Very disappointed with what I received. What I got was absolutely tiny compared to much larger plants shown online and some didn’t even have any roots. I emailed the company to ask if what I had received was correct and did not receive any email back (it’s been over a week). Definitely would not buy from this company again.

This is my 2nd order, 1st was via eBay. I was able to buy varieties of euphorbia, cactus & succulents I haven’t been able to find elsewhere. Plants are much bigger than expected, well rooted & very well packaged. Each was numbered & a list with pictures to assist with identification. I have found my number one succulent seller.
I received my plants well packed, wrapped individually, named and still moist. They took off straight away with no set back. Highly recommend!!
Rooted cuttings received in good time and in good order. Cuttings were clearly labelled and well packed to protect from damage in transit.
Really Impressed! All my ordered plants arrived safely and all much bigger plants than I was expecting.They are all healthy and doing well after the first week. I even received a bonus of some extra plants. I can totally recommend plants from Succulents online.
Love my Panda succulent it is gorgeous and exactly as described. My plant was very healthy, well packed and arrived very quickly thank you so much. appealed to me. When the Order arrived my son unpacked it for me as I was unwell and a day or so later I noticed it wasn't what I had ordered. I contacted the Grower who said they had sent me a Violet that ...... "they thought I would prefer" which was a fairly ordinary double flower and a different colour from the special cultivar I had chosen. They do list several special African Violets in their store. The Grower expected me to just accept this situation but since the Shipping for the 2 little plants was expensive I opted to Return the wrong Violet and have them send me what I ordered because they had sent me emails after my Order advertising the Violet (in stock )I originally had chosen. My Returned Violet to them arrived 2 days ago but today they sent an email they can't replace the Violet I chose as it is now "Out of Stock". I sent an email asking why they didn't reserve a plant for me as they knew I didn't want a Refund but the Plant I had Ordered. BUT according to their current website today the Violet I chose is "In Stock".
Follow-up · I returned the incorrect Violet packed so carefully it could not suffer in transit. Succulents Online then sent me a Picture of a Violet without any flowers at all complaining about the condition of the Returned plant. I am an agave plant collector and always looking for rare one online. This is how I found succulents online. the staff who I contacted with is Nadi who is very friendly and knowledgeable. In order to explain the question which I was asking clearly, she took some photos to me to let me make the decision easier. The plant price is very reasonable and the quality of plant is great. I will do business again with her. thanks again.
I bought a Purple Aeonium online and it arrived well packaged and in good condition. Planted it the next morning and a week later it looks healthy though a few small lower leaves withered and dropped off as expected when transplanting.
Follow-up · It has been 6 weeks since I added the Purple Aeonium I purchased when transferring the existing collection of succulents I had to a larger pot. The plant I received had a 90° bend in the stalk which was a little disappointing but I propped it with a small pot foot which I was able to remove after 4 weeks and hopefully the accompanying photo will… Read more

Rooted cuttings received well packed and in good condition ready to pot up. Timely delivery and no fuss ordering. Plants were numbered on each separate package with photos of flower corresponding to numbered plants.

Prompt and efficient service. The plant was very thoughtfully packaged, and came with clear instructions for potting. I was surprised at the size of the plant I received (I expected it to be much smaller). I would recommend this business.

Do not buy plants from this company. They arrive infested with mealy, not packaged properly and many broken leaves, damp and with rotten spots, etiolated from bad growing, and when you complain, they expect you to pay for return post!! Disgusting and total waste of money. The photo is after they were treated for mealy.

Extremely dissapointed with online plant purchase – I ordered 6 plants from this business. One plant was a Madagascar Palm. The plant had a delicate flower stem and bud. It was simply folded double and wrapped in paper. It arrived broken, the flower stem was broken off, and bone dry. recover. It was beyond recovering. You would never buy a plant in such a bad state at a garden centre or nursery. No matter how far, drive and go and choose a good quality plant at a nursery.
