This company and staff are very unprofessional and lying before doing a job, if i have to give zero star would give, the guy who came to my home just did time pass they didn’t clean my bed and mattress, he did just wet the mattress both, within 10-15min, that person finished the job, and asking for. Money without doing the proper job, please do ‘t trust these people, they don’t provide any invoice as well. Very bad service at all.
We paid $605 for a deep clean of our five-bedroom home, but the standard of cleaning was very poor. The cleaners were also rude when we raised our concerns. In my opinion, they are scammers. We will never use their service again, and I wouldn’t recommend them. I never leave bad reviews to anyone but these scammers need to be watched out

I have my curtains cleaned by Sonic they had them for 2 weeks they came back today with grease marks on them they did not have grease marks on them when they left my house the curtains were still wet and he told me to hang them up and in a 4 hours they will dry. I expect for just under $1000 dollars my curtains to be clean and not wet when i received them back.

I booked a rug cleaning a week in advance. The technician arrived 1.5 hours late and then demanded more money than the original quoted price. The tech refused to start until I transferred the amount and sent a screenshot of the payment. I only paid the quoted amount and not transfer the increased amount requested. 160 x 230 cm rug. Despite knowing there were stairs at the property, the technician said he could not carry the machine upstairs so I had to carry my rug into the basement myself. Once there, he ran a vacuum over the rug for no more than 5 minutes. When I questioned why the rug had not actually been cleaned he told me that was what I had paid for. The rug was still completely dry. I asked to see the water from the machine and it was clear with no dirt whatsoever.
I questioned him further but he became argumentative and refused to do anything more. As a young woman alone in a basement with an unknown man I did not feel comfortable continuing the situation so I carried my rug back upstairs and contacted the owner. I called the owner five times and was hung up on every time. I sent a txt requesting an invoice and receipt which were never provided instead I was met with rebuttal messages and an abusive call from the technician following my complaint to the owner.
There are also concerns about the business practices they appear to operate online under (My choice cleaning) a different business name from the name you are required to transfer payment to (Sonic maintenance).
My rug was left dirty, stained and still covered in dust and dog hair (images attached) Absolutely do not recommend this company.

to wait while I opened the carpet. When i opened it is ruined and dirtier than when i gave it to them. Huge dirt oil stain across that was not there. [Name Removed] refused to respond to my calls and messages. Denies that [Name Removed] works there. I actually paid upfront for the cleaning. They were quick to pick up. In fact [Name Removed] gave me an additional appointment to pick but refuse to deliver my carpet that he ruined This carpet had no stains prior to this. I wanted clean and freshened. Totally ruined I Will definitely NOT recommend them. Dishonest rude and obnoxious. Refuse to take calls and had excuses all the time why the carpet was not being returned. No star rating
Follow-up · Have not heard from despite trying to contact them. In fact i have been blocked by one of the team members. Another promised to get it resolved but to date i have not heard a word. I would definitely not recommend them.

I further questioned the rugs were still dirty in several places and he said they have been cleaned. When he took off I felt the carpet and it was still dry. I called customer service which was also [Content Removed] would keep hanging up my call or blocking me. I tried to call the technician back as he drove out the driveway and his phone was turned off straight away. I had contacted owner numerous times and he rectified that this would be fixed and has not so they stole our $490. They also have a way that when u put your phone on private that also stops your number from connecting to them

Upon talking to technician about getting the lounge cleaned he offered too packages 1 was a basic clean witch would remove any grime the other was a deep clean,we went for the basic clean ,we were totally disappointed as the louge suite was still dirty and for the price we payed we expected a clean lounge etc. It was very disappointing ,I was heasent to leave 1 star.
