abruptly stating that the matter was “already sorted” and refusing to continue the conversation. This demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. To make matters worse, the cleaners were scheduled to be onsite for two hours, yet when I drove past the property, they had already left within an hour. Despite multiple attempts to contact your office for clarification, my calls have been consistently ignored. This level of service is beyond disappointing — it’s unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Interestingly enough some how they’re partnered with Mel Bond Cleaners. None of the company names are registered with a valid ABN, it seems the ABN provided in the invoice from Iscah Cleaning Services link to Miah Allauddin. Possible Tax evasion, will be reporting to ABR and ATO. Complete frauds!!!! Mel Bond Cleaners show social media icons on their websites but don’t actually have any social media. I’ve continued to call no answer, in their contract it states that they will return in 2 weeks to rectify what should have been completed upon initial visit. I’ve also shared a screenshot of their response to take this review down in order for them to complete the works.

stipulation of additional charges which it did not. Cleaner then told me, despite it being their fault, the lowest they could do is $374. Boss was meant to call, never did, never answered my phone calls and then emailed me back to say I was ‘abusive and unprofessional’ so the cleaner no longer had ‘interest’ to do the job. After it all we took the keys back, the 2 cleaners ended up getting back into our building and up onto the level and the female kicked our front door when we asked her to leave. I was then bombarded with aggressive and threatening text messages and phone calls. Avoid at all costs, don’t be fooled by the cheap price they quote.

Absolutely horrible service!!!!!! – One star is too generous. An absolutely disgraceful company. Wouldn’t give me a final price, then changed the cost of all the extras. Avoid this company! – AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! If I could put a minus I would! The biggest [Content Removed] company in the world! Paid $500 for a vacate clean, tried to [Content Removed] us an extra $200 to clean the oven when they quoted $40 extra! Go to the house and none of the quoted job had been done!
Terrible experience and stressful – We used this company for end of lease clean and they did not complete the job, lots of things were left including the shower, bath, parts of the floor and light fittings. job. I tried calling them and they are hung up on me. Terrible service. Also booked for 10am and they wanted to change to 7.30am as they said they live to far. Then don't book us in. It says guarantee bond back but it is hard to get them back to clean again. I ended up cleaning myself. Very disappointing and not work the stress and hassle.
Terrible customer service service – Had a clean booked in for over 2 weeks, the night before at 6:30pm I was messaged saying that my location was too far away and they would not be coming. When asked how this was not noticed during my emails they just stated they were not coming and that’s that. Terrible customer service. Highly suggest trying somewhere else to get your end of lease clean done.
Quoted, then charged us double on the day – TLDR - Charged me double on the day, quote said carpets included and cleaner insisted they aren't. I filled in a booking form answering their questions for a quote, accepted the quote received for $470. Upon arrival the cleaners then told me i'd need to pay them $870 if I wanted them to clean.
