The worst iron I have used in over 50 years. Not a smooth glide, doesn't iron well. Makes a crackly sound and the cord is terrible. If I didn't dispose of the box I would've asked for a refund. Never again.

This iron spits water on clothes – I have never had an iron that spits and dribbles water on clothes. I have only used my brand new iron twice, since purchasing from Harvey Norman. I will not be buying another Sunbeam iron. I cannot return it as didn’t keep the box! Extremely disappointed and will not be adding water in future.

Total Rubbish – This iron is useless. Leaks water profusely when put on ANY steam setting. The only way to stop leaks is to use "dry ironing" setting.

Worst iron I have had – Max steam is terrible, doesn't iron work shirts like previous cheaper iron did. Worst iron I have ever had.
