Solamax rang me to write a review, and give them a rating. Fare enough but they tried to force me to give them 5 stars. I had the worst experience with them over 9 months that you could possibly imagine and refused to budge on 2 stars. I have received an email from them saying I gave them 5 stars and they wrote a review for me saying they were great. Do not ever use this company ever. Installed their solar inverter on our property. Failed and relay broke within warranty period. They replaced the item and paid for the installation which was great to see. BUT my concern though is - why is the product breaking within the warranty period? If these products are not made to a high quality standard then I assume unfortunately my replaced solar inverter will fail shortly after warranty expires. Be wary with this brand. Show details

Mine broke and needed replacing after 7 years. Ive been told inverters should last 20+ years. You don't get much choice when you order a complete system but it might be worth getting a slightly more expensive one and have it last longer.

as it's my fault for not alerting them straight away. How about when you sell a product, HAVE IT WORKING. So 2 stars for the lady who fixed it over 2 days but ZERO for the management who couldn't spell customer service.
