Steer Clear – AVOID!!! I ordered a sun hat for an adult and it is a child's size even though it clearly says 'one size fits all'. I've tried to call and sent emails but there has been no response. Avoid this company.
Unreal customer service with returns – unreal service and customer support. I bought a pair of metapseeds for the upcoming sydney marathon, which are pretty expensive shoes, and on my first run in the shoe, they split down the side. I contacted sportitude and they responded instantly with a return postage slip. Super helpful customer service and i'll definitely be shopping with them in the future for all of my shoes
Hopeless service – Ordered a pair of Asics only to be told 10 days that the order would be delayed. 10 DAYS! Ended up blaming asics for the delay. Shocking service. This company is operating as if its 1995.

Their customer service team, particularly [Name Removed] and [Name Removed], was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the entire process. Despite providing evidence and even getting confirmation from a Hoka store that the shoes were faulty, Sportitude continued to evade responsibility. It's clear they care more about making excuses than ensuring customer satisfaction.
The lack of accountability and refusal to stand behind their products is completely unacceptable. I will never purchase from Sportitude again, and I urge others to beware of their poor quality products and appalling customer service.
In summary, Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere even if they are $20 cheaper!

This company looks and acts like a scam – I ordered 2 pairs of swimming goggles from Sportitude about 4 weeks ago - not a complicated order. after another delay, a second email saying the funds would be returned inn2-3 business days. When I phoned Sportitude they said there had been issues with suppliers making refunds and would look into it. They did reply the same day to say there had been a misunderstanding with their suppliers about refunds and the monies would be in my account in 2-3 days ; sound familiar!!! I’m left with the view that this company is a scam.
Dis-satisfied customer of Sportitude – Ordered pair trainers 13 April - Dispatched 15th - arrived Melbourne 16th courier depot to arrive at my address 17th. To date 26th April (day 13) and several emails to both CourierPlease and Sportitude the package has not yet arrived.
Complicated returns process - Higher shipping charge for returns than your competitors – Disappointing returns process. Complicated and cumbersome. Before having my return "approved" I had to submit a photo for my return to be "authorised" which I have never had before! been ignored by the customer service team. I will be heading back to Running Warehouse as they are always super helpful, go above and beyond to provide resolutions and truly put the customer first rather than just making the sale and then moving on.
Advice would be to focus on the after care as this is where you will end up losing a lot of new customers acquired in the long-term.

colleagues who have suffered & they are also pain free I called yesterday to order some for my husband & spoke with Lindsay who excelled in customer service & did so with a great smile in his voice. Totally explained sizing as I was insure for mens work boots. Lindsay thank you from a very happy customer & 5 happy work colleagues & I highly recommend these insoles & Sportitude. Well Done.
Not refunding – They seem to be scammers..., I'm suprised about good reviews. Haven't received the shoes and they keep explaining through long emails that they don't control shipping. No refund, just long emails.
The worst shoes for your feet – On Wednesday 1st November 2023 I purchased a New Balance 624v5 - Mens Cross Training Shoes - White/Navy for $125.94 with Postage of $5.95 plus 10% discount so I could wear comfortable shoes that was recommended to me by Athlete's Foot Eastland and my doctor since the other shoes were a bit tight. When the shoes arrived I tried them on but they were too big for me so I couldn't wear them.

I trust they will make amendments in some form later. Not many reviewers take the trouble to make comment on great service. All it takes for a business to suffer is to get a few more negative reviews. I think in the circumstances it may be wiser for the sake of $10 for a company to keep a returning customer again and again particularly when its statements were misleading or at best contradictory.
Excellent customer service – I stupidly ordered size 9 trainers instead of 8 and received brilliant customer service from Rees, who quickly and efficiently organised a new pair to be delivered by courier. They also have great prices and a large selection of products.

Excellent price on shoes and customer service – I purchased a pair of Saucony Triumph 19's which were much cheaper with Sportitude than elsewhere; the shoes and fit were exactly as expected. Fantastic customer service. Available by phone – Purchased two pairs of shoes to try. Did not fit. Returned ( cost $20 ) but this was nothing compared with the savings I made. Purchased another pair of running shoes which were a special size. Sportitudes price $169. Ebays price $200. No one else.in Australia had these shoes in the wider size that I needed.
Good shopping experience – Having had problems with other online retailers (one major sports shoe retailer still hasn't replied two weeks later to a very short enquiry about delivery), I decided to try Sportitude. I'm glad I did. The enquiry I had was answered very promptly and helpfully - thank you, Rhys - and the Brooks walking shoes I ordered arrived a couple of days later. Used shoes, not new – I bought a pair of new Asics for my wife's birthday and paid a little less than direct from Asics. They shipped and arrived very quickly. So I was very disappointed to open the box and find a pair of shoes that were clearly used. The condition was fine, but the soles were quite dirty. I decided to clean up as best I could rather than deal with the grief of returning them.
Disappointing – On having to chase up an unacknowledged internet purchase ($135 Mizuno shoe), where I was asked to look in spam for what turned out to be an unsent email, I made a complaint about a brand of ASIC that I have purchased over the years called gel lethal burner. for that reason. Unfortunately, they have an inherent weakness on the top in that the material is not strong enough and they all tear around the bridge where the material meets the upper leather. The shoes could be worn for months more if this didn't keep happening. According To Sportitude I shouldn't be wearing for tennis as they are for touch footy?? They are sold as a grass/turf shoe and I play grass and synthetic grass tennis. No joy whatsoever from this guy. I have to call the ASIC's rep myself and the crap that Sportitude tried to fob me off with was a joke. Ended up in an unnecessary argument and he hung up. I wasn't looking for anything necessarily in response to my complaint but got annoyed at the rubbish he was spinning me. Didn't come down in the last shower mate! Poor, poor customer service.

there. - They as for 3 photos to prove the fault as Mizuno don't need the shoes back just the photos so I supply the photos as requested and i'm told to wait as it could take some time - Credit is approved and they ask me if i want replacement or gift card. - I request gift card so I can buy the new shoes ASAP as need them replaced ASAP - Asked to supply photo of shoes destroyed before already approve credit can be done.
So i'm left with no shoes as I need to destroy them before you'll credit what has already been approved by Mizuno?
Where is the ownership of the issue from Sportitude instead of fobbing it off to Mizuno and leaving me without shoes for a week or more?
So all up it's take a week to get to the point that they need a photo of the shoes destroyed or no credit given. Pretty more customer experience. Do yourself a favour and deal with a more reputable online brand or direct from manufacturer.
