Complicated returns process - Higher shipping charge for returns than your competitors

Disappointing returns process. Complicated and cumbersome.
Before having my return "approved" I had to submit a photo for my return to be "authorised" which I have never had before! Then even after it is approved you cant print a label for the return straight away, your return has to be "processed"AGAIN by a team member. Plus the postage is $10 for a return when most companies are doing free returns post Covid. Ugh. Painful process and disrespectful to customers. Spend your money elsewhere. Show details

Best phone experience ever

Wonderful experience, very personable on the phone and just full of energy. Want a smile, their customer service Manager on the phone just does that! Took his advice on the shoes and now I have a beautiful pair of HOKA Clifton 9s! Show details

A Hassle Free Experience

Very easy to deal with. My order was processed and delivered in a very timely an efficient manner. I purchased a pair of NB shoes which were $20.00 cheaper than the price listed on the New Balance website. Will certainly use them again. Show details

Would not recommend

Purchased a pair of running shoes for my son. The website had listed in stock so I paid for these runners even got a conformation email. A few days later I received an email stating someone had purchased these a few minutes before I did, really sorry Blah, Blah, Blah no stock to full fill your order. But hey I have kept your money for a few days before I let you know. Oh & do you want a crap pair of runners in place of the one's you ordered or a refund. The refund will come about a week after I bloody paid this company for nothing. Great job guys. Show details

Poor Customer Service - Feel Let Down

I have been a loyal HOKA customer for some years now and I ended up purchasing from Sportitude because Running Warehouse Australia didn't have my size. The website didn't ooze confidence given poor User Experience but I thought I'd give them a shot.

I ended up not getting on with the new Clifton 9 and after a back and forth over email I have now been ignored by the customer service team. I will be heading back to Running Warehouse as they are always super helpful, go above and beyond to provide resolutions and truly put the customer first rather than just making the sale and then moving on.

Advice would be to focus on the after care as this is where you will end up losing a lot of new customers acquired in the long-term. Show details

Excellent Customer Service

After suffering Plantar Fascitiis for 3yrs & visiting a Podiatrist also paying for special insoles which did absolutely nothing for me I read about Insoles from Sportitude which sparked my interest therefore I tried them & was extremely happy. I have purchased 3 pair & never suffered ever again which is now 7 yrs.
I have recommended them to work colleagues who have suffered & they are also pain free
I called yesterday to order some for my husband & spoke with Lindsay who excelled in customer service & did so with a great smile in his voice. Totally explained sizing as I was insure for mens work boots. Lindsay thank you from a very happy customer & 5 happy work colleagues & I highly recommend these insoles & Sportitude. Not refunding

They seem to be scammers..., I'm suprised about good reviews. Haven't received the shoes and they keep explaining through long emails that they don't control shipping. No refund, just long emails.

The worst shoes for your feet

On Wednesday 1st November 2023 I purchased a New Balance 624v5 - Mens Cross Training Shoes - White/Navy for $125.94 with Postage of $5.95 plus 10% discount so I could wear comfortable shoes that was recommended to me by Athlete's Foot Eastland and my doctor since the other shoes were a bit tight. When the shoes arrived I tried them on but they were too big for me so I couldn't wear them. Show details

It wasn’t available from supplier but you gave me some options on other shoes I might like.
