receiving emails about sales from you?). I called again today and explained everything again to be told someone will investigate and call me back. Later this after received a refund! No phone call nothing. So I called them to see if the shoes are still available and the size I wanted and I was told yes but the lady said you need to purchase them straight away otherwise they might sell. So I went online to find that my size wasn’t available! I called back and the lady said oh sorry we must have just sold them! Thanks a lot you scammers! I told the manager that I wanted the shoes. You should have kept them aside. These were a birthday present for my son. Learn how to treat your customers and sort out your in house problems! Buyers beware read the reviews and think twice on your purchase.
My Asics FALLING APART IN 30 DAYS – Was shocked when my Asics Cumulus bought online began falling apart 1 month after purchase. Don't know where they get them from but will go elsewhere next time. I've contacted them; waiting to see how they remedy this product fault.
I’m not sure if it was a second hand ball or it was made like this or just poorly taken care of – As you can see the paint or whatever has cracked and been scuffed I’m not sure what to do as this was present and i don’t have time to return it and take the chance of receiving a badly looked after order

wonderful customer service. Now I was using both pairs to walk about 1 hour daily changing the shoes every second day so both brands were getting the same usage. I noticed the leather on the right shoe on the New Balance started to crack after about three months but chose at that time to overlook the matter but as time went on the right shoes started to look nothing like the left shoe, please see attached photos. When I got around to notifying Sportspower I had owned the shoes for 7 months but was aware they had only been worn for three months or about 100 hours. I am an easy-going sort of guy but felt certain despair when I contacted Sportspower as they made it clear New Balance was difficult to get a warranty claim accepted. Well, they said they only accept liability ( if any) up to six months and mine were 7 months. Surely they would understand that the shoes had only been worn for three months but no the cut off period is 6 months. They claimed it was fair wear and tear but if you look at the photos it's easy to see the right shoes have a major problem, the left is holding up well as would be expected. Now the attitude from Sportspower and the non-acceptance from New Balance for any sort of help leaves me thinking I would never trust these companies and I would recommend you spend your money with a company like Rebel sports.

Good riddance Geelong – Placed my order for 3 items waited patiently, then waited some more. After many weeks I received notification they had cancelled my order. No explanation, no apology. This is the 2nd time they have done this to me. Geelong has closed down, well hallelujah!!!!! Incompetent management with no customer service skills whatsoever. Absolute disgrace!!!!
Never Again! – No communication whatsoever. After waiting 3 weeks and sending 4 emails enquiring about my order I ended up requesting a refund through PayPal which was approved within 2 minutes of sending the request. I will never buy from this shoddy mob again.

So wrong – Ordered a present for my partner 7 days ago, it was meant to be a Valentines Day gift. One week later, Valentines Day is over and they STILL haven’t shipped the item, or even responded to my emails regarding an ETA. However, they had the time available to go and put the shoes 35% off.
