emails, utilizing their portpolio construction services. None of these are happening. I have contacted him for the refund as I did not receive the services after a couple of months. He then advised me the trading opportunities are delivered directly to the platform dash board. This is exactly the same platform I can see as a normal member. I don't need to pay another $1500 to see the same thing. I have emailed him for the refund a few times but like most of other customers making complain - get nothing back.

If the company director cannot keep his promise and provides mis-leading information, your team, services and products are also not trustworthy. I always believe in Karma. Whatever you took from me in an un-ethical way, you will lose somewhere more.

Eventually I capitulated when the upgrade price was reduced to $2000 for 4 years, so quite a change from the initial offer. A welcome email and invoice soon followed (21 August), although the invoice was incorrect. Despite numerous requests, the invoice was not been corrected and will not be acceptable to my SMSF administrator. The first portfolio review took a while to arrange, and comprised a report (computer generated?) in spreadsheet format, a phone call, and a follow-up email to confirm my understanding of the portfolio review (eg quite a few suggestions for reducing or adding to portfolio, involving hundreds of $K, so important to get right. The follow up email did not materialise. I followed up myself on 13 Sep outlining my understanding of [Name Removed] recommendations during the portfolio call and requesting his feedback as promised during phone call. I followed up again on 3 October as I had no response. On 9 October I requested a refund of my $2000, and [Name Removed] immediately responded, accusing me of being hostile and claiming he had emailed me last Wednesday (3 October). There was no such email in my inbox or junk. He later emailed a report that was voluminous but did not provide the promised feedback. I suggest that anyone considering Stock Specialist instead try Market Matters or Fat Prophets.

Second Time Around – Having completed the first year of membership i got what i wanted and simply learned to use the system to do my own evaluation, was quite happy not to be contacted or annoyed. and i Sold it for 1.20 they picked the energy sector and consumer staples to perfection. most companies rave about stocks after the fact i find stock specialist is covering many stocks before they actually go up which is what you want when paying for a research house.

I love the fact you can call in anytime and speak to there analyst team directly and this is included in the membership fees.

[Number Removed]. Based on my experience I have no confidence in this company. I question how they obtained my contact details as I have never provided them directly to Stock Specialist.

New Subscriber - Initial Observations – Stock Specialist offer very comprehensive technical data on ASX companies, ETF's etc. Their analysts have researched several companies and their buy recommendations are grouped into "Income" and "Growth" portfolio categories.
