I had a quoted for my house for a new inverter with the battery, not with the panels and paid deposit, got installed, at the same time deposit for the farm too. rediculous, the deposit was paid to locked in the contract, I tried to call so many times and not get a responding. Please don't get install, it's not worth it. After the battery installation, I still can't use the airconditioning, not given me the advised to get the bigger inverters. I complaint and all they say is sorry!!! now I have to pay another solar to meet the requirements.

Enquired with with Suncraft two weeks ago and got a call the following morning from Charlie. Went over the install with me, took photos etc... Charlie provided me a quote straight away. installs/cordination with the tradies. That same day, Dave gave me a buzz (Brisbane lads) and booked it in with me for the following day!! They came around and smashed out the install in about 3 or 4 hours. Really nice fellas (brother duo) and were genuinely good at what they do. The install is so neat and it's just nice to look at their work!

however Grant from Solar Service took the time to walk me through everything clearly, which I appreciated. It has only been a few days since installation, but so far the system is performing well. A couple of minor improvements that could enhance the overall experience would be: • Providing clearer explanations upfront about what to expect with battery charging behaviour and charge rates, as the batteries don’t always absorb the full amount of excess solar generation even when they are not fully charged. • Paying a little more attention to finishing details, such as applying warning stickers straight and tidying up the silicone work. Overall, I’m happy with the installation and service provided.

Just had 40KWH of Alpha batteries with an 8KW inverter installed, had a hiccup with wrong inverter but fixed up very quickly very happy with installers and installation and it's working great. At a cost of $6800 the ROI will be very quick can recommend this mob to anyone they weren't the cheapest but this Alpha/Solis is a better option than the others I contacted. Show details ·  1

and they organised for a local SA group of installation contractors to carry out the installation. The contractors maintained the high level of service. One glitch occurred because, even though the industry standard only required a minimum of 100mm clearance to the side, the chosen FoxESS batteries needed 300mm clearance. My chosen location only provided 230mm. As a result, the head installer found and suggested an acceptable alternative location, though that was going to require additional cabling. Craig agreed to sharing that extra cost with me. At the end of the installation Grant from SunCraft’s Customer Service set me up with the FoxCloud monitoring app and then sorted it out again for me after I stuffed it up. Eliza (Liza) kept the scheduling and paperwork on track. Although it's only been 5 days, I am thrilled with the outcome. (It deserves at least 4½ stars even though the non-compliance of the original site wasn't picked up earlier.)

I then contacted Suncraft Solar and talked to a consultant called Albert, I explained what I was looking for and straight away I could tell how professional he was, no sales pressure. Prior to signing up I had a lot of questions on the system, he explained my questions in clear terms and sent excellent emails explaining the answers to my questions and PDFs on technical aspects, nothing was to inconvenient for him. After signing the installation team was excellent in their communication and correspondence, went through dates and time of installation , and installers turned up on date and on time. The 4 guys that installed the system were extremely professional, two sparkys and two young guys doing the solar, both sparkys took extra time to make sure what I wanted for black out protection and went out their way to get the job done to my expectations, they were here for two days setting up the system and checking everything to high standards, exceptional work by all four guys. The entire process was extremely professional and I highly recommend Suncraft Solar… As I stated, I don’t normally write reviews but this company went above and beyond… Thanks Again Suncraft Solar…

Product support is poor. Graham is very pushy with payment, demanded that i pay before the job was even completed. The installers broke a solar panel and refused to replace it. Offered me $70 as reimbursement. The standard price to buy another pannel is $122 not installed. Would not recommend this company for any work in the future. Show details
