Decent prices, poor communication, poor quality product, slow order processing, untrustworthy – Competitive prices (only if the products you receive are in good condition), unethical, inefficient. I placed an online order for a perishable product that could not go below 25degrees celsius with instructions to cancel the order if it would exceed 25 degrees in the postal journey. I followed this up with an email for them to cancel the order when I noticed the weather was going to exceed this temperature. I got an email reply saying they were confused. They then sent it anyway subjecting the product to temperatures above 25 resulting in an inactive product. I emailed and called them to organise a refund for this now inactive useless product I had received. The person I spoke to on the phone said nonsensically that I had to contact the product's company then and when I said it wasn't that company's error it was Superpharmacyplus's for subjecting it to conditions the company instructed would make it inactive, she just said I had to email that is all and hung up the phone.

Shipping time is slow. It was nearly a week from getting my order that they actually shipped it.

Update: when I wrote the above review it was held in mediation. SuperPharmacyPlus emailed me to resolve. They said they would refund and to return the product. I asked if I should cut through/damage the packaging so they could not be resold seeing as expired. They said no BioGaia wants them back to SuperPharmacyPlus intact. BioGaia contacted denied this. SuperPharmacyPlus said now it was actually their policy to be returned the items with packaging intact. My suspicion: they will try to resell these items to someone else. Selling off products, unethical. Untrustworthy chemist.

Excellent service – It's rare these days to get quality service but when the service is exceptional it needs to be acknowledged. Shannon from HealthyLife Pharmacy Adelaide (also referred to as Super Pharmacy) was fantastic. With the help of a guy called Ross from HealthyLife Sydney, she arranged to transfer medication from Sydney within a couple of days. ordered an expensive Hugo walking cane and was sent a cheaper substitute – since when is it acceptable to purchase a branded product, in this case a walking cane, and get sent a different brand? I can only assume that there was no stock and a substitute looked like a good idea at the time. definitely would never, ever buy anything from Super Pharmacy Plus ever again. I received a timely reply stating they would follow it up and get back to me. When they did get back to me it was to let me know their supplier (news to me) was out of stock and didn't know when they'd be back in and gave me a refund. I don't have any problem with their contact once I had contacted them but had I not been in touch with them I'd be none the wiser. I've now ordered a pair from a more reliable source and will not use this company again.

Think before dealing with SuperPharmacy Plus – Ordered online paid total $34.50. $26.50 + $8. shipping GST. Delivery took from 6/11/23 till 21/11/23. returned 22/11/23. They refunded $10.19 so charging $16.31 for return of VERY SMALL unopened box. My advice is ‘Do not deal with this company, there are plenty of online honest pharmacies tochood from. Show details

HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH – I paid in advance about $600 worth of goods which never arrived. After much argument they agreed to refund the cost of the goods, but insist that I pay the $40 postage charge, even though I never received anything! They are a ripoff.. stay well clear of them.

Not a bad experience, honest guys – Placed an order for 3 items, received 2 of them, was told that the 3rd item is on its way directly from the supplier, but did not receive it for 2 weeks. Unprofessional conduct – Recently purchased 3 packs of Ateronon, cheaper than my previous supplier, so i thought give them a go,. but was told that this was not their problem i have to go through the on-line department via e-mail only and then i thought this is going to be trouble, eventually after 4 days of waiting & sending scathing remarks about their service & wanting my money back, i did get someone to answer my problem and was told that "we are a professional company with the highest regards to their service and that this could not have happened at their store level (happened after they left the store) which is total rubbish, they offered to send me replacements if i liked & that they would arrange for the products to be sent back, i agreed 5 days ago & still Bloody waiting. No phone No to talk to someone, just relying on emails is very frustrating. I WILL NOT GO AWAY. I bought these boxes in good faith. So when i see a positive review such as the one written 26 May 2022 "when talking on the phone the customer service has been exceptional.........
