the process until works is completed.

Great product – I used Solarmatic to have my solar panels installed I have found them to be a very reliable company who cares about their customers. I had trouble with my Internet connection from the PV Inverter to my iPhone and they were there fixing it as soon as the new part was available.
