No help whatsoever – Purchased a stratco awning. Wrong posts supplied ( even after i told the salesperson what i required) No plans on how to erect. When I asked for the plans i was told they would be emailed to me. 2 hours later & another 2 phone calls no plans. Ended up driving to stratco only to receive plans hand drawn on paper. Absolute joke to deal with. Definetely zero customer service. Not the way i run my business that's for sure. Show details

Feeling drained – I purchased 2, 3meter polydrains to take away the water away from in front of the garage. The service was efficient and friendly which I enjoyed. The drains are excellent. What I wanted at the right price – To organize my two door shed, I needed secure storage. Online I found that Stratco had steel lockers with adjustable shelving and keyed access.
