wasn’t. Anywho, they later offered to return the following day to swap them over but by then we were done with the whole process so declined and copped the extra $. I’m sure the unit (while larger than we needed too) is great, the experience just left a bad taste in our mouth.

Great service, quick to reply to emails and to get new heat pump chosen and installed. Matt was professional, turned up in time and was efficient in the installation process. Felt they were a little high on pricing but excellent in all other aspects

Water pressure flow was excellent best we have experienced since moved in 16 years ago. LPG was expensive and not economical at all. With the Heat Pump being run from our solar panels the cost to supply our property with hot water will be negligible. The EVO are manufactured and produced locally in Brisbane Queensland another benefit allowing us to support local industry. from time of quote to installation was 5 days extraordinary as other quote requests I'm still awaiting responses. Problems with hot water service – Brilliant!! Adam and his off-sider arrived within hours of my call. Quickly found problem was with age of existing system. Unit was disconnected and removed and, due to urgent needs elsewhere, they had to leave and were replaced by Rob and Tanya who completed installation of new unit. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up beautifully when work was done. Whole experience was faultless.

The best service – I requested a quote on a EVO 270 on Sunday afternoon and John at Speedy Hot Water service got back to me immediately. He sent me a quote and answered all my questions Sunday night. First thing Monday morning Matt, Chris and Adam installed the system and had it up and running in 3 hours. Piping hot water and top rate service - I highly recommend Speedy Hot Water and the EVO 270 heat pump.

Good Product and Excellent Service – Two weeks ago, my 17 year old hot water system was leaking. Phoned Matt for a quote and a full inspection and quote was provided that afternoon. True to their name, Matt and his team arrived the next day with a complete replacement and relocation. Matt went beyond expectations in the relocation and now have hot water and happy with the product. Completely recommend the team and their product.

Overcharged massively for a 50 litre system! – So was charged $3100 to install a 50 litre hot water system! This person was dismissive, interrupting, made assumptions (rather than giving opportunity for us to wholly explain our queries). Was annoyed that the two of the staff did not explain clearly that the company would get the stc rebate meaning it was more out of our pocket then we thought when moving ahead with the purchase.

Works well – Replaced by John from speedy hot water, spent $3590, the plumber received the rebate. Water heater works well but the location of installation is not very good as it blocks my clothes line. There is a lot of water lost from the condensation valve.
