Mostly happy with our Supreme – We purchased our Supreme 7 years ago with huge plans to travel around Australia indefinitely. Life got in the way! Finally decided to take off and we had problems with the fridge (wouldn't work on electricity, only gas). Took it to an expert who ascertained that the wiring had been done incorrectly originally (even though it stated that it had… Read more
been checked before we took it. We hadn't used the caravan at all until this first trip but obviously the warranty had run out Also lining had peeled in a couple of spots. Except for that major problem we were happy with everything else about the caravan.
Wood root – My van went in for a repair and now have found out that one side of the van was not sealed properly from new and caused major water damage now out of pocket for thousands dollars Show details

Nice van but build quality has suffered – We purchased a 21'6" Supreme Classic Tourer in December 2022, after having a 2018 model, from the Australian Caravan Centre Heatherbrae NSW Initial minor issues such as sticking drawer, incomplete main door seal, door and screen not separating at handle were dealt with at 1st warranty submission. Just 2 hours into our 13,500 km part lap of… Read more
Australia, the warranty repaired kitchen drawer failed. Over the next 10 weeks we experienced multiple drawer failures, drawer runners and handles coming completely off due in part to really small screws on build. Most travels days resulted in either one or multiple drawers coming out during travel. Between 1 and up to 5 drawers fell to the floor, some separating frames causing a mess. Some cupboard drawer doors became loose around the Hinges. The awning fabric began to come out of the sail track with normal deployment. Whilst on the Nullabor travelling at 90kph on the front body rubber seal strip came loose on the front cornet passenger side from the top corner all the way through to the bottom. We had to urgently repair the rubber strip with silicone and tape in order to keep travelling, unable to get to any repairer being hundreds of kms from any repairer. Warranty claims were impossible to submit or wait for given we were travelling in S. A and W. A. We had to replace the small drawer screws on the runners ouaelves in order to keep travelling and eliminate the issues recurring. In addition the build factory installed HDMI splitter box began to intermittently fail, due to not being secured at install according to the warranty section at Heatherbrae when the van was presently for inspection and further warranty claim on completion of our 3 month road trip. When compared to our 2018 model van, the new van was not built to a suitable standard to endure normal Australian sealed road conditions. A real pity.

Started off having to do work on it from new and now 8 years old and still needing work – Found many faults when new and took a lot of threats to get them fixed, warranty non existent.. The longer we owned it the more things popped up, doors fell off, outer vents blocked with silastic, cheap chinese tyres did not last. The most recent is the seating needs re upholstering even though we only use it twice a year. The leather look vinyl… Read more
is just that, looks like it, but has now disintegrated and fell apart. If you buy a Supreme be prepared to pay for fixes from day one.

Awesome family van - roomy and heaps of storage – Tows well and is perfect for family getaways or lifetime adventures. Spacious enough for 4 to actually eat around the table - only plus would be if the table could slide easily out the way or be folded over etc. to gain more room for lounging watching tv! Show reply
Perfect family van – We purchased our supreme classic new in 2017, we still absolutely love it. Heaps of storage we got an external storage door under the bunks which has been great for getting chairs / tables out. Solid build and tows well with our Isuzu MUX. Fully setup for free camping. Have had no issues with after service. This van was a very affordable deal with everything we needed. Cannot fault It. Show details · 1
A steady ship with plenty of accessories – Easy to tow. 2013 model. Few problems. Was not told about checking/replacing sacrificial anode in Hot Water system. I told Supreme that this should be part of standard service. Done 12,000km. Plenty of good accessories and features. Show details · 1
Our supreme van has been great – We bought our supreme classic in July 2017 and it has been fantastic. We had a few small issue but supreme Melbourne where great and went above and beyond to make things right. At the 12 month service they even moved around water tanks to distribute weight better when loaded. Its a very solid van and tows really well. I would recommend Supreme… Read more · 1
Melbourne to anyone looking at a new Caravan. Not sure if the negative reviews are due to other service agents around the country but we can only give our opinion on our experience and that has been great.
Supreme Rubbish – 31 Defects in just over 12 months on a brand new Supreme Classic. Some were extremely serious. Deceitful conduct by the Company and some staff. Poorly built with the cheapest shortcuts possible. Not to be trusted even with what they put in writing, it means nothing. Fridge was not the size they quoted in brochure. Cushions were not what was quoted in brochure. Their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Show details
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY – Be warned, if something goes wrong with your van they don't want to know you once you have made the final payment, Shoddy vans sold by shoddy people, They may have been good in the past but these days they take many manufacturing shortcuts. Show details

2016 Classic, very happy – we purchased this van new last year and so far have travelled across the nullabour ,up the centre, over to the east coast and back home to perth and couldn't be happier with our 18'6 van .17,000 kmtrs Show details
Excellent – We were new to caravanning so hence we had some doubts, however more than expected the caravan measured up to our expectation's. The quality of finish ease of towing and the general presentation of the interior with ample storage made our trips very comfortable and relaxed . We would highly recommend prospective buyers to consider Supreme. Show details
Supreme Caravan - satisfaction – This post is on behalf of Len and Carmal of Sarina. We are so far very happy with our new executive 21 ft van. Our van was purchased on the 6th July 2016. So far no complaints, everything has been finished to our satisfaction so hopefully we have purchased a trouble free travelling van. On our vans performance so far we would recommend Supreme to other people. Show details

