paid, I did a direct debit to your BSB and account with OSKO. I was told they couldn't give me a receipt until the payment cleared. It is my information that OSKO clears immediately, however, I never received the final payment receipt. I was also overcharged by error. I was informed the monies owing to me would be repaid by accounts over a week later. I complained and my payment was expediated, thankyou. Perhaps a senior salesperson should check all options have been covered prior to sign off. I definately would have gone the higher and wider option. Overall I am satisfied, my shed is currently under construction and looks great. My small critisisms are meant to be constructive, for learning, not for any adverse action against the salesperson.

Great in store assistance – We arrived at Berri Stratco with partial list of items required to redo a shed wall and replace a door. Matt quickly worked out everything required and placed the order which arrived in a matter of days. Makes all the smaller welding/brasing jobs easier – Small size of oxy set makes it great for all the smaller jobs around the house. Living in an old house, theres always something to do in an obscure, hard to reach area. The hot devil set fills that need well with everything in one handy carryframe. Show details

Wonderful customer service – I've recently been into the Berri Stratco and the staff there are fantastic. They were able to give me helpful advice about getting cut to lenght colourbond, showed me the different ranges of sheds and went through options for outdoor patios. They also helped me source a sale product from another store and provided helpful payment options. I have really enjoyed my experiences dealing with the Berri Startco team. Show details
