I was not offered a reward to post this I was offered a reward to take one down by SSKB by way of a meeting
After my initial poor review I was contacted by our calypso bay manager to discuss our problem and then her manager I was asked to take the poor review down to which I did. We were invited to the strata meeting to discuss our problem only to be told they could not help and if we wanted to leave we could. We were mortified. We have council that can’t help, body corporate that cant help Roach Group that has never responded and SSKB can’t help so what are we paying for? I will tell you in my next post regarding the meeting.My experience
I have written to these agents on more than one occasion and never receive a response. You may be questioning a charge or a statement made by them referencing reports they are meant to have had performed...all met with silence.Make life difficult
Used the app to check fees. States outstanding fee. Was paid. Maintenance bill sent that was paid. Keep sending same bill for one job as they charged for work that wasn't done and had to come back and charged again. Which we won't pay. Didn't have anybody answering our email for a month. Charged us monthly fee but didn't notify us that the person lookingafter us left and nobody had been allocated. Watch your money.
If they tell you it's under mediation, you will not hear from them again. We are no long with sskb and would not recommend to anybody.

We took over a complex October 2022, if it was not for Raewyn we would have been pulling our hair out. Three times with someone else going back and forth trying to get things sorted and no help.We picked up the phone and called there was Raewyn on the other end, was extremely helpful and took the time to sort out and call us back with what was required, someone who took the time.

As Chairperson of a Body Corporate in Taigum Brisbane, I can honestly say that over all the years I have been dealing with SSKB they have been nothing but Friendly, Knowledgeable & Professional. Every Community Manager who has been assigned to our complex has been wonderful & I won't name them all but our current manager, Susan Pullar is an absolute gem. As a Building Manager onsite confronted with many issues so often have to call on the BCM for input, advice and other stuff relating to the different acts one has to deal with.Peter and Denise team have been enormously supportive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We are owner's managed properties, but will not received any updates of the building management from the building managers as we are not on their mailing list for updates. Our tenants living in The Johnson, Casino Towers are left out from any notice and updates. Could SSKB take charge of sending updates, notice about the building management on behalf of the onsite managers as we are still your Client and paying body corporate fees. We feel pity for those owners out there whom managed their own properties and left in limbo in flood situation recently. Who will be purchasing the property there if there is no communication with regards to the building, is there some concerned here.

o mailing list from our agency to anyone other than our tenants. All notices from The Body Corporate are either signage in the complex." Our tenants are very scare and concerned of their safety and well-being especially during the flood situation few days ago. They have noticed that other residents have been getting updates from the Onsite Manager to ensure their safety (eg, warning about car park flooding, and also the lift and power outages) however we are left out being the Owner for the property on behalf of our tenants. As they are no longer our managing agents, we have been excluded from their mailing list. We tried many ways to convince them however failed, if this is a monetary issue as they do not anymore received commission letting, but they are the building managers, they are obliged to keep every residents safe and updated regardless of what status. We are very disappointed being the Owner of the property as we can't provide security to our tenants which we feel sorry for. If SSKB could take this matter seriously if this kind of disaster do happen or any else matter that need urgent attention, no one should be left out being the residents there. We all deserved to be treated fairly despite everything else when it comes to safety. Thank you.Details
