Avoid this dishonest business – If there was a zero star rating I would post it. [Name Removed] is unprofessional. He cancelled my $5000 car hire 24 hours ahead of pick up. His company fronts as a construction company with an ASIC notice of upcoming deregistration 3. When I called the number on the invoice a guy answered and told me the company was sold to him (construction company), and as I posed as a new customer for a car hire, he quickly changed to "Oh, I have cars, what do you want?" 4. Text and called [Name Removed] daily for my refund, came in dribs and drabs. Excuses ranged from a car crash to the girls in the office have left for the day, I am going to the office this afternoon. All total [Content Removed] 5. I have now proceeded with legal action after he told me I should just be happy with what I got back. 6. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Dodgy, dishonest, and it seems habitual. I shudder to think of all the cash he has collected without delivering a service and not refu di g by the comments.

Absolute rubbish, fraudulent – Absolute rubbish. Collect car covered in bird poo half tank of fuel vapes charges annd paperwork left in vehicle by previous person and not the car listed on rental agreement. Over charged and 3 weeks later still no return of bond. No one available to collect upon drop off had to leave key in wheel in CBD. DO NOT BOOK . Avoid this company – I purchased a voucher for my husband to rent a Mustang for a weekend. Got charged twice but managed to get a refund after a lot of hassle. Buyer beware – I have been trying for 3 + weeks from car drop off to get the deposit back from a car rental back in December. [Name Removed] has been back and forth on emailing promising to refund it but is yet to actually process the refund. up and the time spent on the follow up on the deposit.
The booking process also involved a lot of back and forward and the night before pick up we were told we needed to make a bank transfer for the deposit. We live overseas so agreed to a credit card hold for the deposit.
The promise from today is it will be processed on Friday. Let's see if that actually happens.
I don't like to leave bad reviews for small businesses however in this case it is necessary.
Hopefully I can edit this review on Friday to confirm receipt of the deposit.

Ignores emails except when I told him I would report him to Fair Trading - then he says he will refund me - STILL WAITING for the refund.
If you have had money taken by this guy report him to Fair Trading ASAP.

time we call ‘Steven’ pretends to be multiple people and gives ridiculous reasons as to why he can’t answer questions about their cars and our payment. They do not have the cars that they have advertised. This is a complete scam.

Fraudulent – From research I've done, run by a crim previously convicted for companies like Melbourne Luxury Car Hire and Lux rentals, and somehow still getting away with it. Have lost my deposit at this stage AND never got the car, incredibly rude and obfuscating when approached since.
