WHY IS THIS BUSINESS STILL TRADING – Really unhappy with the reviews on this business after falling for it too, and then seeing here how many people FOR YEARS have said it is a SCAM! How can they still be doing this to people? Same as other people, no reply to emails about the order and never received. Will be lodging with my bank as a fraudulent transaction. NO STARS.

Still Scamming – Purchased Stone Bench Top Repair Kit in early June. Paid for via Bank Transfer and still haven't received the product. Have sent numerous emails and left phone messages. This guy has every excuse and just keeps stalling. Told him that I had reported him to the ACCC and he couldn't care less. ITS A SCAM!!! Take your money then when it comes time to book appointment email bounces back – I engaged in these guys as we needed to repair the stone bench for a client, when we emailed them they seemed professional enough asking for more photos and then giving us a quote once they revised the damage. kit, contact was attempted via phone, email and FB messenger. Stone Guys didn't answer emails, return calls or follow through on anything they said they would do. Stone Guys made empty promises advising kit had been sent then giving an invalid tracking number, not once but twice, then promising a refund. Refund never received, insisted it had been processed but could not provide proof. All delay tactics. At the same time was trying to organise a second return visit to fix repair work as result was mediocre with issue remaining. Stone Guys booked in return visit then failed to show up or ring to advise. After 3 months of being stuffed around, lodged a disputed transaction with bank as purchase was made on credit card. Took a number of weeks but bank refunded money paid to Stone Guys for Stone kit.

Please note the Stone Guys also go by other names The Stone Guy and Stone Benchtop Cleaner. DO NOT purchase or deal with this company they are a joke who will fail to deliver on product or service.

after dozens of emails, messenger posts and phone calls, which largely go unanswered, they will give you the run around and never book in your repair. Eventually they cancelled my job and despite getting it in writting, I am still waiting for my refund of $295. I reported them to ACCC and Consumer Affairs, who attempted to get my refund to no avail, initially they told Consumer Affairs, I cancelled the job, when consumer affairs pointed out they had confirmed their cancellation in writing, they ignored all further correspondence from them. I now have no choice but to take them to the small claim court to retrieve my money. Please if you have been scammed by this company, report them to Consumer Affairs as if they receive numerous complaints, they will prosecute them.
