We are very happy with our building manager at Merchant, Vlad Kupershteyn. He is always very pleasant, pro-active and not afraid to get his hands dirty when required. Vlad interacts very well with all our occupiers and has a positive working relationship with the staff at Bar Merchant, our coffee shop/bar located in the lobby. Show reply

Shyam is the best Building Manager we have ever had. He ensures our complex runs smoothly and efficiently. He goes out of his way to help everyone in the complex and is always very approachable and knowledgeable if you need anything. complicated environment as our residents comprise of different ethnic backgrounds and cultures. Due to language barriers and past life experience overseas of some of these residents, often he has to deal with residents who have little or no knowledge of law and order which make his compliance work of strata law particularly challenging. Fortunately, his wealth of building management knowledge and experience, complemented by his excellent people skills and patience, enable him to deal with irrational residents harmoniously. We are happy and lucky to have him taking care of our building management affairs. He is an invaluable asset to any employer or company in the building management industry.

Well done another year – We had a number of BMs prior to Thumma but as soon as Thumma took over everything started to come together. He provides guidance and support to OC continuously. He fixes building issues in a timely manner. His professional approach helped us through many urgent and major problems. He is also friendly, approachable and trustworthy!

there is a complaint against you, he is proactive in his dealings to sort out a solution for both parties, not reactive that you have done something wrong. I have been dealing with Thumma for a couple of years now, and always a pleasure to deal with!

Pinetree Apartments Terrugal – I have been a resident of Pinetree apartments for more than 3 years. Our building manager for most of that time, Adrian, was the most professional, personable and efficient BM you could find. His Successor Amil is trying his hardest to emulate Adrian. I must add having Mr. Manny Trakis as our building manager and our go to person for concerns/questions plays a big factor and makes living in this building even more pleasant. He is such a professional, polite and well-mannered individual that goes above and beyond assisting when we are in need.

Makes life easier – I can’t speak for the company as a whole but my BM has gone above and beyond in regards to warranty repairs very happy with Manny Trakis finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel

Good building managers – I find Manny our building manager very helpful and respectful always trying to fine a solution it’s a pity some others don’t follow he’s lead .

Moving in assistance was excellent – I just moved into 14 Pound Road, Hornsby. The building manager, Amil, went out of his way to be of assistance.
