a very frustrating experience with Aramex, as my parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I would strongly suggest reviewing the courier company to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Fantastic experience – Shopped their Black Friday sale. Received products at heavily discounted prices, received free products and the postage was super fast, received products less than 24hrs after order placed. Very happy customer here!

So many spam texts – They send spam marketing texts constantly. Have unsubscribed countless times over the years. Stopped purchasing from them 12 months ago. So annoying

2 stars given because of pricing not being higher than buying direct. Otherwise would be only 1 star for fraudulent promos.

Awesome work – Highly rate supplement mart. At first I was turned off the company as my 10% off code didn't work but after talking to customer support they chucked in extra supps that almost tripled what I would have saved with the code. Nothing but praise for the support team

Delivery time is a lie – This is for online delivery. They market 2-3 days delivery which is a blatant lie. 16 days and I'm still waiting.16 days and counting when a store 12 mins away stocks it.

Great experience … Again! – Purchased off this store again to replenish the last stock I received. Once again super fast delivery and everything I purchased was included in the box. Unless I’m super lucky I don’t see any issues with this store and will continue to purchase my supps from them

I asked them cancel the whole order as they still had not thought about shipping my second item. Don't worry about the customer service as there is none!! I do not recommend Supplement Mart at all! The reviews speak for themselves!!

Slow delivery – Ordered weeks ago and order was only shipped yesterday despite them advertising fast delivery with east and west Coast dispatch. Very disappointing to be waiting so long I won't be ordering from here ago when it takes a month to get what you order

Worse Online Store Experience – This has been my worse experience with ordering supplements and I am never gonna order from supplement mart again. I keep receiving text messages on how the product is when I haven’t even received them when I ordered them 10 weeks ago. I have to keep calling and all I get told is it’s coming next week. In my opinion I would never recommend this online store

They sent me 8 bottles of supplements that will expire in 3 months time – I ordered 8 bottles of Carusos Quercetin thinking I will stock up for the year ahead. However they sent me 8 bottles which will all expire in 3 months time so I will have to throw some away. If they had any common sense or intelligence or morals, they would have sent me 3-4 bottles with a longer expiry date.

incompetent – After 2 weeks, contacted this 'company' (using the term lightly!) asking where my order was. They then sent it, it arrived, was not my order. So contacted them again. Items sent out. Don't bother ticking for the free item as you don't get it. Communication is slack. My mistake for not checking the emails on the PRODUCT REVIEW site that paint a very clear picture of how poorly run this "company! is. What a joke.

Selfish Marketing – Advertised a product others were sold out of to get my buisness I paid overs on other products to get it for them to notify me after the rest was shipped that it was out of stock . comes from Perth they don't tell you that I will never use this online service again and you online live chat does not work either. I get stuff quicker from overseas and they send you email to let you know where it is I hope the product is good when it finally arrives who knows when wish I had have just drove to the store and got over the counter
