Ordered bulbs and lights for my car multiple different times, I had no issues with transport and product arrive safely. Someone gave me a call about my order being delayed due to a fire at transport and got resent the order in express.

However, when I later contacted Stedi to purchase a replacement lens, I was told it wasn’t possible. The representative claimed the units were sealed with mastic which simply isn’t true. Removing the bolts reveals the lens is just a flat piece of plastic sitting inside a rubber boot — no glue, no mastic — easily replaceable in minutes. Yet Stedi offered no option to sell me the part, only suggesting I buy an entirely new light or manufacture my own lens.
This is especially frustrating given the same light is sold in flood, spot, and diffused versions, which is simply a matter of swapping out that very lens. The fact that Steady refuses to provide such a simple spare part suggests this is less about logistics and more about sales.
Overall, I’m very disappointed. What looks like a well-engineered, serviceable product is in reality designed as a throwaway. Stedi seems far more interested in pushing new sales than supporting customers or providing a quality after-sales experience. They were not in any way interested in providing a solution. Buyers beware: even though the product looks robust and modular, Stedi does not support end-user needs when it comes to basic, easily replaceable parts.
One of my Stedi H15 LED globes blew almost three years after purchase. Stedi warrants their LED replacements for two years. Stedi agreed to replace the globe without any issue. That's what I call good service. Thank you. Show reply

Stedi Marine LED Rock Light NOT even close to waterproof. False IP69k rating claim. I have 8 of these lights in my boat, 2 of them have failed within months. the plastic lens that covers the LED chips themselves. It does not cover the rest of the circuit board. Water just simply leaks in through the unsealed panel on the back and soaks into the circuit board.
PS: The reason why the lens has a hole in it is because the Stedi online warranty department ask you to send a photo with the lens drilled/destroyed, and then they send you out a new light.
Stedi replaced my light bar after just over 5 years as half of it had died. This is outstanding customer service. You may pay more in the first place as it's a quality product but when there's a problem, It's invaluable.

Purchased the new Type-X™ Sport Plus 7" driving lights and totally amazed by the quality of light they throw out. Very nice even crystal clear easy on the eye lighting that exceeds much more expensive lights on the market. I've had many driving lights over the years and these are by far the best illumination. fitted the Stedi globes AND adjusted the height of my lights. The Stedi globes provided a much greater and linear spread of light that carried around 30 feet either side of the road. The light is 5700K daylight, much cleaner that the yellow of the halogens which are probably around 3.5-4K. This is one mod that I am extremely happy with and highly recommend them. They have obviously done a lot of work to get the focal point exactly right. Just make sure that you call them to see if you need an adaptor as well as the globe.
Not bad – I fitted a pair of 8.5" Stedi driving light in November 2022. It was working well until today 31st May 2024. The light gone both of them. It's average. Stedi customer service responded my message and suggested me wiring faults. So I got a sparky to replace a fuse and relay. The lights start working again now. So I changed my rate for Stedi.

Plenty of other options! – It took these guys an entire week to put two connectors in a bag and they still haven’t shipped them out, good chance they won’t arrive for two weeks after the online purchase date. I’m sure the products are great however if you’re expecting parts to finish a job or quality customer service there’s plenty of other options elsewhere. First and last time buyer here.
Faulty ST3K Light Bar – Purchased an ST3K light bar on-line. There was a rattle coming from inside the light bar so I sent it back and that was the end of that. I will not purchase anything else from them.

globe is out. Stedi website does not specify which vehicles require a resistive piggyback lead and expect you to fork out an additional $40 if you find that one is required. They should provide this information up front. Stedi get your act together and do the right thing by your customers

Ok, but not amazing for the price – "Slightly better" Chinese lights but still chinese lights. difference between these lights and lightfox/terralume etc is a stronger marketing campaign, not really the product.
If you want premium lights get VisionX or Narva. Lense fade is a part of life because no one makes glass lenses any more. But don't spend too much on Stedi, it's a waste

So I called them, and that’s how they start processing my order. I ordered another one, and again I choose to pay extra for accelerated process, but still the same. Why on earth they put an option of Express Post and Startrack premium if they can’t do it? This online store is now a scam. They have authorised dealers everywhere, but they don’t sell products to the public, they only sell to you if they are the one to install the product into your car with hefty price on it.

