The strata manager Matthew is so busy that he never answer phone calls and never reply emails. And never ever help to resolve our problems. And I tried to communicate to his director Daniel, and never heard from him. I would give a minus feedback if there is one on the review.
Both agents Ebony Voget and Joshua Jasnos couldn't be assed to respond to let alone acknowledge email correspondence sent to them on several occasions. Fine display of quality service and hard work by Strata plus.

team via phone, email, and online requests have not resulted in any substantive response or action.
Despite being on notice of the defect for several months, no remediation works have commenced and no clear timeframe for repair has been provided. In the meantime, the issue has continued to worsen, including increasing mould growth affecting the carpet in the unit.
This lack of communication and delay in addressing a known building defect has been frustrating and has resulted in ongoing damage and uncertainty.

This is one of the worst Strata Managment companies I've ever dealt with. Our DP is located within "Cavanstone at Eastwood", perhaps the largest group of properties in the west of Sydney. AGM and have refused to amend their error. I would highly recommend that you do not deal with them. "Incompetent" is the best way to describe them.
We have had this company in our buildings for about 7 years now in some form or other and have nothing good to say about them. They are very poor communicators and seem to have little knowledge to share. We have been progressively moving our various strata plans away from them and cannot wait to not have to deal with them at all.

From losing my documents and “forgetting” to add key items like renovations to the AGM agenda to ignoring messages from the unit owners. Avoid if you can – If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands down the most unprofessional Strata company I've ever dealt with. Their service is abysmal. They impose charges without any prior notification and only inform you well after the fact. Instead of taking responsibility for their errors, they shift the blame and expect you to cover the costs. Dealing with this company is nothing short of a nightmare—avoid them at all costs.

Delays can happen, but the complete lack of acknowledgment or effort to address my issue is deeply concerning. Strata+ must drastically improve their communication and customer service. The current approach to handling client concerns is woefully inadequate and unprofessional. Immediate action to enhance responsiveness and a proactive attitude toward resolving issues are essential to avoid further dissatisfaction.

One of the most significant issues I faced with Strata Plus Service was the complete lack of communication regarding my strata fees. Incredibly, I never received any invoices or statements for my strata fees in the first place. As a busy individual, I relied on the company to keep me informed about the status of my payments, but they failed miserably in this regard.
They only send a final notice when payment is overdue for more than 2 months so that they can charge exorbitant interest and legal recovery fees. This punitive approach seemed to be their preferred method of dealing with owners, rather than fostering understanding and cooperation. Such an unfair and heavy-handed tactic is entirely uncalled for, especially given the lack of effort they put into notifying owners about their dues in the first place.
It is evident that Strata Plus places little value on effective communication and transparency. As a property owner, I expected a certain level of accountability and professionalism, which they miserably failed to provide. Their lackadaisical attitude toward invoicing and their readiness to impose harsh penalties for their own shortcomings is deeply disappointing.
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services to other property owners. Their poor communication, lack of invoice and statement reminders, and unfair charging practices demonstrate a disconcerting lack of integrity. As an owner, I deserve a management company that respects my time and financial commitments while treating me with fairness and understanding. Regrettably, Strata Plus Service has proven to be anything but that.
I would strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution when considering Strata Plus Service as their management company. There are likely better options available that value their clients and uphold a higher standard of professionalism.

up on all the work left behind by the first SM, that she resigned. They wanted to unnecessarily raise our strata levies by 16% in 2022 even though we had already projected our necessary increases for 5 years!! Don't waste your time or your strata's money!

Terrible Management & Communication – Avoid Strata Plus, we just voted to remove them as our strata managers. - Unresponsive - Don't forward on quotes to the committee - Haven't received latest invoices - Send third parties to get quotes with no scope of what they are to do - Poor communication on when third parties are attending the premises Very poor that they are collecting fees to do nothing, will be taking steps to get a refund for inaction over the last 2 years.

Worst strata management company we have encountered – In our experience and opinion this is the worst strata management company we have encountered. They encourage disputation insuring mediation with NSW Fair Trading is required. This ensures that the strata company enlarges their fees at the Owner's Corporation expenses. I advise to seek alternate Strata Managers.

We have also requested documents for warranty purposes since EARLY FEB and their solution was to ask us to contact the developer ourselves.

Inconsiderate! Drilling works during COVID-19 lockdown when everyone is stuck at home and WFH – In a LGA on concern, it's hard enough that police are on the streets making sure people are staying at home during the COVID lockdown. Strataplus just makes it harder for residents by allowing 2 weeks of drilling and jackhammering in a complex with 300 units. On top of that, according to the new regulations, if we get one confirmed covid-19 case in the complex, the whole complex may be under FULL lockdown (no way out even for vaccination or shopping for food)!

Non responsive - not sure why we pay and don't get any service – Constantly forced to follow up without any response. Resort to publically posting on sites like this to make sure message gets to right person as normal email channels are left unanswered. Poorly run business with no processes. During my time, I have dealt with some excellent Strata Managers, they have guided me in all my roles, the most recent being Joshua Janos. Josh is a pleasure to work with, he has vast experience, is professional, unbiased, helpful and is available to provide assistance when and where needed. I recommend Strata Plus as an excellent Strata company to handle any strata schemes.
Knowledgeable and up front – I have had Strata Plus manage our building, and found our Strata manager to be extremely knowledgeable, and help put mine and other committee members concerns at ease, especially with dealing with troublesome neighbours that had no idea when it came to the legislation and bylaws of the block.
