We couldn't be happier with the service from AP and his team! We accidentally got paint on our car seats and thought it would never come out, but they managed to remove every bit of it. Sonic maintenance were awesome to deal with! They completed a pest control and carpet clean for end of lease. They were no fuss, so easy to schedule in, did an amazing job and got it done really well. Very reasonably priced. I had a technician called AP who was fantastic definitely recommend! Show reply

I had my couch and rug cleaned. It was a terrible result. The couch and rug smell and the rug doesn't even look like it's been cleaned at all! Spoke with the contractor and got no response. $400 for couch and rug clean. Terrible job. Would not recomment

Ap and collegue arrived on time, for Same Day Service. Im renting in Caloundra West and had aged carpet with blood and deep stains, in both bedrooms. Ap explained what was required and had excellent communication skills. Their efficiency, knowledge and capabalities were outstanding. I am elated, with the outcome. Pro - There was a small (20 cent coin size) make-up stain on couch. Removed by Sunny and the team. Con - I was quoted $150 for a spot stain clean and full steam clean, upon arrival quote increased to $240, explained as needing superior spot cleaning, and "deodorising" (?). clean. They didn't do the three back cushions, wooing me the covers zips and advising I should do that myself. Also, once gone, I realised they did not do the undersides of any of the seat cushions (needing cleaning also, as all the cushions are designed to be reversible).
Company I booked online "Excel Professional Cleaning", was not who arrived and who I paid to do the job, that being Sonic Maintenance P/L.
Also, job felt very rushed... 25 minutes... and was pressured into writing a review watching over my shoulder as I did so. This is the edited (by me) review.

now look fresh, smell great, and feel much softer underfoot. The attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. The pricing was fair, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. AP did a great job cleaning our couch! It was a mess and after the clean/treatment it looks brand new again. Only negative is that i was quoted a cheaper price even after sending clear photos, but was told it needed a special treatment just before the clean started, so I did pay more but the price was still competitive. Hardworking boys got stains out of my carpets. Emergency call. They were here at given time. I saw some bad reviews online and was double minded for a while but my experience was good, results can be seen in photos. Show reply

I honestly didn’t expect the chairs to come out looking this new again, but these guys did an amazing job! The cleaning was done professionally, and every chair looks fresh and spotless. Got my couches done today at GOLD COAST ...these guys arrived and inspected my couch and suggested me cleaning according to the fabric of my couches ....even I confirmed them about chemicals they are using were pet friendly or not ..They gave me in written msgs that what they gonna do my couches which was really professional .. I used this company to clean my sofas, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The guy cleaned three sofas in less than 30 minutes with water steam machine and charged me $245. said I need to pay $480 for deep cleaning. so I explained $245 was already far too much for the level of service provided. The manager later called me but simply stated that dust removal could not be guaranteed 100% and pay the money before the guy leave my house. In my opinion, the result did not reflect the amount charged, and my money had been absolutely wasted. The service is poor and shocking. If you don't want to waste your money, I would strongly advise against using this company.
Hv Have just had Sonic Maintenance clean our 2 sofas and I'm very pleased with the outcome. One sofa in particular had a number of stains that have now completely gone. discovered they operate through multiple business fronts - Fabric Couch Cleaning, Sonic Cleaning Services and Sonic Maintenance, making it very difficult to communicate with them or get any resolution. This lack of transparency and professionalism is very disappointing. I'm NOT able to recommend their services based on our experience. ZERO STARS!!

Most dishonest company to deal with. Took my carpet. Returned after nearly 2 months. Ruined the carpet. [Name Removed] the supposedly driver would not open it for an inspection when it was returned. Was rude and arrogant and drove away when i asked… Read more
to wait while I opened the carpet. When i opened it is ruined and dirtier than when i gave it to them. Huge dirt oil stain across that was not there. [Name Removed] refused to respond to my calls and messages. Denies that [Name Removed] works there. I actually paid upfront for the cleaning. They were quick to pick up. In fact [Name Removed] gave me an additional appointment to pick but refuse to deliver my carpet that he ruined This carpet had no stains prior to this. I wanted clean and freshened. Totally ruined I Will definitely NOT recommend them. Dishonest rude and obnoxious. Refuse to take calls and had excuses all the time why the carpet was not being returned. No star rating
Follow-up · Have not heard from despite trying to contact them. In fact i have been blocked by one of the team members. Another promised to get it resolved but to date i have not heard a word. I would definitely not recommend them.
Paid $490 to get curtains cleaned. From start to finish the cleaner was here for 55 minutes. Don’t waste your money. Phone calls and emails to the company were not answered. Ripped off big time.

but that was OK, he rang & said he would be late.On arrival he said he would give me a quote which was $390, a lot different to the original quote of $180, did we have a choice, no, because all furniture had been pulled apart & removed from all rooms & we would not have been able to organize another carpet cleaner in that time.The job took 45 minutes for 4 bedrooms deep clean, not impressed at all with the job he did, 2 days later & the carpet does not look any different, will definitely not be using Sonic again.
