Very reliable internet service, customer support is of a great quality.

Customer service was excellent. The contact person with whom I dealt, was courteous, efficient, helpful, clear and prompt in guiding me at every step. The arrival of the new router was very quick. There was also a follow up after connection with the service. Very smooth transition from my previous service.

After having trouble connecting we spoke with Thomas and he was absolutely fantastic. what a fantastic service you offer. So pleased that I chose your Internet service. Thomas was patient and caring as it took us some time to get the modem to work. He’s very good at what he does and we are very appreciative of the time that he spent on the phone with us.

of that call all was organised. Coordinating the NBN technician with my next time on the island and dispatching a router to me. On the installation day the NBN technician was really considered and rigourous regarding the best placement of the NBN aerial. Once installed, I plugged in the router Thomas supplied and it just worked. No issues. Later that same day Thomas rang me to make sure all was well. All in all a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

Moved from Aussie broadband when i changed houses. But you get a really non corporate customer support from Solitary. We were so impressed by the customer service, we moved our Telstra Business internet to them too, Review is after 2 months on home internet and 1 month on business plan. don’t know what happened and don’t know when the technician would return. They said I would have an updated time the following day but I didn’t. I keep calling to find out and can’t get anyone to answer or return my messages. They keep sending us invoices when we haven’t even got internet yet. I have no idea what is happening anymore.

internet connected the same day. Requested a refund three times before getting a response, where they refused.

Just switched to these guys this morning - switch over was fast and seamless, with the amazing Thomas calling as requested to finalise modem set-up. Their support is professional and very amicable from when I contacted them two days ago and got an amzing deal for my needs. Great service – My Experience has been Brilliant my business is The Professional Centre Coffs Harbour & the change over to Solitary Technology was a great move my clients are Happy so l am too. I have since also switched my home internet to Solitary Technology
