Worst of the worst. Not recommended at all. During the inspection for 17/101 Driftway pemulwuy, the agent, Aleksia, kept me waiting. I arrived on time, but the intercom wasn’t working. She stayed upstairs until 1:10 pm and then simply said the inspection time had finished.
Peter from Starr partners merrylands is very difficult to communicate with. he never answers questions directly and I'm always the one following up with any sort of communications. it took 3 separate emails just to attain the by laws!! he reads emails how he percieves them rather than how theyre actually asked.

the strata company changes their strata managers for our building almost EVERY YEAR. Strata managers there do not stay in the company. This would already show how this strata company is. I have had an investment property whose strata manager stayed with the same strata company and looking after the same building for more than 15 years!
Disgraceful services, strata manager had very little knowledge and the latest strata manager is the rudest strata manager I have ever come across so far. No empathy or understanding towards the landlords. Very aggressive only spending time on arguing while pretending to be professional and responsible for the committee while charging them on the hours spent. Owner’s committees/corporations be aware. I would NEVER recommend them to manage your properties. NEVER!
I have attached one of the emails I received from them as the proof of changing strata managers. There had been couple of previous strata managers for our building before year 2017 and almost a year after this email, they changed strata manager for our building again, and again another new strata manager in 2019.

Prompt correspondence and quick action – I emailed Daniel Germanos regarding approval to connect AC Unit in our strata unit complex. Daniel promptly emailed me a form to fill. After I submitted the form, Daniel forwarded it to the Committee for approval and I had the approval emailed to me on the same day. Daniel was prompt, courteous and very helpful.

Disgusting experience – Elise @ Star partners parramatta refused to do her job, she was "Out at the beach with friends" and never contacted the owner to have a blocked toilet fixed. I had to get someone in myself.

Very prompt replies to enquires – As one of the owners of our apartment block managed by Starr Partners, I always find my manager and the staff very helpful. They always respond very quickly and have issues resolved in time. We have used their services for many years.
Terrible customer service – Contacted the agency in the morning, told us to put forward an application for pre-approval. Went through the long and painful process of applying only to have our application rejected minutes after. Called Starr Partners Wentworthville and the response was that an application had already been approved. It would have saved a lot of time and effort if they had stated this when we made the initial inquiry only a few hours earlier.

Quick to resolve an issue – Mazen from strata management was quick to reply and get someone to my property to fix a problem. I sent message on weekend and on Monday an issue was resolved .

effort to rectify mistakes. We are basically doing her job by looking for reasonable quotes for fire safety providers. 4. Rasha created rifts b/w Owners Corp & Strata Committee by misrepresenting facts to suit herself. 5. Rasha is a bully and pathalogical liar - she muted & blocked majority of the owners when we tried to voice our thoughts on zoom meetings. Apparently any ideas different to her own don't deserve to be heard. 6. We don't trust her and how she's using our hard-earned money - we pay thousands in strata fees & levies, but the building is unkempt & not cleaned regularly. Further, she would rather spend $850 on photocopying expenses, than send us notices etc. by emails because she thinks not everyone has an email ID in this day and age.

Glenmore Park office is terrible – As tenants the first days were painful because of them and landlord now months in, let me say it ain't getting any better but I document every thing to cover y back side, Cause no doubt I expect them to screw us judging by these reviews. leasing their own property and behave like dictators to tenants. Natalie did not want us to attend the final inspection to prepare an insane report to sponge money inspite returned the property in an impeccable state, spotlessly clean with no repairs and during our tenancy gave the best presentation for every inspection and open homes. Such sincere tenants and they are yet not satisfied and greedily want to deduct $500 for no reason. The harrassment they cause tenants to get back their own bond money is atrocious. We are made to run circles for their beck and call taking the goodness of people for granted and advantage of our patience. They have squeezed out more than maximum rent of $440 for a granny flat which is not even getting $380 rent now but yet do no have the conscience to give back the bond of $1680 . This injustice has to stop and unfair treatment to tenants has to be condemned at all cost. These kind of agents should be dealt severely and be taught the right lesson no to continue this injustice ever to tenants. The NSW fair trading needs to take the necessary action against these unprofessionals.

without being fixed, toilet seats, lights. We’ve ended up fixing and replacing them ourselves to our own expense. When we moved in, there were mountains of leaves and garden trimmings left down the side of the house and in the backyard (all weren’t there when house was inspected) shattered mirrors, broken tiles and old sliding door left in garage. When asked to have these removed, we were told ‘to organise with council ourselves’. The audacity!! Not to toot my own horn, but I find my household to be VERY good tenants. We are CLEAN, good to our neighbours, pay extra in rent, patient and just plain RESPECTFUL people.. all to have it thrown in our face by this realestate and/or owner.
They’ve refused to provide me with receipts for payments, said ‘they don’t have time, the receipt we get from the bank is the only one we’ll get’.
We’ve had very hard times hit us while living here, always preventing us from moving.. but safe to say, we’ve had more then enough of their rubbish and move out in 2 weeks!! If I could post my address on here to warn people what house NOT TO MOVE IN without exposing who we are. I would. If I could give 0 stars, I would!! Just a horrible, no regard for renters AT ALL.

