He wouldn't answer his phone and would communicate mostly by text. I had to chase the tech for my refund, and when it eventually did come, they rounded the amount down to the nearest hundred. The refund was issued by some kind of vaping company. Avoid at all costs--best case scenario is they completely waste your time.

TOTAL SCAM - would give MINUS 5 stars if possible – Ordered a cleaning kit a month ago and never received it. Tried to follow up and phone number is disconnected. Like many others on here, wish I had read these reviews first. Some reviews are 3 years old and some victims have gone to ACCC yet this scam is still operating. HOW??!!

Caution – Only responded when contact my bank to obtain refund. Items arrived very late, had a home made cheap washed-out tag (product sticker) attached. Liquid smelt like amonia which is a no no for stone benchtops. No contents on above mentioned product sticker. No Rating never got product – Wish I had thought to look for reviews first. $120 paid, receipt received, never got product, numerous emails to different addresses no response. Rang the 1300 number disconnected.

Do not buy, total scam – I transferred money over five weeks ago and have not received the product despite follow up emails. I hope any potential purchasers read these reviews so they won’t lose their money.

The Stone Guy is a total scam – The stone guy chip repair kit is a scam to get your money. Product does not work. Initial email responses to resolve the issues are false promises to string you along I guess untill you give up. Avoid at all costs to avoid disappointment.

Warning this organisation is a scam – I wished I had read the reviews here before I handed over $156 to purchase a stone bench top cleaning kit. Nearly 4 weeks later there is no sign of it, the number on the website has been disconnected and they do not respond to emails. Have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading. Terrible how they can take your money and provide nothing in return, totally unacceptable.

Bunch of Crooks – I've also purchased the repair kit for $100+ well over 5 weeks ago only to have one response blaming COVID for lack of supplies and that they would get back to me within 48hours with what they would offer next. It's SUCH a SCAM – Like others who have left reviews, paid $100+ for repair kit. It never arrived. ONE response to queries, blaming COVID-19 (natch!!) for "delays in receiving supplies". No further responses. It's a scam.

In administration since 2016??? My money is gone, never trusting a bank transfer ever again - that was a red flag!!! – I wanted a cleaner for my new benchtop - totally bought the sales pitch - bank transfer and not paypal is a redflag but did it anyway - $28.60 down the drain. N\

DO NOT USE -SCAM – We paid $111 for a repair kit that never arrived. No way of contacting as unresponsive to emails and the 1300 number not in use! Also heading to ACCC to lodge complaint. Terrible

This company takes your money and does not send you the product – I ordered a chip repair kit 7 weeks ago. They do not respond when emailed and their contact phone number does not work. DO NOT USE AT ANY COST! Rubbish.

Don’t bother! – Emailed this company for a repair quote. Emailed details and photos as advised. Received a response advising a quote would be sent in 24 hours. 5 days later and haven’t received a thing. Called to chase up and call goes to a voicemail box which is full! I thought it was all a little strange, however after reading other reviews of a similar nature, I knew it wasn’t just me who has had a disappointing customer experience. Don’t waste your time!

Horiffic - avoid at all costs – Ordered a $250 stone repair kit. Never arrived. The phone line only goes to voicemail and they ignore all messages and emails. Sham company do not purchase from them. Avoid at all costs.

Stone Guys are Criminals – Seemed legit to start with, paid in full March 2020 They have said they would turn up and on three occasions didn't. They do not answer phone and will respond from different email addresses. Can't believe they can get away with this, it is criminal. Wish I had found these reviews before paying.

These guys appear dishonest and shonky and the only thing they do efficiently is charge your credit card.

We will use someone else as we now don’t want them to come back as they are not reliable or quality tradespeople.

Times are very touch right now, I’m just so upset that this company can rob people the way they do. I need that money they have taken from me. My family needs it. I feel sick to see how many other families they are doing this too as well. I am currently building a case against them. I don’t know how successful I will be as the value of works is under $3300. Invisible repair really!! – So i have contacted these guys and was promised an invisible repair! 100% not at all.. I have now gone with another company who were honest and actually got a better result. Stay clear of these liars! The repair has cost me twice now.

Great repair, very knowledgeable, helpful and fantastic to deal with – We cracked our benchtop with whilst ironing.... silly me! Then decided to get some bleach out as per most of the forums with a little gumption. What a mistake that was!!.. more stains and damage to our lovely caesarstone. Caesarstone rep had told us we need to replace the benchtop. They where not helpful at all, I guess that are in the business of selling more stone. Could not be happier with the service and repairs. Thank you again.

Fantastic benchtop repair – Technician came and perfectly repaired the large chip in my kitchen benchtop. Very relieved the negative reviews were not true. You can use this company because you'll be impressed like me.

Gave me a date, didn't show, 1 phone number goes to a random person, another goes to never ending call waiting. Didn't call me despite having my details.
