All my items delivered in wet conditions
Moved from Sydney to Melbourne . The revivalists were terrible, called me in the midnight changing their schedule of pickup. Also charged me 200 AUD extra on top initial quote , just for having a few boxes extra of small sizes , They don't go by volume . be careful when you get quote .
And 4 boxes were completely drenched in water , I had to dispose them. They kept complaining I kept liquid. Most dishonest people I have ever come across. I ended up paying 850 $ just for 1.8 cubic meters

Dishonest and unreliable
I booked to move a pianola from a regional NSW town to a regional SA town.
The day of the move arrived and after several phone calls (us to them, never the other way around!) and several time changes we were able ascertain the truck would be at our place at 6.30pm (we had taken the afternoon off work and were ready at 12noon!).
The 2 movers had no equipment and were not able to move it. The representative from the office denied that he had been told it was a pianola (not a piano) and that we had said a pneumatic lifter was necessary as it is s...

moving as a cover for their con (please report to Consumer Affairs Victoria)
Supercheap took my payment in full for a big interstate move ($7.5K) and then did not show up on the day, and now refusing to refund my money or to even respond to emails.
Consumer Affairs Victoria is very responsive so would encourage anyone else who has been cheated to file a complaint there, as they can investigate this company if enough people complain about it. Also issued me two invoices (same invoice number) but with different amount.
Furthermore, to anyone else who is being gouged for extra money. Call the police while they have your ...

Never again do yourself a favour and choose someone else!!!
Late pickup, late drop off. Terrible customer service. No communication at all. Not willing to disscuss compensation. Would not recommend anyone use that company at all. Never saw a company like that before. Use them is the biggest mistake you can make. Quoted us a cheaper price what they actually invoiced us. Super unprofessional

Seriously, read all the one-star reviews. 1 star is too generous.
BNE to CBR. Did not show up on the day bec truck allegedly broke down (which seems to happen quite a lot with these guys). Not even apologetic, just told me not their problem and was he supposed to send a broken truck and basically that it will come when the truck is ready. Did not even call to advise us. They kept palming us off and after 3pm finally said truck broke down. Had cleaners, carpet cleaners, overnight stays all messed up because of their ineptitude. The morning and afternoon slots are a joke.
Based on reviews, this is one tactic t...

Extremely unprofessional removal service.
Firstly, I tried to book in with this mob three times and they wrote my phone number and email down wrong three times. Then when the quote finally came through, it came from a @gmail.com domain. That should have been a red flag.
I decided to go ahead because the quote was half the price of everyone else, in part because it was a back fill.
I booked in for a 12-5 pick up from Canberra to Sydney which is three hours away. At 12pm, I get a call saying they are delayed to 7-9pm. By the time they got to Sydney, it would be 12-1am at minimum. My ne...
Read moreighbours and new house mates would not be happy! The lady I spoke to was also rude and took no ownership over the situation nor could she tell me if it would be same say delivery. At 8:45, I get another call saying they will be another 3-4 hours! At this point, I had lost confidence in company and told them to forget it. I had to start work the next day at my new job and have been sleeping on the floor ever since.- Verified
Terrible service
Terrible service, they didn’t pick up first time (I was interstate and provided directions and photos) because they didn’t know what a shed was, they just needed to go through carport to get to shed. They were there at 7.30 at night. The drivers called an hour before drop off and told me I needed to have cash as there card machine wasn’t working. When they arrived I said I had called the office and clarified that I could use card as per their email. Drivers arrived and weren’t happy to not have cash but accepted card and the card machine worked just fine. They also tried to tell me I owed $1300. I had email saying the balance due was $900.

The WORST COMPANY AND SERVICE - Highly UNPROFESSIONAL
The genuine rating is negative (not even 0) if there is something to measure. The worst removals service I ever came across in my life.
The move from Melbourne to Queensland on 1st week of January 2022.
The terrible experience, I would never and ever recommend to anyone. This company and people are very unprofessional, unethical and completely unreliable.
They never stick to their words and process.
They trick you that truck is on the way and in the very last hour you heard news that either the driver tested positive to COVID or the driver is ...

I wish I could give it a 0 star rating
I wish I could give it a 0 star rating. They took my refundable deposit and I've been chasing them for 3 months to get it back as I didn't proceed with their service. These people are so bad.

Missed pickup dates twice. Never return your calls. Don’t be fooled by the lower price unless you like being abused. Run away from them. Very unprofessional avoid at any cost.

Very bad removalist company
It all started on the day of the move. We were moving from Sydney to Melbourne. Booked for removing our furniture between 12-4pm. They arrived at 9.30pm! No real reason was given. We were up till 1.30am helping them load the truck.
Some of our stuff was left behind as it didn't fit in the truck despite me giving them an inventory of items and NOT taking washer/fridge/dryer. The driver said that the left over furniture can be put onto another truck the next day. That didn't happen for 3 days.
We drove down to Melbourne next day. Our furniture ...
Read morewas meant to arrive the day after we arrived in Melbourne. I had to call the company to find out what was going on. They couldn't get a hold of the driver, and it seemed like it didn't bothered them. I had the drivers number so i called him and i was told that he had "plans" for that day and couldn't deliver. After multiple phone calls to the company, at 5pm we got told that the furniture will be delivered next day. But no time was given. The furniture arrived next day. Had big scratches on the bookshelves and dents in our dining table. Called the company and got told that we can speak to our insurance company. We did get compensated $300 but still haven't received it in my account.- Verified
Absolutely Disorganized
From Melbourne to Brisbane.
They came to pick up one day late without even informing us. We had to phone several times.
They dropped off the items again one day later. And once again without informing us.
When they arrived we found 2 Bed heads damaged, after they were informed several times during pick up
to be extra careful due to the memories of my late mother. The bed heads cannot be fixed but replaced.
We would not recommend supercheap interstate removals to anyone. Absolutely Disorganized.

Worst moving company
I had the worst experience ever with super cheap Interstate movers.
On 04 December 2021, super cheap was hired to move my furniture from Melbourne to Canberra.
The company’s employees arrived after mid night - 12 hours late than the time they initially specified by the company. Adding to the misery, the employees told me they would deliver my furniture on the same day, but the delivery was expected on Sunday, 06/12/2021.
I couldn’t travel to Canberra at such a short notice, hence was forced to hire a storage in Canberra. I incurred an addi...
Read moretional cost $685 unnecessarily due to the company’s unprofessionalism. I wrote to the company to express my dissatisfaction with their service, informed them about damaged furniture in transition and I enclosed photos. They failed to respond to my emails. This experience I had with this company added unnecessary inconvenience and costs.Questions & Answers
