The install warranty was an all-inclusive 10-year warranty not a 5 plus 5 (10-year warranty) as quoted by others. Brandon and his installation team arrived on time, everything was organised quickly and the work was carried out in a very professional manner. Brandon connected the WiFi and spent time explaining in detail how everything worked. At the conclusion of the installation the site was left clean and tidy. Loss of Wireless connection to Fronious Inverter – Due to storm activity in December/January we lost all connection to internet including wireless connection to our Sunny Sky Solar Fronius Invertor. this fault was not detected by owner until February 2024 and duly reported to Jonny at Sunny Sky Solar. Fronious Invertor. fault was reported to Jonny at SKS who , in his own time and no charge to owner visited our residence (on Good Friday ) and expertly fixed problem and restored Solar System to its full operating capacity. as the property , i was most pleased with Jonny's professional attention to our system operating problem. FYI, this Fronious Invertor is the third one i have engaged SKS to install.

Qld, they kept us going all week, sure, couldn't run AC but didn't lose any food and could still stay in the house, this was exactly what I had asked him to make sure we could have in the case of a blackout!