Excellent services – i had to deal with Gaelle Duval as she is my property manager. She is very prompt , efficient in her job. Every time i contacted her I would recommand her definitely.
No Response or clear ignorance – Applied for a rental property; they said application processed and waiting for owner approval and I was waiting for 10 days only to realize even after multiple calls/emails they simply don't respond
Glenmore Park Office Scammers – My partner and I had a 6 month lease on a granny flat that prior to moving in we were told had NBN. It did not end up having NBN and my partner is a web designer that relies on stable internet connection to do his job, it ended up costing us a fortune and we had to have 2 wifi networks just to sustain us for the 6 months. were charged $280 for cleaning fees, lawn work and an extra $110 to replace a single door stop that we never damaged and remove a mop and side table from the premises. We cleaned the property prior to moving out leaving it virtually spotless but ‘apparently’ there was a whole host of things we had already done that weren’t done. Their excuse was we had originally asked for a cleaner. While that is true my partner actually called our agent Georgia to let her know we no longer required one and she never responded she also never got back to us when we had originally enquired about one. In addition to this the lawn work was $60 to remove some loose grass from mowing which couldn’t fit in our green bin because it was full and a couple of weeds. $110 for a door stop that we never used to be replaced because it had ‘drawings’ on it. We don’t even have children so this couldn’t possibly have been us and a council pick up of a small side table and mop which we originally left at the premises because we thought it could be used or thrown out but I know it doesn’t cost $110 to do either of those things. The agents at Starr Partners scam tenants of their money so that the landlords can make a profit off it. Needless to say we are incredibly disappointed and completely turned off renting after our experience.
They broke my lease – Don’t deal with Rita from the St marys office. The landlord was selling and they illegally accessed my property letting themselves in without giving me notice. I realised when both doors were left locked when I only locked one. The agency denied the access even though the week later photos of the inside of my property were on a sign outside my house. I tried to complain to management and never got returned calls or emails

Not very responsive – In bought my first home with the help of start partners and their services after-sales are very bad. They are not a buyer agent how can look for you. I don't get the feel like I got a first home in Australia. Not a happy customer.
Starr Partners Liverpool - Vincene Tornatora Leasing Agent – Vincene is the best property agent I have ever had! As a landlord Vincene finds only the best tenants, and always takes my needs and concerns as owner into account. Removed] just doesn’t care and passes the buck. If you are a tenant do not under any circumstance deal with these uneducated people as they will make your life hell when you leave. They are all about the landlord and how to take money from your pocket and give it to the landlord. They hang up on you when they can’t handle hearing the truth of what type of rubbish people they are and only use emails. They hardly return your phone calls and you go to their office to drop off keys or paperwork and they do not have the decency to even come and meet you and say hello. [Name Removed] shouldn’t be priding her self in 20 years experience or whatever she thinks she is as she has no idea about people skills, being polite, understanding and empathetic, she is unappreciative, stupid to say the least and most of all disgustingly rude and arrogant. She wouldn’t know where to start with customer service let alone professionalism. She lodged a $350 claim against my bond when it should have been$408.20, she realized this a week later and wants me to pay the difference, she also lodged the claim incorrectly and I’ve had to waste my time over 3 days on the phone to get it sorted. The landlord I had was the same rubbish as her, they also have a business in the Penrith area under S&K Air Conditioning, do not use them, I called them to get a quote for 13 units we are building and I get an email from [Name Removed] to not contact them, so then I realized they are the landlords, not only didn’t they have the decency of calling me back but even if they did they would not be getting the opportunity to even engage to quote or try to earn our business. I can write so much more but I will finish it here. Take my advise and do not use Starr Partners Glenmore Park or S & K Air Conditioning. These people need to go to an educational seminar on how to deal with people, have empathy, impeccable customer service skills and above all learn the way on how to keep all customers happy and for life.
Starr partners is a scam – Starrpartners approved me for a house I sent the deposit to them then they clamed I was running a drug lab in my old rental through centery 21 which is a lie for 1 a 'drug lab' really... for 2 I have never rented through centery 21 I even made a tica account just to prove it. So just give me my money back and I'll find something else. Now they are saying they never received my payment and are asking for proof. Like WTH now I have to go to the bank which is closed I'm pretty sure due to the coronavirus. How the hell do they get away with this. I'm going to rip fair trades through them like the virus is ripping through the world.
