Follow-up · Total quoted and paid was the cheapest as I could find being $4450 which was half the amount in some cases vs what other companies wanted. No hidden fees, with all our furniture and 30 boxes included. You’ll want to make sure that you disassemble everything possible for them but we packed our own things.

is illegal, they refused to let me come and pick up my items, basically all the 5 star reviews are fake, they do not have an advertised address so if they refuse to deliver your items it is extremely difficult to find the real address of their warehouse if you can at all and they have a whole lot of other businesses under the same name holder on their ABN Mandeep Kaur. They also had the balls to try and get me to not write this review but I will be posting it everywhere so everyone knows to stay away.
-They got in contact with me regarding delivery, one girl said it would be on the next day between 12-5pm, i got a call later the same day saying 7-8pm with no reason as to why the change but I'm typically quite patient and understand that things change. I called at 8.30pm and got hung up on when I asked why, I called back and the loser said there were truck issues, I said okay when are my items going to be delivered, he said the next day or day after I said okay. -I call them again the next day they're still having "truck issues" and state it will be the next day. -i say i will come and pick the item up and he says sure i go give me a pick up address and the response is the items are in the back of a full truck you will have to unload it i say sure and then they change the rules again and say I can't do that. -A friend I have who works at a truck parts supply company calls them and asks what sort of issues their truck is having so she can help them get it sorted, they say transmission, she says let me help they say it's not the transmission but electrical, she still offers to help. They give her the run around like the misogynistic POS they are and get angry at her. -I get a call later the same day and they state it will be delivered between 12 and 5 the next day. -They call me again later and say the delivery has been moved to between 7-8pm the next day instead. -They kept spouting the same story that it would be delivered the next day between 7-8 at this point I'd completely run out of patience and decided to travel down to their business premises with a friend and a ute. -Turns out Jai thinks he's funny and he gave me a fake address but I also found their other businesses premises, and if the state of that is anything to go by they have no regard for the peoples possessions they're taking care of. -I kept calling them demanding my items and to get the police involved if they kept refusing to let me collect them. -They called my mother who organised the booking for this company and tried to get her to tell me off, they also blatantly refused to talk to me at this point and would only talk to my partner as "he is reasonable" well he told them to kick rocks and that they'd stuffed us around enough and to give me my items, gotta love the misogyny from them. -I privately called my mother and explained the situation. They were telling her I was abusing them and that they had truck issues and they would deliver it the next day between 4-5pm, she believed them, I said that's not good enough and I will not wait I will raise hell if need be. -She called them back and finally got through to these thick headed people that the delivery needs to come by tomorrow morning, they agreed to "organise another delivery company locally" to deliver the item between 7-9am at no cost to us as half was paid at pick up and the rest was to be paid on delivery and asked her that she ask me not to leave a bad review.
They will claim I abused them but I called a total of 11 times trying to sort this mess out by phone call no. 6 I did lose my mind, as at that point what they were doing felt intentional, I do not condone treating people poorly and I try to see the best in everyone but there is no good here.

Yes they were able to accept my move at short notice BUT after being told pickup would be no later than 6pm they did not arrive untill 9:30pm and I had to chase them up to find out when to expect them. to argue that some of my furniture was not on the list. Yes it in fact was. Nothing was wrapped. No protection for any furniture. Pick up was Sunday. It was a 14hr drive. They repeatedly delayed delivery days and times from Monday afternoon to evening or late at night, then by 7am tuesday, then by 11am Tuesday. They finally arrived at 2:40pm Tuesday requiring me to leave work and another staff member to stay back late to cover me. They wanted to leave all my furniture in the garage. 2 men couldn't move furniture into a house when they are being paid to do just that and expect one female to do it on her own (yes they asked if I moved on my own). I was very particular with packing and labelling boxes. I used fragile tape and wrote on them yet approximately half of my "fragile" boxes are significantly damaged. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The company also goes by many different names.

