Disgusting Customer Service – Paid in FULL for a heritage garden shed. Told it would be ready 27 November, which it wasn’t. Picked up the shed early December. Advised that some parts were missing. Called the next day asking when I could pick up missing parts. Told that the parts need to be manufactured and we would get a call back. That never happened. We rang back again… Read more

asking and was advised that the missing parts are at the Ormeau store ready for pick up or they could deliver. We said we will pick up. Go back to store only to be told “we don’t have anything, it will have to be manufactured”. I emailed asking what was going on, we get told it’s ready then get told it needs to be manufactured. After making many calls , I received a call from the girls in the office saying “ your parts are ready for pick up or did we want them delivered. I said no , we’ll pick up”. Go there again and nothing again. This is getting beyond a joke now. We ring again asking about the problem and if the parts aren’t ready, we want a full refund and Stratco can send someone out to dismantle the partially assembled shed. We receive another call from the office staff advising that the parts are available, go there again, wait for over 30 minutes only to be given the runaround and offered 4 pieces of angle. We went straight back to the office and spoke to a staff member and explain our frustration, only to be told that “this is all they can do to help fix the problem “. This is totally unacceptable. We asked them to send someone out to dismantle the shed and give us a FULL refund. We are out of pocket the money we had to pay to get the shed partially assembled. The customer service is very disappointing.

A+++ service from Callum – Have received my shed delivery today by Callum. Cannot speak highly enough about the level of service Callum provided. He went above and beyond to help get all my shed components where they needed to go, which he didn’t have to do but offered out of his own kindness, and did it all whilst having a good chat and laugh. Bad materials – I have been installing colourbond for 15 yrs, I should know if a product is good or bad by now. This product for fencing is of poor design. The sheets do not fit well and leave a sharp edge exposed when put together. One batch of sheets are 785mm in width and the second batch was 790mm leaving me with a 15mm gap on the end…. employee on the other end of the line, tried to justify a 15mm difference because he thinks that the product is warped. Don’t buy from this company unless you want headaches.

Insulated patio – The in store service was great. Unfortunately, our order was delivered to the wrong site. The staff did everything they could to have the order picked up and delivered to us as soon as possible. Would have been helpful to have more comprehensive instructions. Show details

was waiting for me at the designated pick-up point. When I made the purchase the customer service officer promised that my tax invoice receipt would be waiting for me at their sales office with my new Stratco Rewards Card. All was waiting for me as promised. Unfortunately I cannot recall the customer service officer I spoke to on the phone that initially assisted me. However, well done to him and to everyone else at Startco that was involved in my purchase and pick-up.

Disgusting Service - Will Never Go Back There – Happy to take my order. Took 7 weeks for order pick up when they said it would take 2. Then one of the items was incorrect. They told me i had to pay for a replacement. Then they messed around and never even bothered to order the replacement. and they dont give a rats. I will never EVER buy anything again from Stratco, online or in any of their stores. They totally stink.

While posting this, i got a chance to communicate with a stratco representative. They said they would contact me to learn about my experience and then they never did. Just further proof that this company and its people are a bad joke.
