ignorance is bliss” no service what so ever. I have questioned “what are we paying for” our manager told us 18 months ago “water and grass” what a crock, we have no grass and the heavens supply the water.

[Name Removed] is a lier in IL Villaggio and cause complex financial deficit! – [Name Removed] is an owner of our complex from 2021. She joined committee and used all owners fund for all un budget costs include legal cost and consultant fee around $20,000. She acted with other 2 committee member controlled the whole complex funding from 2022. She set up under budget 2023 complex admin fund. And all her committee overspending… Read more

cause complex financial deficit. Then she spread lies in complex said 2023 committee mismanaged complex funding and cause complex deficit. She even spread lies that 2023 committee corrupt with caretaker and steal complex fund. She submitted 16 motions in recently complex [Name Removed] & [Name Removed] two EGMs. It costs whole complex around $10,000 printing and photocopy costs from all owners for her 16 motions include SSKB various strata complex and part 5 administrator agreement. She strongly pushed SSKB to be our complex new strata manager, then she can control whole complex. [Name Removed] started her politics action to bully caretaker and confuse all owners. She illegally used all complex owners funding without any budget. She never informed owners for these costs. So complex owners held an EGM to remove her off the committee in early 2023. She raised her hand up and use her family member to join committee again. She spread her plan in WhatsApps complex owners group. She plan to work with SSKB to win our complex business. SSKB refused to disclose owners voting result and tally to all owners. Then owners complained to [Name Removed] from SSKB. [Name Removed] refused to provide owners tally as well. Why [Name Removed] can saw all other owners voting papers. But other committee member or owners cannot see it. Her team started attacking and blame the owners vote "No" for SSKB in the complex. Is it right for SSKB to disclose each owners voting papers to select owners in the complex.

against changing strata managers. SSKB have been a pleasure to work with so far, following the law, efficient and informative. The persons who lost in their opposition to the vote to move to SSKB have demanded to see others’ votes by having the details emailed to them (which might frighten some voters) and have already left negative reviews for SSKB as a political tactic. I look forward to having SSKB as our strata managers. I think various illegal things our previous strata managers did (including allowing the previous committee to borrow without an owner vote) will no longer occur.

everything in order. Kate and Traci are efficient, knowledgeable, genuine, welcoming, and thoroughly professional. They epitomise great old-fashioned customer service excellence which is, unfortunately, often the exception rather than the norm nowadays. Every phone call or email is met with a ‘smile’ and responded to promptly. We never feel that we are intruding with our various cries for help or advice! I have been involved with a number of bodies corporate over the past 15 years. The body corporate manager assigned to your particular body corporate makes all the difference – whether that person is caring, Competent, reliable. It makes all the difference. Excellent communication throughout – Our community manager, Holly Missen, has been working hard to assist our body corporate committee undertake a series of difficult projects. Her attention to detail and clarity of communication has been critical.

Strata manager review – I have had an excellent experience working with Elizabeth, she is polite, proactive and a great communicator. She has extensive knowledge of regulations surrounding our property which is appreciated.

Terrible service from sub standard BC Manager – It is most unfortunate to have to continually write negative reviews about the very poor service that lot owners received from this second-rate BC manager, legislation is that minutes of committee meetings shall be released to lot owners within 21 days, last committee meeting of September 2024 were released this week 12 November 2024. SSKB treat lot owners with complete contempt, at least they're consistent.

Exasperating – Strata manager mismanaged what should have been a straightforward insurance claim. Zero consultation, zero communication, dishonest, blame shifting and irresponsible spending.

Negative, unhelpful – New to SSKB and am shocked at the lack of professionalism displayed by email from senior strata managers who choose to TYPE RESPONSES TO OWNERS IN ALL CAPS??!!! Pretty sure yelling at your clients isn’t great for business.

Thanks Elizabeth, great to work with you – Elizabeth is an excellent manager and advisor, on the ball, gets back to us quickly, passes on information to the from the committee to owners quickly and keeps us up to date and in line with procedures.

Uncomplicated & efficient – We have found Elizabeth @ SSKB very easy to work with. We appreciate how efficient Elizabeth is with email correspondence & that she is not averse to taking a phone call to sort out any more involved issues which may arise. Show reply
