was undersized and went on to break our bedside table. on delivery to our new address they broke another bedside table. this was 4 months ago and they have played the stalling game with me. they have no intention of paying for the damaged goods thus forcing me to take them to vcat soon. absolute grubs and STAY AWAY.

a long horrible saga.

I receive a call from Paul threatening to sell all my belongings. I was shocked! To better understand how this has happened i decided to ask for clarity. After 2-3 weeks of asking I received screen grabs of different ‘statements’ which are literally impossible to make any financial sense of. I then noticed all the these additional fees etc. I started to look into the company weeks ago only to read they have done to me like many others applied a price increases of nearly 50% even though my agreement was locked it at a lower agreed price. Even if there is some small print somewhere stating they would increase price, I’ve never seen it nor was made aware of it like so many others. Under the ACCC false and misleading section it outlines clearly how that needs to be presented and there is a clear breach of Eze Box. For the record - I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR WAS AWARE OF RANDOM PRICE INCREASES.

The team who handle customer relations would hang up on you when all you want is to understand the situation.

They invoice you it seems when they feel like it and then apply $35 when you miss a payment.

In the end I was going to tell them they can have all my belongings if it means not having to deal with them further. Then after reading all the other reviews I decided to call the ACCC instead of letting them have all my belongings. I have been given sound information to further understand that this isn’t ok. So many other companies offering the same size units for way less, without all the negative stories about hidden costs.

Paul and Ann and their team have made this process really simple and painless and have accommodated a variety of situations during my tenancy. I recommend them to anyone wanting simple solutions that are affordable for storage.

Great service, no worries – Great service thank you. Laf & John, the 2 young removalist were great and although it was a very different type of goods to be stored (wood) than what they normally do they didn't appear to be fazed by it and just got on with the job at hand. Good sense of humour and very happy to help when I needed a little bit of muscle. Everyone that I dealt with at Ezebox have been helpful and understanding. Thank you all.

Quoted one price and them send you the fine print after you’ve paid – Sent an email advertising 50% off Ezeloading. Later asking for extra hours spent for loading at $199/hr. Sorry, this is way expensive for removalists who dragged their feet deliberating stalling to begin with. surprise you with another price later. Lucky they don’t have my card details as I always opt for online payment which is consumer right for privacy reasons.

Be prepared for it to cost you twice as much as you are quoted – Ezebox will quote you a reduced price and then three months later they will double the price and you have no choice but to pay it because they have your items - it feels like ransom. google rating is because they offer a $50 credit for writing customers who write a positive review. The only positive that I can say is that the people loading and unloading are really helpful.

ignored and hoped I would go away. Just got a noice from product review I’d ‘helped’ 28 people with my positive review - so I much let people know: DO NOT use this dodgy lying unethical company!!!! Or write a review before the job is complete- my bad.

These guys were great. So careful with moving items so not to scratch or send the walls. Can’t believe how much they could fit in the boxes. I did have to order another box to fit 2 bedroom house, but they got it out to me in 4 days (Friday to Tuesday) really recommend.

Amazing service hands down – Ezebox storage is one of the best services I have ever had. They helped bring my stuff from the second floor through the stairs which is a lot honestly.

Fantastic storage solution – Called and organised a box to be delivered the next day. Arrived in the allotted time and quickly had it loaded and taken away within 30 minutes. Hassle free service and great guys to deal with. Nick was amazing on the phone organising it all for me.

Great service pickup. Delivery broke a table – Pickup Good communication, 3 guys were efficient handled some heavy items and little fuss. Delivery, dropped an expensive concrete resin table and shattered it. I had to follow them up and now waiting on a resolution. Update: Resolution wasn’t exactly as id hoped but relatively happy with the way it was handled and resolved. Show details
