I have the same model with the same problem, I believe it's an issue with the LCD itself a bad bond in the connections, unfortunately cannot be fixed.

You can't! Return it if you can and buy a Samsung tv or any one with android TV, this one is consistently dissapointing.

Well, I stream via my laptop, my laptop has a HDMI output, so I watch anything I want, if it's on the webb. I mainly stream youtube as an app or stream via my laptop.
Sbs and iview yes, but no app for ten, binge or disney+. To use those you need to buy another device or a different tv.
I am just finding the colour combinations on few channels worse than compared to others .. is there a fix for that ??

Yes worth it great tv does our family of 3 just fine limited apps but the main ones on the remote (YouTube, Netflix) very nice bravia TV.
No. You cant even get disney+ on it without buying a chromecast or similar.

The apps are factory preloaded & there is no store app to add any to the system. There is no mention of Android in the tv software version.
