after I pointed directly to their own promotional poster, she simply shrugged, said the boss wasn’t available, and asked if I still wanted to proceed at the higher price.

As a loyal SO member, I find this completely unacceptable. Advertising one price and then charging another is misleading and can feel deliberately deceptive. It is extremely disappointing that, in this day and age, SO is allowing such practices in its stores. Shame On You, Soul Origin. You give your "Soul" name a bad reputation.

salads were in small containers selling for $8. I asked could they combine 2 on a plate for me to eat for lunch. NO. so I asked if I had points on my membership. She said I had an upgrade to a large salad. But it expires in 2 days So I asked since they were closing could I have the $ 8 salad for free instead. Or could she do me the upgrade and put it in a plate for me instead. Again No. so I asked could she ask the manager if it was ok. She did ask some guy in the back but again NO. So I just bought the one salad and left. I then wrote a reveiw to customer service and they have apologised and have given me a voucher to make up for it. They will go talk to the manager there and find out what happened. I am impressed with how customer service have handled this hence the 4 stars. I hope the Wetherill Park store has learnt from this how to treat their usual customers better. We have to call people out when they do the wrong thing. It's important otherwise things never get better. Thanks for the voucher. I trust with your instruction head office that this will not happen again :)

Stood at counter both staff members were filling stock looked at me both asking the other to serve me but none did left went to muffin break much better service from them

was poor in quality — stale, dry, and not fresh. Given that this was intended as a gift, this experience has left me feeling both embarrassed and disappointed, particularly as I was genuinely excited to support your business and had planned to place a further order.

Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to recommend catering services from soul origin. I felt it was important to provide this feedback so you are aware of the impact this has had.

Never again, we pre ordered a fruit platter to take to a Christmas Eve dinner party and showed up and your staff member had given our pre ordered fruit platter to another customer after we paid for it in full. Yes they did give us the money back but the point of it being we were unable to get what we ordered.

Purchased chicken baguette and ham and cheese croissant 17/10/25 @ SO Baldivis. The baguette was stale, at least 36 hours old judging bu the bounce, the fillings were primped to look plentiful but were not, the merest spritz of mayo and for a combined price of $22.50 inexcusable. The croissant was also stale but edible-only just. I will bad mouth this franchise to whosoever will listen and I certainly never make a second purchase/mistake EVER!

Very small baguette with little filling. Definitely NOT worth the price. Banana bread was OK but no butter provided. Iced white chocolate tasted good but was small. Overall quality and packaging was OK but portions ridiculously small for the quite high cost. First order from Soul Origin, and I won't be going back. Show details

of the flies which was a complete lie. I am a regular customer of soul origin and I have never heard that before. When I said to the lady that I will leave a review about your lie on that she said I don’t care you go ahead and said you can include my managers name as well KAI.

Me and my friends loved everything about this cafe! The cafe was clean, the food was delicious, and the coffee with a rich flavor that will satisfy any coffee lover, but most importantly, the staff was amazing! Show reply

Bought a bacon and egg roll, to find the tinny little amount of egg and bacon towards the front of the roll to make it appear the roll was full, it was all just bread. For the $10 I paid not worth it. What a rip off. Will never buy again Show details

A most unpleasant lunch – Ordered a chicken and avocado wrap and asked for it to be toasted, instead, they put it in some sort of oven so it came out boiling hot on the inside with all the lettuce inedible while the outside was soft and soggy. Usually a toasted wrap is slightly crispy on the outside with the inside just warm. Ordered a cappuccino also, That was also the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted.
