Works then stops working. I paid top dollar for full monitoring and works on average 1 day out of 3. Can't get a call answered from 1300 number. They suck
Had a solax inverter installed it failed within a year, solax sent out another it worked for one day and then also failed. I cannot get the installer to come and fix it so I called a local electrician he has tried repeatedly to get it going with no success. Now my installer is ignoring me! Do not buy solax inverters it's an appalling useless product with zero help from the installation company.
Ok while it is working..

Still waiting for replacement as it is under warranty. Over 6 weeks later, still waiting. No ongoing informative communcation from provider or Solax.

Solax Inverter - Excellent & Trustworthy Brand
Solax 5kw Boost inverter was installed by Arise Solar. Installation was done promptly and System is working efficiently from the day one.
I can surely say that Solax is 100% Trustful Brand.
Thanks to Arise Solar for guiding me for product selection.
Exelent second level support
While I have huge problems with Euro Solar, my solar company, I can only compliment Tariq Ali from Solex Power for extremely professional service I had recieved from him at several occasion. Well done Tariq.
After Sale Warranty Support.
2/1/19 reported my solar sytem CT fault to Energy Options their agent. And now after 15 registered requests and many phone calls thru agents and then manufacturer direct, system still down and past 2 weeks all calls ignored
Unit last 9 days before major malfuction
My solar system was installed 31/08/2018. On Sunday 09/09/18 it stopped working stating grid fault and CT error. I contacted installer who analyzed the device and advised it will need to be replaced. So here i am with a new solar system that is not functioning due to the solax inverter failing. I would not recommend.
Annoyed and disappointed
I also bought a WiFi "Pocket" to be attached to the inverter to see if the solar system is working. My second system is a Sungrow inverter and the WiFi stick was also added to it on the same day about 9 months ago and it works faultlessly.
My Solax inverter does not have a digital display showing its power generation, only lights which are supposed to indicate it is working. I do not know what it has contributed over the last 9 months.
Many, many emails have been exchanged especially over the last 3 months, and still no success. Emails must...

From Memory you need to log into your inverter via the IP Address and place your wifi details in it for the internet... After that you then go to the Solax Portal and create an account and enter you S152XXXXX number so it can be accessed remotely.. You will also need to download an app for solax on your smart phone and use the details IE solax portal username and password you created when setting up account to access your inverter via the smart phone..
hi have a solax inverter installed by arise solar reads high temp fault to about 10am in the winter then comes on system was only put in about 2 months ago but arise wont return calls not sure if a problem arise no help
Darryl, I have a Solax Inverter. I did have initial problems after installation - the thing nearly blew up. Bear in mind that Arise Solar are agents of Solax. I ended up contacting Solax - in China - and they quickly replaced my faulty inverter with no questions. Suggest you contact Solax, I found them efficient although it took a while to ship out again from China. My replacement inverter seems to be performing satisfactory. Bear in mind, there are varying degrees of quality for inverters.
I had a system installed in 2 weeks ago and had nothing but problems with the system shutting down sometimes 3 times a day. Contact the office but only have heard from the office twice in this time. I am very disappointed with both the installation and the on going problems i am having with this unit, feel like they are quick to take my money but as for after sales service it become non existant.
Albert, I had a Solax inverter installed with my solar panelling several months ago, it broke down recently - exploded - and I had to have another inverter installed - under guarantee. Your product is under warranty and I recommend you contact the manufacturer, unfortunately in China - who were, I must admit, very prompt in organising a replacement. There are different degrees of quality in the inverters. If you can, I would recommend searching for availability locally. There are better quality inverters available - but of course, you would have to pay for this. Solax is the manufacturer of the inverter, not the system. So far, touch wood, no problems with the new inverter. Hope this helps.
Albert, it would appear also that Solar Miner are in close affiliation with Solax - who were in close affiliation with the now defunct Euro Solar - Euro Solar were put out of business for obvious reasons - unreliable products and faulty merchandise. I now see Solar Miner has the same advertisement I responded to when I went with Euro Solar - I will leave that to your own assumptions. The Solax inverter, when working, does its job but be aware of faulty merchandise and the cheap product. Overall, out of 5 stars, I would give it 2.5 because of its unreliability. Also with Euro Solar, when installing the panels, my roof was damaged and that was just prior to the rain storm we had - I was left to replace multiple roof tiles and fix up the interior water damage caused by leaky, damaged tiles, they accepted no responsibility. In summation - what you pay for is what you get.
Hi Albert.. My solax series 1 inverter developed fault code type 21... After being screwed araound by solar company I went direct to Solax... Within 5 days they had a new series unit type 3 delivered to my door... Touch wood no more hassels so far... Contact is direct to solax in china and unit dispatched from Melbourne....very helpful and efficient unlike the solar ripoff providers here in AU..
