powered through and moved stuff we couldn't have done ourselves. It only cost me a tin bit more to have them for an hour and a half but it was worth it to know that it had all been done properly. Would use this company again and refer to anyone who asks me. Their customer service team are also awesome, really responsive and accommodating.
Missing lock and stolen items – Like others on here a horrible experience from start to finish. Really appalling service – We went with super cheap storage great price but you can never access your pod. They are told us two days. Yet this simply wasn't true. It was a lie! They then said 6 days notice. Due to this I would definitely not recommend them. Notified them Thursday and they said we couldn't access till Tuesday! A funny two days!
