Suncraft has provided a very competitive pricing. Installed the Solar and battery as per scheduled time. Small issues cropped up and system was not usable. Contacted Grant at service department and he immediately arranged for a technician to attend and the system was fully operational. Overall a great experience dealing with Suncraft Solar.

I have recently had a very good experience about installing my solar battery. The sales agent Mia Patel who did her best to align my budget with my required product. She continuously followed up for better deal and she made it. On the installation process the team Mia Patel and Eliza Patel have done wonderful team work to make it very smooth for me. Enquired with with Suncraft two weeks ago and got a call the following morning from Charlie. Went over the install with me, took photos etc... Charlie provided me a quote straight away. installs/cordination with the tradies. That same day, Dave gave me a buzz (Brisbane lads) and booked it in with me for the following day!! They came around and smashed out the install in about 3 or 4 hours. Really nice fellas (brother duo) and were genuinely good at what they do. The install is so neat and it's just nice to look at their work!

however Grant from Solar Service took the time to walk me through everything clearly, which I appreciated. It has only been a few days since installation, but so far the system is performing well. A couple of minor improvements that could enhance the overall experience would be: • Providing clearer explanations upfront about what to expect with battery charging behaviour and charge rates, as the batteries don’t always absorb the full amount of excess solar generation even when they are not fully charged. • Paying a little more attention to finishing details, such as applying warning stickers straight and tidying up the silicone work. Overall, I’m happy with the installation and service provided.
Just had 40KWH of Alpha batteries with an 8KW inverter installed, had a hiccup with wrong inverter but fixed up very quickly very happy with installers and installation and it's working great. At a cost of $6800 the ROI will be very quick can recommend this mob to anyone they weren't the cheapest but this Alpha/Solis is a better option than the others I contacted. Show details · 1

and they organised for a local SA group of installation contractors to carry out the installation. The contractors maintained the high level of service. One glitch occurred because, even though the industry standard only required a minimum of 100mm clearance to the side, the chosen FoxESS batteries needed 300mm clearance. My chosen location only provided 230mm. As a result, the head installer found and suggested an acceptable alternative location, though that was going to require additional cabling. Craig agreed to sharing that extra cost with me. At the end of the installation Grant from SunCraft’s Customer Service set me up with the FoxCloud monitoring app and then sorted it out again for me after I stuffed it up. Eliza (Liza) kept the scheduling and paperwork on track. Although it's only been 5 days, I am thrilled with the outcome. (It deserves at least 4½ stars even though the non-compliance of the original site wasn't picked up earlier.)

I then contacted Suncraft Solar and talked to a consultant called Albert, I explained what I was looking for and straight away I could tell how professional he was, no sales pressure. Prior to signing up I had a lot of questions on the system, he explained my questions in clear terms and sent excellent emails explaining the answers to my questions and PDFs on technical aspects, nothing was to inconvenient for him. After signing the installation team was excellent in their communication and correspondence, went through dates and time of installation , and installers turned up on date and on time. The 4 guys that installed the system were extremely professional, two sparkys and two young guys doing the solar, both sparkys took extra time to make sure what I wanted for black out protection and went out their way to get the job done to my expectations, they were here for two days setting up the system and checking everything to high standards, exceptional work by all four guys. Follow-up · The after service has not been fast enough. Rain water leaked and caused power short on brand new light and had to replace it. the company told me that they will forward the cost to installer.

service support department, also helped us understand and set up our app scheduler for importing grid power to charge our 28kW FOX solar battery system during our lowest AGL electricity import rates period (10am to 2pm). Once set up, we were then able to pre-set the battery forced import charge rate for up to a maximum of 8 kWh per day during the 11am to 1pm window period. We now consume an average of 40% of battery capacity every day and have no need to purchase power from the grid outside this period. Come summer time, we will not expect to need to purchase forced grid import electricty to keep the batteries fully topped up, as our solar panels will easily be able to supply our consumption demand (10kWh per day). Our most expensive electricity charges will be the daily supply rates. This was then used as a justification to increase the price by $1,600. While price changes can occur in any industry, altering a customer’s quote and reallocating it without communication is neither reasonable nor transparent. It felt misleading and completely unacceptable.
Given the number of scammers operating in the solar industry, this type of behaviour raises serious concerns. Trust is essential when making a major investment, and unexpectedly changing quotes or shifting them to other projects undermines that trust entirely.
Because of this experience, I’ve chosen to proceed with another company that communicates more reliably and treats its customers with respect. This is the first time I’ve encountered a company handling a quote in this manner, and I hope others are aware of this before making their decision
Its only 5 days since the install; so early days but very satisfied with results so far. Suncraft and installation team led by Bharat were extremely professional. Entire process from quotation to installation was pretty smooth.
Now producing 65 to 80 kWH from the panels everyday. This is more than adequate for our needs. We will end up paying just the daily fixed charge or less, which is a saving of 2500 to 3000 AuD per year.
The H3-10.0-Smart Hybrid 3 phase 10kW inverter and the EQ4800-L7 32.62KWH battery from Fox ESS work perfectly. The app updates status every 6 minutes, now working to understand the app completely as it has many options to control the inverter. But it works perfectly in the default "self-use" mode. Usage data provided by the app tallies with the data reported on the retailers web page.

I had a quoted for my house for a new inverter with the battery, not with the panels and paid deposit, got installed, at the same time deposit for the farm too. rediculous, the deposit was paid to locked in the contract, I tried to call so many times and not get a responding. Please don't get install, it's not worth it. After the battery installation, I still can't use the airconditioning, not given me the advised to get the bigger inverters. I complaint and all they say is sorry!!! now I have to pay another solar to meet the requirements.

Product support is poor. Graham is very pushy with payment, demanded that i pay before the job was even completed. The installers broke a solar panel and refused to replace it. This company has been absolutely dreadful to deal with. I helped my parents organise solar panels which they were quick to continuously contact us to try and get a deposit and have everything sorted. I have emailed them, my mother has tried calling them numerous times with no one answering or saying they will get someone to contact us back which no one has.
