I brought one of these blender and used it once put it away for a long time got it out to use since it cost a hep of money and it won't work. I see someone would like a manual, it's ashame Sunbeam doesn't put them online so you could download them if needed. Question for Sunbeam, do you have a repair place in Australia so the owner of Sunbeam appliances can get them repaired if needed?
I had the same problem! ... Hadn't used for close to 8 years, lost the manual and forgot how it worked ...It was pretty tricky until I remembered that both sides needs to be in place and locked in before either side will work (e.g. to use the blnder on the left, the processor on the right also needs to be in place). Write to sunbeam and I believe they'll send you a manual (as per comment from Sunbeam rep below).
I have misplaced my manual for this and was wondering where can I get another one? Have searched online, with no luck. Any suggestions or the link to the manual would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. :)
