Thank you to Thomas who helped us to get the NBN installed at our home. We tried origin however they could not seem to manage to connect us prompty.
I have been with solitary for around 8 months now, and so far everything has worked out well I did have a problem from a power surge but I chatted to Tom on their website and he was able to get the technician sent out the next day which is great Speed is as advertised, usually a little bit more

I received such a wonderful helpful experience today from solitary technology. I rang very frustrated due to another internet providers lack of care or empathy trying to organise NBN for my new property. I rang solitary technology and spoke to a man named Thomas, he had answers for me within half an hour after contacting nbn. I decided to sign up on the spot when he called back with the results due to such fantastic customer service. The speed is great and I had NBN connected at my property within one whole hour of the initial first call. We have not had a single drop out. Couldn’t recommend any higher than 5 stars if I tried.

Moved from Aussie broadband when i changed houses. But you get a really non corporate customer support from Solitary. We were so impressed by the customer service, we moved our Telstra Business internet to them too, Review is after 2 months on home internet and 1 month on business plan. don’t know what happened and don’t know when the technician would return. They said I would have an updated time the following day but I didn’t. I keep calling to find out and can’t get anyone to answer or return my messages. They keep sending us invoices when we haven’t even got internet yet. I have no idea what is happening anymore.

Just switched to these guys this morning - switch over was fast and seamless, with the amazing Thomas calling as requested to finalise modem set-up. Their support is professional and very amicable from when I contacted them two days ago and got an amzing deal for my needs. F**cking Amazing – Gone from struggling along on slow nbn wireless with Telstra to super fast and reliable nbn wireless with Solitary.
