Multiple emails and phone calls later and still nothing. They respond to me with generic emails blaming technical issues etc etc. Phone call last week they guaranteed I would be contacted by their Manager, no such contact has happened. They are definitely a scam, do not go near them. I am so angry with myself for being so gullable and stupid. Never again !
They charge you for 5 bottle's, when you only ask for two. The product doesn't deliver and then they keep sending products. Will be doing my utmost to get them shut down and using all my contacts at the Ministry. Just scammers!

another email with my tracking order within 2 days. Didn’t get one so went on the chat forum- knew something wasn’t right when the chat robot’s English grammar wasn’t correct. They said there was a delay of 8-10 working days, I asked for my priority payment to be refunded, they said they have assured me it’s on its way. Gave me a tracking number which looked legit however shows package hasn’t even been picked up yet. I ordered the keto flow ACV gummies. When you go through the payment method it doesn’t show the total before you click pay, and doesn’t mention Stirling Vitamins as the company you are buying it through. look at the ingredients there was only macca as as an active ingredient along with a long list of fillers... upon reading there label I contacted them asking what should be in their product what they sent back in text message was nowhere near what they delivered to me... sent a picture of the front and back of the bottle to them asking if they had sent the wrong product they said no it was right.... Terrible service. Returned Keto Flow Vitamins from NZ at great cost and was promised a refund. Instead they sent them back to me no refund. Very untrustworthy. If I could use a 0 rating I would. Such a disappointment as all emails promised something different.

a partial refund then when I refused and said I would like a full refund they offered me a 50 % refund and I refused as I was really angry of this dishonest and misleading business site. I then checked reviews on the company and realised I was a victim of a scam and realised they had sneakily signed me up for an ongoing subscription as well. They said the only way I could receive a refund is if I sent the product back to them (which would incur a postage and handling fee with registered postage). I cancelled the order a minute after I ordered it, you can't tell me they packed it and sent it in that time on a Saturday night!!! Dont deliver products – I bought the a product called Manup. Been advertised alot form different sources. They apparently sent it to Australia Post and got a tracking number, but it never was delivered. Aust Post have refunded me $100 of the $220 I paid.
