Right to the door – I recently ordered a new Garden shed from Stratco. While they originally delivered the wrong colour, after calling the promptly rectified the problem and quickly picked up the wrong shed and delivered a new one with ease. The truck driver doing the pick up and drop off did an amazing job of getting the new Garden shed right up to the middle of the drive, delicately navigating large tree branches and not damaging anything. Terrible! – An absolute crap show - go somewhere else and pay extra - the headaches are not worth it!!!! March 2020, we we had more aluminium screening quoted from rough measurements.
In October we took accurate measurements, got a formal quote, paid etc. Turns out [name removed] used our original quote from 6 months ago, and two panels did not fit. [name removed] provided no apology or admission of fault from his stuff up, just a "we'll get it recut".
Our Recuts have arrived, and now they're too long. I'm absolutely fed up with the incompetence of this store! How can one company stuff up so many times????

A useless business, save your money and go ANYWHERE ELSE but Stratco! – From the moment the miserable person answers the phone to the guy who couldn't care less about customer service. This is one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. The guy came to do a quote with a pretty crap attitude and then said he'd email the quote to me. I never received it! saying she'd call the person who did the quote to find out where it is as she said 3 weeks was way too long to wait for a quote. She came back to me saying I had to call the guy to find out where it is otherwise she'd have to take down my details and relay them to the guy and it was too much work for her. So I called the guy and he said "Oh yeah I have your quote, send me your email and I'll send it through tonight". Well they already had my email and why the hell, if he had my quote, did it take me calling to request it, to possibly finally get it?! If they didn't want the job then they just could of said. What a bunch of useless morons who know nothing about customer service! I will be telling everyone and posting to all social media to tell people not to ever use Stratco as they are hopeless at doing business! I'm happily taking my money elsewhere and even happier to spend more money if it means I don't have to deal with people from Stratco!

Great Product just don't have any parts missing from your delivery – The product is great & the final result was excellent. But unfortunately there were a number of major components missing from my delivery, posts & guttering.
