Really ordinary fast food. The Alfredton Subway was not very clean & the food does not present as anything like the photos. Interestingly, l was the only customer at a normal meal time. The young guy behind the counter was very professional & pleasant. He deserves to work somewhere where the food is not an embarrassment.

Disgusting live bug inside meatball – I ordered a footling meatball sub for my daughter. from Subway in Orsnge. When we got home she took a bite of it and it had a live beetle/ bug inside the meatball. She was very upset, when she spat it out it was still crawling. Absolutely appalling food hygiene! I rang and told the store, they said to come down and get a refund. We will never go there again!
Food quality – It was awesome. Food quality is good and location is pretty.
I asked for a gluten-free wrap, then added cheese, avocado, beetroot, spinach, lettuce, carrot, and cucumber, a sprinkling of salt and pepper, and some sauce, which cost nearly $14.00. In other Subway stores, this combination usually costs between $8 to $9. Then get home, and as I try to unwrap it, it falls apart, and there is some type of meat in it. Straight in the bin. Never again.
Spent $30 at Tweed Heads Subway on Kennedy Dr and we got stale crumbly bread, took most of the top of bread off and didn't eat which you can see in the photos. I submitted what happened online to the main Subway contact as I wasn't able to find the stores direct details and they sent me a totally dismissive email, thanked me for letting them know… Read more
and that its now been resolved, meaning-they are not continuing talking about it. I then had to make a new enquiry about the original one and requested a store credit to replace the terrible subs I purchased and they did not even answer me but instead asked me to rate how they dealt with it. I feel its basic decency to replace stale food.
Always great service and fresh tasting food. Dipanjot who serves me regularly at Westfield Kotara is so friendly and does a wonderful job.
I’m a great fan of Subway. I was in a subway in Monaro St Queanbeyan and I watched as the people in front of me had ordered a wrap, but the rap base seem to be being destroyed before any ingredients was put on. She threw it away and got a new one. Then when it was my turn, they gave me and cheese bun that looked very white. I don’t recall ever… Read more
seeing one that white before, as if undercooked. I didn’t say anything as I thought it would be fine. When salad was put on my bun, it was only a tiny serving where is usually I’m given lots of salad. I did ask for a little more on there, and they put a tiny bit more. When they rolled it up, it seemed to be just all falling apart, but they managed to get it rolled up and I purchased it. When I sat down to eat it, and unwrap it I’ve never had a bun of yours like it. It went everywhere I’ve included a short video of it there was chicken teriyaki on the top of the bun on the underside of the bun and salad falling out everywhere. I have no idea what went wrong. This was my worst experience at any subway around Australia. I’ve never had a complaint before of a subway. Only this one.
Subway Kallangur QLD make the worst Subs ever. They don’t take note of the order obviously and make it with an absolute “I don’t give a trash how it looks’ attitude. Is it the manager/trainer or the staff making these subs. I think everyone who works there needs to be retrained on how to make a sub the right way, the way they used to make them… Read more
with good presentation and not a messy burnt sub. I’ve been through this three times already so it must be an ongoing thing with some or a particular staff member. If you don’t present the customer with the correct or order and presentation as per your training then there won’t be a Subway. Get your act together and start thinking of the customers requirements and just remember it’s the paying customers that keep you in a job.
Purchased 2 footlong subs from the Woy Woy franchise, one had 4 slices of tomato the other had 3, you used to get 3 slices of tomato on a 6 inch, 2 subs is 30 bucks, pretty poor value in my opinion.
I added the free lipton ice tea to my order as part of my promotion but it didn't come up on my order because of a system bug and the attendant refused to give me the lipton tea with my footlong. Very bad service. They just smiled and said to try again tomorrow. Won't come back again. The store was Canberra Civic Square.
Ordered 3 cheese philly steak was charged for extra cheese didn’t ask for extra and check photo onion was disguising. Whole sun just chucked together overall not a great experience this time round. Can not provide proof of purchase as they keep my receipt

Ordered a late dinner from subway through Door Dash. The avocado on the toast was brown in parts & tasted very unpleasant. The tomato, ham & cheese toasty was sparse, hardly any cheese & sliver of tomato. Each was cold. The door dash receipt did not show what restaurant the order was made. Subway very unhelpful. Saying a complaint must be through the franchise, or door dash. Didn’t take on board that their food delivery was substandard.
We ordered 2 of there supposed loaded bacon dogs... And we received two rolls with completely raw bacon & dogs on them! We rang the store they tried to say it was cooked.... OK... Just check the pic, does it look cooked? How can staff not know the difference between cooked & raw bacon?
The most Stingy subway I think I've ever got from any subway ever , pay $16 for a rat roll . Never will buy from that Goonellabah Subway again. I've never made a complaint about a restaurant or any cafe etc ever , trust me this was average as , and to be honest sort of rude the service ..This was teriyaki chicken with cheese and avocado, asked for everything but not lettuce or tomato . RUBBISH
Got to footlong meals from subway at Parkwood. They forgot the cookies and the salad was disgraceful as well as the meats. 2 slices of salami in one and missing half the salad. A few small pieces of chicken in the other. 3 pieces of cucumber 3 pieces of tomato. No carrots no lettuce. We had asked for all salads except jalapeño pickles and olives.… Read more
I rang the store. She was rude and spoke over me and said she would call back. I have left messages and rang 5 times in the last 4 days. It was close to $40 I paid for the two meals. The service, the products and the lack of communication are definitely not acceptable. Definitely won’t be using them again

