Mitre10, but the base is glass, and I'm sure I would have noticed a sticker on the glass. The handle was very thin plastic, and the overall construction was greatly inferior to a no name brand that I bought at Kmart for $60 and lasted 3 years. Talking to my neighbour, he told me he bought a Sunbeam kettle, that wouldn't turn off when boiled. All these products are made in China, but it seams Sunbeam buys the lowest quality products, to put its name on. In future I will avoid the Sunbeam brand.

A really noisy oven – We bought this a couple of weeks ago to replace one we bought from Aldi several years ago at a third of the price of this one and always worked well and was silent in operation. purchased and plan on looking for another make elsewhere. From other comments it looks like the fan issue is common. So Sunbeam, for the price, I think you should be producing a much better quality oven. Would not this buy again.

Perfect for Roasting and so easy to use and clean! – Great. Cooks like an oven but sits on the benchtop. Definitely five stars for cooking and browning ability and ease of use. Cleaning, bowl is glass and can be popped in the dishwasher or soaked to clean easily. temps with a permanent marker which detracted from the overall aesthetics of the unit. The non stick pan provided does not survive in the dishwasher although I believe instructions state dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended. All members of the family agree it is a useful addition to the kitchen.

So good buying a second one – We bought this oven for our motorhome & it cooks the best pork roast we have ever had. Crackle is always great. Not impressed – On my 4th use I preheated it..placed my room temperature chicken pieces on the rack inside..marinade dripped into the bowl...bang...glass cracked and continued to make cracking sounds for around a minute afterwards.... It's now useless Show details

Disapointed – We got a Sunbeam Nutioven CO3000 around 7 mths ago, after our old one died after 10 years. Were cooking a roast, when we heared a large crack and found a large crack in the bowl. Love it! – My daughter gave me my sunbeam oven last December. I love it that much I’ve bought a second one. Cooks food really well especially pork belly. I do wish they came with the extender but apart from that I can’t fault the oven  Show details

Glass bowl cracked while cooking roast – We just bought ours on Saturday. We're so excited that we used it again the following day and today. Unfortunately this morning, the glass bowl cracked (about 30 mins into cooking) while the pork is being roasted. Glad it didn't shatter, but roast is ruined.  Show details

Bad choice. Find another brand – Had another brand for 10 years - so long I can't remember the brand. It got worked to death and was the most useful appliance in the kitchen. Good Guys and Bi Rite. That first one had a really imprecise temperature dial. We had no idea what the temp was as the switch 'floated' with at least a 20degree variation; eg 160-180, 200-225, etc, etc. If you wanted 170, you had to either wind it up to 200 and run it back till it felt firm then stop at 170, or zero it and wind it up to 170 - which might have really been 150. Most times we had to guess by the way food was cooking; a real hit and miss exercise that spoiled a lot of meals and wasted a lot of food. Fortunately(?), in Feb '21 the element dislodged, hitting the fan so we took it back to Good Guys, who offered to replace or refund. Regrettably, we chose replace, and as no other brand was available, got another Sunbeam. Used twice and the temp dial is the same. No idea what the temperature is so we're using old-fashioned poke and prod judgement. This affects the cooking time too. Should've just taken the money and run. Embarrassed to take another one back so soon for what appears to be an inherent design/manufacturing fault but cannot live with the problem. Will ask for a refund and buy another brand.

Didn't last long – Good little unit used it 5 times and then the fan died. The fan didn't stop while it was in use either, we only noticed the next day when we went to use it again. Pretty disappointing.

Not Impressed! – Bought this at Amazon AU about month ago. Warm up light doesn't go out and no idea if temp been reached. Sub par and poor cooking results. Would not recommend this oven. Show details

Rubbish – Bought a unit for my parents who are struggling during COVID19. Returned it within hours as the fan would not work. Was given a replacement and this time the element did not work. No heat. Again I took it back and this time was given a refund. Such a waste of time Show details

Lasts the Mfrs Warranty Period – This is my third Sunbeam bench top oven. All 3 lasted just over the length of the manufacturers warranty. I keep buying them because they are the perfect size to cook a chicken and vegetables for two people. So if you buy one I suggest you also buy the extended warranty. Show details

this product is crap – I brought this product 3 day ago try it for the first time it made a squealing noise. I preheated as the book says I took the lid of to put my chips and fish in the NutriOven went cold after 1/2 minute and the warm light would not go off I will never buy this product again Show details

The bowl has an enormous crack in it – I bought my Nutri Oven in January,all was fine until the bowl developed a huge crack. Perfect alternative to the house oven – Designated a kitchen bench space so this oven can live there . I use this for all my oven cooking needs as it uses less power than my house oven. Fantastic until the bowl cracked – I've had this product for about 2 years and use it easily 3-4 times a week. I love it. But today, while cooking a chicken, it made an almighty cracking sound, and the glass bowl broke clean in half. Fortunately it didn't explode like I've heard it can do. Chicken ruined. Works well – No operational problems with this cooker. It cooks evenly and quickly. It's easy to clean too. The lid is a bit heavy and clumsy, so you need to be careful of that. Good...but – First time use. Roast chicken and vegies. Followed the roasting instructions to the letter. After about 30 minutes the chicken was almost burnt. Turned it down to 150 for the remainder of the recommended time for a 1.8kg chicken. Vegies were perfect after the last 40 minutes. dangerous bomb – Recently purchased one of these cookers ( 4 months ago) at first we loved it but last night while cooking a roast it literally exploded like a grenade showering glass all over the kitchen. My wife was stand close and a piece of glass hit her hand and cut to her finger. also the $35.00 roast was ruined.  Show details

Absolutely great IF you Ignore cooking time and temperature guidelines! – Just fabulous!!! Great for two people, easy cleaning, faster than conventional oven. Very good for bacon (use lower shelf at 180 degrees) and superb for chicken and roast vegs. My advice would be to experiment! Don't follow cooking time advice as recommended temps are way too high. The best thing I have bought and inexpensive too – This is one of the best appliances to have in your kitchen, had mine over 12 months now and is used regularly, easy to clean and all markings are still on control knob, just wipe gently with damp cloth. only takes an hour and just place vegetables in my oven, so quick and easy. Steaks are a breeze and Pork Belly so yummo.

Great little oven – Finally got fed up with the wall oven with large electricity bills, too hot and a pain to clean. The nutrioven is perfect for the two of us! Easy to use & clean. My only beef is the warm up light doesn't turn off and the controls could be better highlighted. Also its a shame there isn't a replacement product for the extension ring for additional height! Disappointed – Just got the oven, and was assured anything you baked in the oven you could bake in this appliance. Baked a fruit cake. Took twice as long and had a stodgy bottom. Was very disappointed as it was a Christmas cake as a present for an elderly friend. It was cooked in a conventional tin at the recommended temp.  Show details

Learning and enjoying – Have had my nutrioven for only 5 days. Used it to bake a cake, did some frozen savoury pastries and a pork shank, chicken drumsticks with veges = don’t overcook. Energy saver. Dont burn your food – My partner burns everything. So simple to use. Was using a convection oven. Then I saw the $1200 electricity bill. And went back to old fashion cooking.