Slow Shipment – Very slow for shipping took 10 days just to have the item shipped, as opposed to advertised to be delivered within 4-5 days it will be around 15-17 days. Also never reply to emails.

website. I was unsure if I would need additional parts or adapters, so I called Stedi and spoke to a really helpful lady who said that I should not need anything else. So I ordered them. They arrived days later in perfect condition. My brother and I replaced the globes in a morning, and the most difficult part was working through BMW's poor design (removing the bumper to access the headlight globe!) These Stedi globes are true "plug and play". They worked instantly, perfectly and are still impressing me every time I turn on my lights or drive at night. If you need globes for your BMW Angel-eyes do yourself a favour and get some Stedi globes! Thank you for reading.
Won't last – STEDI LED bulb are quite expensive, I'd expect it's durable. I bought the LED H1 bulb, it works Ok, but only last for 2 years, it died immediately once warranty expired. Never buy again.
Incomplete product delivered – Bought the roof rack mount for the st-x 41.5inch light to suit rhino rack. Confirmed it would fit the rack as per the video on you by stedi showing installation. I can't even review how they work because I am waiting for bolts to be able to even fit them. I could have ordered from Temu if I wanted products that kind of fit. And saved a fortune!

Horrific costumer support – Do not buy!!! The costumer support is horrific. They sent our wrong globes, now want me to go online, fill out forms for a refund and purchase new ones. For a $40!!!! product. Send out new ones and provide a return sticker without such a hassle. I’ve bought lots of Stedi products in the past, this was definitely my last purchase.

To me, this is akin to going on a first date, having a good time, exchanging numbers but not addresses. Then later that night you look out the window and the date is staring at you from across the street. Honestly chilled my bones to get that email from them and really turned me off ever wanting to be a repeat customer, despite being happy with the products I purchased.
ST3303 lightbars – Have bought three of this series of lightbar on different occasions in 18", 12" and 11". They give a good wide even light. The spread is good but a bit weak on the right. some corners or when crossing floodplains as the cats-eyes and yellow signs can hide the presence of wildlife. I bought the 18" bar for someone else and use the two smaller units in conjunction with a couple of HID spots which haven't been included in this review.
I have two observations:
Lens degradation - the 18" unit was purchased in 2019. It is fitted to a ute based out in WQLD which isn't garaged. The unit still works well however I notice the lens is slowly breaking down layer by layer into fine plastic particles. I have not yet noticed a similar degradation in the two smaller unit which are 6 years and 3 years old and live in a less harsh environment.
Radio interference - I have the 11" and 12" units wired to the same relay. When I travel at night in remote areas I get interference when I use the AM radio. I am unsure which unit is causing it. FM doesn't appear to be a problem. Those of you that turn your nose up at AM may not realise that over a substantial part of Australia that's all there is.
Would I buy more? I have no problem with the product build or performance but I would want answers to the above issues before I forked out for more from this brand.
Do not purchase - Indicators RUBBISH! – Purchased "Dynamic Motorcycle LED Indicator", they flash to fast. Complained to "Support" was told they were designed for Factory standard wiring and flasher unit, no other help! Bike is standard. This is the second time I have bought products from Stedi that do not live up to expectations.
Don't believe the life expectancy claims! Customer service was slow and unapologetic – H1 Copper head led globe died 2 months after warranty expired. Considering the car has done below average kms and it says the life expectancy is 5000 hours and supposed to be longer lived than a regular bulb I am very disappointed. a week to respond to my enquiry and that They would allow me to buy just one led globe. I did that and it took another week to get it. So all in all it was 2 weeks without a working headlight and we'll see how long it replacement lasts..... I should have just changed brands, considering they're all made in China and the life expectancy claim are to be ignored.

where I am or what I am doing. Excellent light from these, 2 white and 2 amber separately switched. Also got the 80 Series buttons for the dash that fit perfectly and look great. The one for spotlights is in now and works perfectly, lightbar one will go in when I buy and install the lightbar. Added some red surrounds for my Evo's to match the car, look great. D1S Globe – Disappointed to say one globe was faulty and flickers every now and then. Went back to replace one of the faulty STEDI globes with my original globe and it’s perfect again. Stick to big brand names like OSRAM/PHILLIPS etc. Poor man pays twice.
Disappointing for a ‘top product’ – Bought a 42 inch Stedi light bar, and 3x 7 inch Stedi light bars from 4wd 24/7. Had the products on my vehicle for 6 months now all mounted to my roof rack. issues lie with the small 7inch bars. Over the 6 months, all three have been filled with condensation and water ingress. Two have already been replaced under warranty. The third I am going through the process now. Each time is a pain in the ass to contact, send proof, send product, conduct fault tests, then finally send out the replacement. Not impressed at all with the obvious issue with these lights. I had kings lights on my last vehicle. And had no problems at all over 6 years! This is three replacements in 6 months… and who knows how many still to come.
