just a number he was patient & didnt rush the job but made sure it was working correctly & was happy to answer any questions he also followed up with an email so my partner could be informed as my translating isnt great. Now just waiting on electrician to come back tomorrow to tidy up the new ethernet cable the Solax technician replaced.

I noticed some comments regarding quality concerns, which made me a bit nervous. Even though it’s rated IP66, I’ve done my best to install it in a safe spot protected from the sun and rain. I’m looking after it like a prized possession to ensure it stays in top shape.
I wish this system run well in next 10 years since it's a big investment for me.

Installed their solar inverter on our property. Failed and relay broke within warranty period. They replaced the item and paid for the installation which was great to see. BUT my concern though is - why is the product breaking within the warranty period? If these products are not made to a high quality standard then I assume unfortunately my replaced solar inverter will fail shortly after warranty expires. Be wary with this brand. Show details

Just spoke to a representative. She informed me my dongle doesn't work because it cannot use a 5g network and needed to be on a 2.4g network. The dongle did work on the 5g network until a storm. I would not recommend this product. 12 months in and already changed an inverter after last one had a relay fault. Took ages more than a month for them to replace it and more errors and problems trying to get this inverter to work. And forget about talking to someone who has a small grasp of the English language. Mine broke and needed replacing after 7 years. Ive been told inverters should last 20+ years. You don't get much choice when you order a complete system but it might be worth getting a slightly more expensive one and have it last longer.
