Total waste of money, useless design the cover is too short to fit over air conditioner – The product measurements fail to state that the top piece sits 7cm lower then the side pieces when constructed, therefore when placed over air conditioner you lose the 7 cm in height. Great store good service – The people who work there are very helpful, sadly the stock Isn’t always available and the fact that they are not open on the weekend is a inconvenience as we like most people work during the weekend so we end up going elsewhere and they are open Weekends, so that doesn’t help the store any Show details
Great but bad service – Vanessa from the Port Augusta store was AMAZING but she was let down by outside services. Our order was lost in transit and 5 days late after paying $100+ for postage then the second order was three days late with no explanation. However, Vanessa chased it up for us and gave us all the support in the world. Show details
