Unethical and rude. Stay away from this company. Zero governance and transparency

ABLO - rude, utterly unprofessional and I suspect has a problem with women. Not sure how he remains employed by this company.

Everytime I call them and the operator said she will pass my enquiry with other colleagues then the phone hung up !!

breaches in the breach notice that they have issued - ABLO made excuses and concocted lies - when asked to provide evidence of these lies - ABLO rescinded the breach notice.. the whole exercise was embarrassing and morally corrupt.. The worst property management company you can pick – Do not be fooled by some of the “positive reviews” that you are reading here about this business. neglecting health and safety of their clients and do not have even basic customer service skills.

Ablo, you are probably not just the worst property manager I have ever seen in my life, but also the most ignorant and unprofessional employee that meant to be working with the customers as a part of their job! I am not sure how old are you, I can’t believe that you still haven’t learnt that screaming and swearing at your clients, especially the ladies, and threatening them is not acceptable and not appropriate.

That’s understandable that in some cases you are trying to cover your colleagues (or mates?) and justify their negligence, but this is not what your business is being paid for. I can only give you one suggestion – find another job not related to customer service. You are in the wrong field, and I don’t think you can ever change.

Lastly, if you are unfortunate enough to be their customer, keep in mind that all your concerns and complaints will be ignored. All you can expect for your money is negligence, ignorance and roughness.

Avoid this business at all costs!

Fantastic Management – After changing to Stratagised Body Corp, we are delighted with fantastic service we have received . Our Body Corp fees have been be structured to save us all money and have money to maintain our building in a well presented manner. Best oc manager – So far the best oc manager I ever dealt with. Ablo always solved any OC issue promptly and even available to be contacted after hour.

Proactive and Responsive OC Manager – Strategised Concepts Group was engaged by the OC committee of our 208 lot estate after a very poor performance by the previous (builder appointed) OC manager. We have found Stratagised Group to be professional and most importantly responsive. They have pointed out many crucial issues such as the lack of a long term maintenance plan and rectified them.
