Do not order from this website – I will never order ever again from this website I have been waiting for over 4 months for $80 worth of baby clothes which won’t fit if ever they turn up. Multiple emails later still no response website is unavailable. I have lodged a complaint through afterpay but doubt I will ever see my money. Very unprofessional I will be reporting to fair trading if this is unresolved

Ive made a few orders and will make more! – I really enjoy shopping on this site. its a nice easy website to use and the clothes are the best! I've made a few orders and have been happy with them all. One of my parcels was lost by auspost but sugar me sweet refunded my order VERY HAPPY!

Will never order again – I would never buy again or reccomend that someone purchase through this business. I purchased 2 baby sets that i never received, could not contact or get a response from the business. Total waste of time, should be shut down. Only way I received a refund was by making a complaint to afterpay who contacted the owner.

If I could give a zero star rating I would – I ordered $75 plus worth of baby clothes 10 weeks ago, after 10 emails, numerous requests for timelines or a refund, no reply and no action. The absolute worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had and would caution anyone to ever give this so called business a cent.

Unreliable – I bought some stuff amounted to $78 6 Weeks ago and had not received the goods. Made Several attempts to contact seller to check on delivery status and requested for refund but no response. Unreliable, irresponsible site.

Do not buy from here – I ordered about 6 weeks ago, and never received my goods. I've contacted them and they said it would be posted by the end of the week, this was 3 weeks ago. I've emailed several times for a refund and have had no luck.

really weird. I’d wash and soak them but I feel like they will fall apart anyway so what’s the point. What a waste of money. I didn’t think to read these reviews until it was a few days after ordering and I hadn’t had a shipped notification yet. I have definitely learnt my lesson! dont waste your money people!

I have since requested a refund by emailing twice, facebook messaging and attempting to call the number listed on their AfterPay account details which has been disconnected. I will now have to cancel my credit card linked to my AfterPay account and start a new one fresh. THANKS!

Drop shipping, do not buy – Also taken in by great web site. Thought I was supporting young Australian business owner make her dreams come true. Ordered in June, it is now mid August.

Do not buy from here. Items never arrived. No replies to emails – I wish i read the reviews first before purchasing... pretty sure this is a scam because no one ever replied to your emails. weeks later I tried again to ask for shipping details or something. Still got nothing. They have no physical address or phone number.

I received an e-mail yesterday saying my items are on its way with a tracking number but no details on which post/courier so I copied and pasted the number into the NZ international shipping centre where it will be preloaded.

It said it was in Shanghai, China. The fact it's from China doesn't upset me but the entire time they have you believe it is in Australia (so shouldn't take that long for delivery) and then again the communication they don't mention anything! They could have been honest from the start saying this will take longer as it comes from China. Then I wouldn't have been chasing up my order for 6 weeks. Hopefully I receive them as they are gorgeous and hopefully they are of good quality. I wouldn't order from them again purely because of the disrespect and lack of communication.

UPDATE received my order 2 months after placing it. TERRIBLE QUALITY. Thin crappy material. Maybe okay for kids daycare/kindy clothes

Do NOT order from this company – I am extremely disappointed with this company. I have proof that money was taken from my bank 1 month ago. Despite this I never received a track number or order confirmation. I have sent numerous emails and not had anything back. My daughters birthday is in 2 weeks... I have Zero faith I will ever get these items!

Why didn't I see the signs??????? – I was blinded by the well put together website. What a shambles! I followed up two weeks asking for a follow up or refund which they ignored and then again today demanding a refund or I would be claiming a charge back from my credit card company and they didn’t reply but I got a generic “shipping email” after. Looking at the tracking its coming all the way from CHINA! Their website says they are Australian so clearly they are not! number once been completed. All my items I bought were nicely pack and nothing wrong with them, 18-24 months are pretty small sizing I must say & some of items didn’t have bigger sizes then that. My daughter is only 4 months old, she’s a long baby I’m sure she fit into them when she gets older.

can be up to 10 business days and that they cannot refund my order even though it hadn't been shipped because it is "processing". Its been almost a month now. I have sent fb messages, emails. Tried calling a mobile number that afterpay had listed (disconnected) NO response.

So angry with this piece of crap excuse for a boutique.

Thought it was sus upon looking, they have no contact number on website or facebook page. No review option on facebook page. Now I know why.

I also bought other outfits as well as the dress so am out of pocket over $100.

Still waiting for order, and response to emails – Product may be very affordable but there's a really good reason for it....... it's because it's made poorly and with Nasty fabric! Disgusting Customer Service – I found this store by doing a quick google search - the items looked great however this is where the trouble began - i ordered $127 worth of clothes 2 weeks ago with no updates - i have emailed i have asked for my order to be cancelled and again nothing - the tracking number supplied is bogus.

Worst decision I have ever made!!!! – Shouldnt even get a star my order is still showing as being processed.... I put my order through on 4/02/2018 it has now been 15days!!!!!!
