No sizes for men or women offered for plus size people. Only up to XXL in the rare odd item – Your clothing is of a really lovely, top quality, material & make. available for ALL plus sizes and not just for the ‘skinny minnies’. Plus size people are at risk of skin cancers, melanomas & need sun protection clothing the same as everyone else. I was diagnosed with an early stage (fortunately) melanoma 3 months ago and my whole approach had to change to sun protection and what that means for me in terms of protection. To my great dismay there is nothing in the market worth buying for people of size. Either in Australia or overseas. I wouldn’t trust any claims of overseas clothing regrading the sun protection factor even if sizings were available. So, all the more reason for a company such as Solbari to fill the market demand. Limiting your clothing sizes to smaller sizes is sadly, really a most disappointing form of discrimination against bigger people. Rise to the challenge Solbari and you’d have a customer for life!

You lost a paying customer who has referred people to your products previously – I have bought items in the past from them that I am happy with. I ordered an item and immediately sent an email asking to cancel it. I sent that on the weekend when they were closed. Not worth the money – I have bought: face mask, neck gator, long sleeved wrap, black floppy hat with neck tie, cap. - The face mask was really good. - These rest was cheap crap. No exchanges for product that fits poorly – Poor product ! We purchased arm sleeves in XL. We asked for exchange or credit for other item. No refunds !!! Plus they are very rude about it. Left with a poorly fitted item. I’m a wardrobe stylist so I’m appalled by this customer service. They rate poorly once I investigate. Ultra wide linen hat – I was bit underwhelmed when I opened the package to see the low quality of the product. lacks depth, probably only needs a couple more cm - but the shallowness of the hat means it doesn’t sit on your head properly, seems more of a fashion statement than what is comfortable and practical. So when I’m walking around town I’m constantly having to readjust the angle. Anyway, suggest looking at other brands!

SOLBARI WEBSITE WON'T ACCEPT MY NEGATIVE REVIEW – Long Sleeve Swim Top UPF50+ Could not recommend this product as it defeated the purpose to give sun protection. The top is way too short and rides up your back while swimming giving limited protection. TRIED FIVE TIMES TO LEAVE A REVIEW WITH ONE STAR TO HELP OTHERS. grafts and I'm paranoid about getting sun burnt. I thought I'd invest in getting a SPF50 face cover that gave my face that added protection. It immediately worked it's way off my nose no matter how many times I replaced it or adjusted it. It is totally useless for face protection!! Save your money - and don't trust company website reviews!!

I love my Solbari Arm Sleeves! – I love my Solbari Sun Protection Arm Sleeves. It's awesome and feels super comfy. I look cool wearing it, and it keeps me safe from the sun. The fabric is light and feels great, even in hot weather. I wear it on the golf course and when I'm out and about. It's the best sun protection shirt I've found. Highly recommended! Show details

Ridiculous customer service – Brought a hat online only to be emailed to say it was now out of stock 6days later. Was offered a different colour, replied straight away to say yes... Sorry out of stock. 10days of emailing back and forth and I was given a refund. To say I am disgusted and disappointed is an understatement.