Exceptional service by Tanner, made an amazing sub. Will definitely be back. If only all customer service was at this level. Thank you.
Follow-up · My experience ongoing with my l I cal subway store has been nothing short of the best. From the service, the exceptional staff, to fresh quality and presentation of my order.
So I went into subway phillip at 6pm today and ordered a foot long sub. The girl put 4 pieces of cheese on and 4 pieces of ham. There was big gaps between the cheese and ham and when i said you haven't put much on she ignored me. I basically got a salad roll.. I'm done with subway.
Follow-up · Have not been back, and will not be going back.
After ordering a salad, I asked for a fork and was told they didn’t have any. Whilst one employee searched the other sat at the other end of the store and did t help and just waved me off saying “bad luck we don’t have any” There was no other suggestions as to how to solve the situation.
Follow-up · No problems with other stores Service good, good attitude from other staff.

I have been having a wonderful customer support service by the Subway Keysborough staff member Chrissy over the many months being served at the Subway Keysborough store who is always willing to provide great service at every single time I have visited and really listens to what the customer wants when ordering of the menu. She has also recommended… Read more
trying different meals and salads which is a delight and really appreciate her outstanding service and commitment to Subway. I will keep coming back! Peter.
I would like to thank Subway Shepparton, a young girl named Holly or Molly who, when l asked for a GF wrap, she went into her training for Celiac customers. Her gloves to the separate cutting board. She went above and beyond expectations. Thank you, it was delicious.

First, their online help is absolutely hopeless, it won't let you ask a specific question, that's what you get when you're replacing bones and flesh people by st^pid AI. They opened a new subway in my town for over 2 weeks, but it's not included in the app for ordering. The corporate section needs more training to show they care about customers. But in the day and age caring come last and profits first.
Subway broken hill should be ashamed. Order was 2 footling with Turkey breast. Only 4 slices of Turkey on each. When questioned I was rudely told that was all I was getting and if I wanted more I had to pay for double meat. I thought 12 slices on a footlong was the standard.
I have never been so shocked in my life. I ordered a 1 inch, steak and beetroot. I wanted lettuce, the young lady put in about 1/3 of a cup. I asked for more. She went and got a big bag full of lettuce. Then went to put it back in the fridge. (I never took my eyes off her). 4 customers later a gentleman asked for lettuce in his subway and the… Read more
manager said they had run out of it. I was sitting down eating my lunch and I said out aloud, " excuse me but the lady put a big bag in the fridge. She said she didn't have any left. I said I was sitting here and I saw the other lady put it in the fridge. The manager totally ignored me. So disappointing. It's the lies that is shocking. I asked her, Why not open the fridge and we will see. I was totally ignored again. It was the Thomastown subway.

Subway Enfield packed the incorrect sub . I went home to family and discovered the error. Tried to call but was on answering machine telling me to call back. I returned to subway 40 mins later as I had to drive back. The server pointed to a sub at the back of the counter. I said.. you are going to make a new one aren’t you. He grudgingly made a… Read more
new one and handed it to me. When I said.. I went all the way home and then had to come back again. He then said . Ooh sorry. Mistakes happen but I would have thought in the interest of happy customers that I would have been offered some cookies or an earlier apology but left feeling a little like I was a bit of a nuisance. Might go to Greenacre subway in future
Purchased chicken teriyaki twelve inch white from Subway Coburns Rd , Melton this afternoon. Think roll was baked yesterday, bread was not fresh, it was dry and stale. Have purchased from here on numerous occasions, this is the first time the roll has been below par, hopefully a one off. Not even the warm chicken could make it taste nice.
Normally ive had a descent sub from here but there must budgetary cutback here too now as 1 i did not get chicken strips like i asked it was minute roast chicken crumbs a couple of shreds of lettuce and well under there advertised weight of 239gms. Paying more and getting less is not something i normally continue to support
I love Subway but today my footlong seafood roll from the drivethrough Seaford Road was very ordinary. Very little seafood , hardly any dressing.and took ages to get. Very disappointing and I won't be back. This is a genuine review by an 80 year old
