found out rather than getting the 50ml Lift I paid for I only got 5ml in the front. I let them know and I had to spend another day from work in order to get it fixed. I hoped this would be the last of my problems though unfortunately not, in less than 6 months my Cal-off-road upper controls arms broke. In less than 12 months the bushings in my shock absorbers are now buggered too. I only figured out it was the shock absorbers after I had to pay a mechanic to take my suspension apart to find the horrible creak and squeaking sound there was. Thinking it would likely be an OEM bushing that had given out I had no issue paying for it to get diagnosed but to get the displeasure and I wish I could say surprise it is the lower bushing of my superior engineering shock absorber I was annoyed to say the least, it isn’t even a year old yet. I’ve had no refunds, no replacements without a cost and no compensation after spending $2000 after the fact because I refuse to spend another day driving 6 hours to fix my suspension that should’ve been right the first time.

with replacement genuine bushings. Since then, I never had an issue, but can't blame them either, as they wanted to develop something even better. All parts work as intended. You can just see the quality of their parts as soon as you open the box.

I do a lot of hard wheeling and you can see it on my YouTube channel (Aussie Four Wheelers) and I'd always recommend Superior Engineering to anyone that wants headache-free and long lasting quality gear. Easy to install, pay only once, etc... They also patiently custom valved their remote reservoir shocks to the specs I wanted and I couldn't be more happier.

A lot of other people in our group run their gear also and wouldn't recommend anything else. A company that stands by their product and customers, what else could you ask for?!

Customer service none – Bought a kit through a supplier of superior have since had the u bolts damage the diff. Spoke to their staff. going to happen. Worst customer service all they keep saying is we meet standard. To get them to look at anything was an argument every step of the way. Even a five minute argument for them to find the kit even after given exact dates and exact kit. More than half of the answers to my questions were well I can’t do anything it’s Saturday. No info no directions just a complete lack of interest. Thousand of dollars damage and no help. Cheers

Didn't have parts once order was paid for – Paid for an order then we get told that they didn't have half the kit in stock. WE were going to have to wait for the part for over two months. Then we had to pay extra the other parts that they could supply so that we to get in now. And have to pay extra fright for the other parts to come separately.

Great product, but dam ! – Hello I bought long arms for a patrol some time ago, I had never fitted them, I recently bought the brackets that are now available to assist in fitting them. buy the template separately, I asked what happens to the template to the kits you fit on customers cars I was told they have one they keep in the workshop so any from the kits get thrown in the bin.

This seems rather a selfish stance. You won’t provide/sell me a template to complete my kit but happy to throw one in the bin.

Also the bracket kit I purchased was incomplete and had to come in 3 parcels over a fortnight.

And the over load of text messages and emails for this purchase is just insane.

Timothy B. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He verified my requirement and provided advice on selection, which was spot on. The equipment was delivered quickly and was to a high standard. Partnot fitting – I purchased a part for my 79 series Landcruiser . Handbrake upgrade kit . One part did not align with factory holes.
