Subscription end – My subscription finished without any notification. Luckily, I noticed my credit card wasn't being debited so I didn't miss any issues. Oddly, my card was charged 2 months after subscription finished.

Love Getting My Magazine – I look forward to getting my magazine each month. Subscription is easy and at a great discount making it really good value. Using Pay Pal gives me added security. Great.

Not All Pay Pal ? – Am I right in thinking that the option to use Pay Pal at checkout is limited to certain bundles and Mags.... or have I been drinking far too much coffee ?

Some difficulty yesterday – I found it impossible to delete any mistakes when purchasing. I had incorrectly entered "gift" but was not able to delete the article so had to wait till the next day to start a fresh entry

You have a very complicated system to pay subscriptions – Too time consuming to pay on line Page keeps reloading.love the magazine but it is too full of cooking. Would like to see more craft and sewing and projects for men

Misleading Renewal Notice – My renewal notice states "It's that easy!" to renew online, however the price quoted in my renewal offer is not shown on-line. The 1 year offer on-line is dearer than the price quoted in my renewal offer received by mail.

Convenience of obtaining this excellent publication – Living alone in rural Victoria and a number of kilometers from the nearest shop it will be convenient to be able to have the magazine delivered and as a bonus have it at a cheaper rate. With the uncertainty of the stay at home ruling I have now switched from posting in my competition entries by mail to entering on-line. Easy to use – Easy to use - unfortunately not an area ( that I could see at least ) that can click RENEW OR EXTEND subscription , so ended up paying $4.00 more than advertised price in mail sent to me . Just FYI - simply could not be bothered getting in the car as driving to the post office , buying a stamp and sending back to Company - not worth $4 to me , but not really acceptable either :(

can't cancel subscription – Although I gave written notice to cancel my subscription several months ago, money is still being taken from my credit card. Seems fraudulent to me. Have others had similar experiences?

Unhappy with Renewal process – I have been a long time subscriber of WHO when I used my customer number the cost was $74.99 when I just signed in without saying I was a previous customer the cost was $69.99 . Not so happy about that. Also when the renewal was sent only the recurring options were advised . I like to order 6 months at a time not on a credit card. Why would you make it more expensive for regular customers ?

Christmas Gift – My daughter loves this magazine and so for the fifth year in a row, when my reminder arrived in the mail, I immediately renewed her yearly subscription. It is the easiest gift to buy and had no problems when following the "Extend securely online!" instructions. This magazine is the gift that keeps on giving.

Difficulty navigating the web page – When I selected the magazine title a PRINT icon appeared with no explanation. I had to double click that icon to go to the next entry????? We were sent a renewal notice with a 1 year subscription offer of $59.99, the price on the web page is $62.99 . There was a box for a voucher though no voucher number was supplied on the renewal.

Simple and Easy – This took me less than 5 minutes to extend my subscription, just had to click a few buttons and it was done. I am not that computer literate and it was very easy to use.

Perfect – So happy I have a subscription now and saves me heaps. I am not diabetic but borderline so i love reading the diabetic mag for its great info and recipes.

easy to use, great offer – will be interesting to see how the renewal actually works, whether there is a reminder prior to the expiry time, or just rolls on unless i cancel. will be annoyed if no reminder or email that advises the new renewal is approaching.

I am flying blind – Nowhere in the renewal offer or in the payment section does it mention the date of the expiry of the current subscription or the dates for the renewal. This would seem to be deliberate and if so, would be unethical

Love the That's Life mag – Love all the stories and the puzzles but I have to fight the kids off to do the puzzles. Would love to know when my subscription ends and starts as I have trouble remembering when I started? Sometimes I can't wait for the next issue to arrive. Show details

Better Homes and Gardens – We enjoy your magazine, the recipes and home hints. I wish when the magazines are sold with cooking pans in the pack at the supermarket there was some way we as subscribers could take advantage of this.

Excellent good ft option – As I gift the magazine to Australia from UK I find the excellent customer service help invaluable as I would find it very difficult to arrange the monthly subscription from here.,

I need to know when the subscription goes to? That is the end date – It was easy to put this extended order through, last time when I made the 12 month subscription it was difficult, so you doing something right. My mum lives her magazine, she looks forward to it in the post every week. Some sunshine in this troubled world for her.