Don't do it ! – Very poor quality very poor after sales service Supreme will not and do not take any responsibility for the build quality. Take your money and run, the other way ! May 27th 2016 Update: Continuation of frustration, just to add more insult to my plight.having been redirected to yet another department of Supreme caravans surprise surprise no response after repeated emails.Second warning keep on running

Not happy – This supreme classic van is still not three years old and I've had so many troubles with it. First the fan in the shower stopped working, then if you don't slam the door on the fridge it will beep at you to say it's not closed. But worst of all was the crappy black hose that comes out of the hot water system. It would get a pin hole size hole in… Read more
it and leak till I would see water coming outside. That happened four times with each time cutting a length off to fix. Then just last month a major leak and it was from the hot water system itself. Now being only nearly three years old, I pull out the anode and it was a stick of wire. Nothing left on it. I had rang the company that had sold me the van way back when the pipe first leaked. I was told to ring the manufacturer of supreme caravans. Well they said it must be a transport problem, what? I didn't get anywhere with anyone so I ended up buying a new hot water system and replacing the plastic black hose with copper. I will never buy a supreme caravan again.
May 5th, 2016 update - Not happy.
Adding to my last post a couple of months ago. The blue cold water pipe that goes to the hot water system started leaking too. I had to replace it with copper as well. Then the main sink tap started leaking. What a joke these vans are. Plus the fan in the shower stopped working as well. For the money you pay for these vans, you would think that you would get better quality. I would like to see one or more of these people that have designed the supreme caravan stand in front of me coz it would get very ugly.
Great van but – Took delivery of out classic pop top 10 months ago, van was exactly what we ordered. A gas leak had been detected in the air conditioner prior to our arrival which Supreme attended to and rectified the problem before delivery. Went on a recent holiday on arrival had an electrical short contacted the dealer referred to CES who authorised… Read more
investigations into our problem once we had this done advised the warranty department who had a repairer out within a few days all done. Very prompt attention from the warranty department. One thing that was disappointing was the bed, hard as. New bed purchased, looking forward to enjoying many trips!
Time will tell – Just purchased a supreme classic we hope we don't go through the same problems we have just read on the reviews tonight. Arrived home and noticed no curtain on door. No toilet roll holder. No towel rail. Rang the dealer only to be told these items don't go with van what a joke. When we arrived to collect new van noticed wrong laminex on bench tops. Very disappointing. They need to lift thier game.
Supreme Classic 2014 – We have a couple of complaints. 1. The fridge in our van is just that-a fridge. The freezer won't freeze anything unless on high on gas or electric for at least 48hrs. What good is that to caravan people who travel to warm climates on lengthy trips. 2. The floor creaks in rear half of van when walked on. 3. The seats are far too low unless you have very short legs and could easily have been set higher.

Warrantee woes – Classic Lite, 4 months old. Toilet has never worked. Don't bother trying for warrantee, all you get is the run around
Warranty may as well not exist!! Don't be fooled by the sales guys like we where! – Like some of you Supreme where all helpful and accommodating up to collecting our van. After our first weekend trip away we sent Supreme a request for some minor warranty works to be done in November 2014. They told us to go to our local authorised dealer and get a quote, which we did in February 2015 (closed over Xmas). Here we are now June 19,… Read more
2015 and nothing has been approved to be repaired. The latest issue is when we turn the lights on in the car the brakes come on in the van. The washing machine leaks. The TV bracket is broken. The folding table is cracked. The floor covering has a small hole and is lifting at the join. The edging around the bed has come away. The seal around the vent above the toilet is twisted, does not seal, and the list goes on and on. Warranty department apparently are not allowed to talk to customers by phone everything must be done through email - what a joke. They promise to call back, another joke, they never do. I could go on but believe me DO NOT BUY A SUPREME CARAVAN. I will keep this blog up to date and let you know how we go. We are due to join our group of friends at the beginning of July this year for a trip and that is looking like a no go. WONDER if Supreme will pay our costs, when we can't go on this trip.
Wood rot – 2007 classic has wood rot at the front , top window in the ensuite ,bottom of the van where the stay arm for the awning is secured
Warranty Issues – We have a 2013 Supreme Classic. Lots of problems have occurred, 240 volt wiring failed earth leakage test, windows leaked, water pump failed, micro wave failed, 12 volt wiring poorly installed and the water pipe fitting had the wrong sealant used and this blocked the return valve. Our biggest problem is finding caravan repairers prepared to do… Read more
warranty work on any Supreme caravan. Getting work done is almost impossible and Supreme are less than helpful at every turn. Life's a dream (nightmare) when your in Supreme. Our layout is good, we designed much of it. Service work leaves a lot to be desired. Supreme always find a reason for it not to be their fault.
Warranty issues – Purchased a supreme classic from the perth dealer Have on going warranty issues from day one .08/09/13. Very poor Back up. Still waiting to be contacted by the dealer.Going to consumer affairs to try to get issuse"s fixed. .Repairs carried out To sliding door very poor . Just wandering is it going to be the same Results.