Most of the staff were unprofessional, and even at the last moment, their behaviour was disappointing and unacceptable. Instead of handling things professionally, there was miscommunication, lack of coordination, and no proper response from the team.
My interaction with Alisha was particularly frustrating, as my concerns were not taken seriously and there was no effort to resolve the issue properly. Even after payment, they showed a lack of understanding of basic banking processes, which caused unnecessary stress and delays.
Trying to contact them was also very difficult. Despite repeatedly calling, there was little to no response, and no accountability taken by anyone.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. I strongly do not recommend this company. Customers should be careful before choosing their services.
Worst company ever, did not even attempt to drive down our road as it was dirt. arriving in one piece let alone arriving at all. Heavily out of pocket because we can't cook and need to use laundry mats to have our stuff washed. Asked for compensation and they said they'd take $100 off which is barely anything compared to our losses. Lots of people have already said it but yeah do not use this company to get your stuff moved. putting on hold for 20-25mins.... they kept pushing arrival by increments of hours for 3days. once they did arrive late they were clumsy with furniture boxes and items. driver said the access was too hard to traverse (it wasn't) the charged me extra for "bad access". i think it was a ploy to make more money. once my stuff was in allocated storage shed their packing was terrible, no packing skills or care taken with belongings. my grandmothers french polished dresser is ruined even after specifically asking them to take extra care. they have thrown boxes and creates on to and scratched it up....i am livid by this companies gross incompetence, bad management and poor communication and lack of care.

They have no customer service skills at all, again I will state I had the most stressful experience in my recent move with them and was even verbally abused by there staff for simply chasing up my items which were supposed to be delivered overnight. I had remained as calm & collected as I can & even told the fleet management team Harry & Sidd there is no need to raise their voices at me as I was not raising mine & I was simply I trying to find out a clear answer as to when my items were going to be delivered as no one had advised me of any issues. Moving is stressful & interstate removal even more so & they do nothing to alleviate your fears or keep you updated. Especially when I paid $4000 for this move I feel like I have been taken advantage of & paid for stress which wasn’t needed.
The delay wasn’t the only issue they have NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS WHAT SO EVER & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS & WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE! They don’t respond to messages or emails leaving you with little faith and no rust in their services.
This company say they are super cheap well they are not! Super cheap in their customer service & fleet management department yes that’s true! Oh and be wary they will also ask and expect you to supply your storage unit access codes so they can make the delivery there without you being present! Yeah right! Oh and I caught the removalists throwing my items upon delivery when they thought I was not looking. A box was broken they didn’t not look at heavy or fragile markings on boxes in texts I am dreading when I move into my home and get my items out of storage hoping that nothing is broken.

Thanks but no thanks – I paid more than what some other car transit carriers quoted in trust of a great service. When the car was damaged and unable to drive afterwards, I contacted the company and was offered $50 only. They don't put customers first.

from loading. Don’t adequately explain what service is being provided either via website or by phone. Paperwork has conflicting instructions and terms and conditions. For example, payment methods-you can pay by card but then refuse and try pushing into bank transfer, mentions things like inventory lists-they don’t ask for or make one, state “no list shared-full truck capacity” then rock up with a truck half full of other people’s stuff and say they backload routinely -was never explained and contradicts previous statement, state payment can be made at pickup or drop off but when you tell them you don’t want to make final payment until all items safely delivered because they lost multiple items from family members move they tell you “i don’t think you’ll pay after delivery so have to pay now or drivers will unload your stuff in a warehouse until you do.” Have a link to choose goods in transit insurance- followed the link and said someone would contact, no one did so I assumed had left it too late then they tried to charge me for it despite providing no documentation of policy. When you ring up with questions, concerns or complaints about the process they becoming increasingly ruder with every phone call until goods are delivered then stop answering. I was told by a person who is supposed to be providing the amazing customer service they promise to the person paying them thousands of dollars that I am rude, ignorant and talk to people like I own them, which I found particularly insulting. Apparently they don’t like criticism! Mostly dealt with a guy called [Name Removed] (probably fake) who flatly refused to tell me his name for several minutes and seems very practiced at speaking over the top of people and arguing with them until they become so distressed they hang up-horrible human being to deal with. When they lose your things and damage all your furniture because they didn’t bother wrapping it as promised or take any care in loading, they stop answering phone calls and don’t reply to emails. When I repeatedly raised the issue of them losing my family members things they ignored me or told me if they had a bad experience you should have booked with someone else. Didn’t care in the slightest or apologise once. Absolutely appalling company! Will make your interstate move a thousand times more stressful than it already is and end up costing as much or more as other companies.
