ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Because my property manager had left my levies unpaid for a long time (without my knowledge), they're solicitor issued me with a final notice(the only notice I received was a final notice) so I tried to call them sort it out. because the first was rejected. They never got back to me or answered my calls regarding the second payment plan so I kept ringing when I finally got through the solicitor was so rude obnoxious she said if you can't afford the levies then you need to sell and I'm not your solicitor so I don't need to actual do anything for you. She was absolutely vile and rude. So in the end the collection fees that I had to pay was $1400 ontop of the levies ( $3400 total) and only a few weeks to pay it in. These people are terrible don't go with them, this isn't th a first issue where they have behaved terribly with me it's just the worst. They do not give a crap about their clients they're only interest in money grabbing. I'm not the only one who is digusted with their unprofessional behaviour but they are too scared to verbalise it. I don't care any more they have pissed me off too many times now!

generous with their personal time and strata managers have always provided professional guidance in a timely, helpful manner. We have not experienced this type of attentive service anywhere else in the past. We are very grateful to SRES for their personal and caring approach to our building, and most importantly, for turning the building into a place where residents are happy, content, and life is peaceful. Terrible – Terrible communication, frequent changes in our designated Strata Manager without notification, poorly run Ages, additional charges levied for items such as postage and stationary when the majority of our communication was via email, lost documents ....... All up a most frustrating and time wasting experience.
Take great care! – Customer service & communication simply hopeless..to cap off a history of poor service they lost our SP title deed given to them at the our AGM for safe custody! Don't expect them to return calls unless you are in the sales cycle You have been warned
Company that employs an agent who assaulted and tried to bite off Ola Drivers Finger – This company sets a very poor standard when it chooses to employ a drunken violent agent who attacked and bite an Ola driver and almost severed his finger. Drunk and aggressive Jillian Hull be very careful when dealing with this women she is dangerous.
What a nightmare – Strata Res was providing Assisted Service for our strata for a couple of years without major issue. If there were they were corrected and we moved on. Since Jan 2019 the service has almost been non existent and and the emails when you get if you dare to query issues are abusive both from staff and management. Wondering who the client is in the relationship. Not sure what has transpired but steer a wide berth.
Excellent service – We have moved our strata management from another company to Strata Real Estate Services two years ago. The best decision we made and so far we are happy with service they provide. to get someone on the phone you get passed around to completely different people each time and have to start explain the situation all over again. Trying to get anything actioned is near impossible.
Dealing with this company is extremely frustrating and stressful, so if you have any choice in the matter, don't use this company.

mistake " so now we have a bylaw we don't want!!! They aren't going to fix this!!!
The managing agent forgot to turn up at the AGM we had to call her to remind her we were all waiting she turned up 45 minutes late then we had to provide her with paperwork for the meeting. Our block is only 4 owners and they couldn't even get the attendance for the meeting correct.
Then recorded in a meeting that my wife had brought up things. She wasn't even at the meeting!
Other items were on the minutes that weren't discussed.
Charged $275 for "Attendance to lodge bylaws as a matter of urgency " we had been instructing them to lodge the bylaw for two years. We have had several different managing agents all with very little experience. The amount of stress this company has caused all owners is unbelievable once we signed a contract it got even worse. I have told them that our email address has changed and they can't even change an email address!!! You have to have at least two owners at a meeting by law not if not if you're with SRES one owner will do and you don't even have to tell that owner about it. They even had a hide to charge us for extra time at the AGM when we were trying to sort out there mess!!!! Countless emails ignored. They won't let us out of our contract!! This is just some of the problems caused by strata real estate services. I know [name removed] I understand your frustration and sorry you feel that way. Yeah right your company doesn't care less.
I urge anyone else who is having problems with this company to report them to the Department Of Fair Trading. These people shouldn't be licensed.

Best strata yet – Strata res are great. We were stuck in a three year agreement with body corp services and strata res gave us a few months free so we could exit earlier. Thank goodness for that, we now finally have value for money Show reply
Value for money – Recently changed to strata res. We were being charged a fortune with no service from Jameson’s in Mosman. Not only did these guys half what we were paying, but we have had execellent service. Phone calls returned quickly, emails responded too and site visits ever couple of months. Service that fits us – I’m not one to post on these sorts of sites because I don’t really think you can trust them but the experience I’ve had with this guys has just been outstanding and I feel like others should know. They cleaned up all the mess from our old manager (who didn’t even tell us about the law changes) and we are off to a great start. It is a great pity that there is no Zero Rating – Shocking, terrible, appalling, currently worse than having no Manager at all. No response to letters, inconsistent action, and when they do act, they often get it wrong. Service was originally great. Not any more.

Experienced service provider with all things strata – We encountered some serious issues with some of the residents when they began unapproved renovation work on common property they claimed their own. quickly took measures to address this, and with regular site visits, discussions, breach notices and assistance with tribunal proceedings, things began to turn around. His strong knowledge of our plan, starting from the initial site visit, helped the owners corporation understand the severity of what this particular owner had done. We found Jason to be really trustworthy, understanding, knowledgeable, with ideas tailored according to our needs. He has been extremely attentive in following up matters with tradesman, bridging the gaps of communication between owners, settling disputes between residents and providing suggestions for meaningful action to the executive committee.

We were a self managed scheme, and the advice we have received from accounts, Admin, the strata Managers, and customer service has been so helpful and informative. I was told my a family member that Strata Companies always charge you for questions and never respond to your inquiries, but strata real estate services has always been responsive and helped me with any of my questions, and have not charged anything additional for this. Their online portal, which Ive now been told is exclusive to them, gives us complete access to all our records and financials, which is so convenient and has saved us time as everything we have needed has been online, there was no need to even contact our manager. I was really surprised to read the reviews here.. maybe the organisation has changed recently, but as soon as we appointed them our manager arranged to come out on-site and inspect the property, raising some issues we weren't even aware of. He informed us this is done quarterly. He also allowed for us to hold our AGM on-site which was really convenient for us as we have several older folk in the building. Overall really happy with this company and hope things continue the way they are going now.
Lousy ! Take your Account elsewhere – Very poor attention to detail, and a 'could care less' customer service culture at SRES from the Management through to the account managers. I've chaired many Strata Committees whose Accounts are with varied Strata Management Companies, and this is by far the worst. They've lost our account ...and not a day too soon!

Worst strata service I have ever seen – Once they changed our strata manager the service went from average to terrible, nobody answers emails, the contractors the send to mow the lawn and clean the premises are so bad, I have asked to change them and nobody answers my messages, I have asked for AC installation approvals and no answer about anything. This is an update. The Catch Supplier (Ideal Sources) has sent me a replacement valve for the boat. Thank you.
