Worst than my analogue watch – How could sony manufacturer this kinda joke. Unbelievable! Worst ever. Not a android by any means, only a very few number of apps. Even Software update didnt improve its quality!!!

Great tv, intuitive and good picture – The smart tv is far superior than on our Samsung tv. Easy to use and better functionality in comparison. Love the quick buttons to Netflix, makes it easier for the old folks. For our needs the tv has plenty of HDMI ports. Enough for the PlayStation, Apple TV and Foxtel.  Show details

A little disappointed! – The picture quality is OK, but I have seen better, and the sound needs improving.Comparing to what I have seen, even in a lot cheaper TVs,the colour is a lot less vivid, and you have to keep changing the sound level depending on the show, movie ect.I am disappointed,as their usually reliable quality.  Show details

Extremely happy with this product – I purchased this TV for my husband for Christmas for gaming. We are very happy with the picture quality. The picture is sharp, bright and clear which is perfect for gaming. The built in speakers are fantastic and better than I expected. Great TV! – This Sony tv has great quality picture, and decent built-in sound. I enjoy using the Smart TV apps especially Netflix, Stan, Youtube although sometimes it may be a bit slow. Affordable 4K Small TV for a study room – I like the design and the picture on this TV looks great and clear. It is mostly for playing my PS4 and watching Youtube. The built-in speaker is good enough. Only wish it has a better OS and more build in App. The browser in the OS is not very user-friendly but I can connect to my laptop with the HDMI cable for browsing internet.  Show details

This Sony BRAVIA model (KD-43X7000E) is bad on HDMI port function – I connect my UNBLOCK TECH box to KD-43X7000E BRAVIA TV via HDMI cable, it never works, I have followed so many suggestions from the forums on the internet, they never work. I have two older Sony BRAVIA TVs, their HDMI ports all work perfectly. This new Sony BRAVIA KD-43X7000E TV is really bad on HDMI ports. Who can help???  Show details

Really nice TV – I was tossing up between a Samsung LED TV and this Sony model and the salesperson recommended I go with the Sony as it had better picture/colour quality. I'm very glad that I followed his advice - this TV is so crisp and clear in picture quality and has great features. I find it very easy to use and am happy that it has the netflix and youtube functions (they come in handy!). The sound is great too.  Show details

support has been pathetic. They haven't just solved the issue or given us refund that we requested last week... they haven't even responded to our issues from last week.

Very good – The pictures are just too super good the technology is great. The speakers are second to none the quality voice are great, dual stereo, The unit has enough ports usb, HDMI, the remote control is very effective over range of distance. Apps not working update: all problems due to internet connectivity – First of all, youtube application stopped to work, frequently and had to factory reset the tv every day.started using netflix, then both netflix and you tube stopped completely. So, when tried to access the internet, takes too long to connect to internet.cant easily access the opera browser through tv remote too as to type in each word from tv remote is too tedious process.

Got hold of customer care sony, after 1 hour on phone, was told tech support would call me, after 15 minutes, which never happened. So i called the same number, this time some other fella couldn't solve the issue after another 20minutes told me sony engineers would call me within 48 hours.

All this happened on friday 8december2017, i purchased this tv on 30november2017.So, waiting for the call on Monday.

Update:

My apologies, should have updated my review earlier. All issues had been resolved. The issues had been caused by slow/ lack of internet connection between tv and internet service provider, still cant find the logic between apps dissapearing and lack of internet connection though.

Anyway, still customer care didnot give proper solution to the issue as I sorted it all myself by swapping tv/ internet/ cables etc. All customer care could do was good involvement in trying to solve the issue by trying to contact me for a technician's visit to my house( which I refused).

Final Verdict:

Good quality tv, gets little hot in summer though, not any issues at all.finally,happy with it.

This product is good – Ilwe bought this TV from JB HI-FI in October after we moved in to a new place. The price for this pruduct was bit pricey. But we love the TV, the pictures is clear and in nice colours. Good size tv for the small place. The stand of the tv is steady enough for a small table.  Show details
