I dont understand all the bad reviews for sportscraft. After struggling to find a brand in ny 30s that is classic modern, good quality and stylish, i stumbled upon sportscraft. I just love the designs and they always have a good promotion going! I recently got a pair of linen pants and they are so comfortable and flatterinf ive worn them loads already. I purchased a jacket on sale. It was supposed to be sent to the store where I paid. After 17 days I was told that it hadn’t arrived and there were not any left. (Apparently the fault of the system.) I have been offered a 20$ voucher as a “good will gesture”. Given that I can rarely afford Sportscraft items the voucher is not a lot of use to me! And then I have to go back to the store to get my refund! Not happy sportscraft.

Poor quality – Bought the expensive Olivia knit jacket. Wore for the first time, leaving the jacket opened and 2 buttons fell off during the first wear. Not what I would expect for over $250 item.

Bad Luck – White jeans with brown leather patch on rear waistband ran when washed. Sent photos to Sportscraft Customer Service Jeans are not wearable due to brown stains. Sportscraft would not admit that the product was faulty. Offered $49 credit. Poor customer service. Jeans are now in the garbage. Buyer Beware, take no responsibility for defective items. All they are worried about is not refunding or admitting that there is a problem with there product. Show details

Quality clothes for all seasons – I have found Sportscraft mens clothing stylish and long lasting. Not a budget brand so unless you are buying during a sale expect to pay a moderate to high price. Horrible quality – Bought a pair of very nice jeans for 130dollars, however, they already tore in the crouth after one day. I had them replaced, but with the exact same thing happening after a couple of days of use. Although the design is great I would not recommend their jeans due to the very poor quality not meeting the high price. Show details

Very helpful and available staff at West Lakes – I really appreciated having staff available at West Lakes today who were very helpful and interested to show me what jeans were available and found my size. If not for them I would most likely not have bought any. Show details

Lining in sleeves bled into my white top and Sportscraft replaced lining in sleeves – Purchased a jacket from Chatswood Store several years ago. First time used the jacket last week with a white cotton top. Lining in the sleeves of the jacket had bled into my white top. Had to bleach the top to retrieve. The jacket is now unwearable. The lining in the sleeves of the jacket is different to the lining in the body of the jacket. Show details ·  1

No return on faulty garment – Purchased vest. Piled after one wear and they won't offer a refund. Advised to use a lint brush to remove it. Breaches fair trading and I will it take it further. Shouldn't have to do this.

Poor customer service – From now on, I intend to avoid Adelaide's Rundle Mall store... I visited last Saturday afternoon and there was only one sales assistant available. I'm not sure if it was because she was stressed because she was the only staff member, but I found the sales assistant unhelpful and curt. From now on, I will be taking my business to the Norwood store, whose staff are both friendly and professional - even under pressure. Show details

Quality isn't what it used to be – 1. I purchased white linen shorts (to replace older Sportscraft shorts from 3 years ago). The new shorts fabric is thinner, and the seams are no longer double top stitched, a previously nice detail. purchased Rosa linen shorts and crop pants from a store last week. Unfortunately I got a grease mark from the BBQ on the shorts which did not come out in the wash. I mistakenly soaked it before rewashing it. All the colour has leached out, it is now blotchy and unwearable. While this was my mistake as the label says "do not soak", this is not practical. While I felt the stitching on the band of both the shorts and pants was not up to the usual standard, I liked the style and colour. But given the issue with the shorts, I will now be returning the pants as I am not prepared to risk the same issues I have had with the shorts.

Overall, Sportscraft quality appears to be deteriorating in the fabric, dye fixing and stitching. The older products in my wardrobe are testament to the quality that Sportscraft used to be. It is not a store I would now seek to make my purchase.
