buy several pairs of footwear.

Purchased the following brands: Roxy, Billabong, & KUSTOM.

Prices that I paid were heavily reduced with the cheapest price of $9.10 to the most expensive price of $17.49. Some of these footwear items were over $40.00 original price tag. Yes, Absolute Bargains! - See my included photos.

Online shopping was easy to navigate and find what I wanted regarding footwear type, sizes and checkout process.

The online store had a good selection of sizes and footwear styles available, including a size chart, as well as women’s and men’s clothing, accessories and much more.

The delivery wait times were good considering that my purchase was made during the busy Christmas & New Year’s holiday period. Delivery from Victoria to Adelaide was quick once the parcel was dispatched.

Upon receiving the package and opening, All of the footwear was packaged well individually in recyclable bags and arrived in perfect condition in a large postal bag. No damage. Great that they have recyclable wrapping/bags!

My only negative experience is the CouriersPlease courier driver who delivered my package. He knocked once and was leaving as I opened the front door. I didn’t know where my delivery was because it wasn’t on my doorstep. It’s a long story and not suitable for this review, and I’m going to write a separate review for this courier company. Let’s just say that the extremely poor communication from the courier delivery driver was stressful and unhelpful, unprofessional.

Delivered in a safe place: No it was not! Quickly I went online to contact the courier company to complain and find out what happened with my package, they told me he had left my package behind a trash can. This is not a safe place to drop off valuable items especially because I live in a group of units and anyone could have stolen my package. My bin (trash can) is sitting in front of my garage roller door! And the package was clearly visible to anyone walking past my unit, this I immediately noticed when I went outside to find and collect it.

Surf Dive and Ski didn’t have the option of having Sign On Delivery with their standard delivery and there wasn’t an option to select express etc either. This would be a valuable option for customers to have available. Especially when the courier drivers don’t have a proper safe place for drop off, instead leave it in a visible place.

Do I recommend shopping online with Surf Dive & Ski? Yes. I was happy with the quality of products, the very affordable prices, dispatch and arrival times. everything else.

Don’t get what you pay for and RUDE sales people – I paid for premium shipping, delivery with in 2-5 business days…. They sent it standard shipping 10-15 business days!! Won’t get it in time. Online service is absolutely zero. Regular customer instore buy will never buy from them again. Courier delivered to wrong address. Had to walk around my neighbourhood to identify the front door from the pic that was sent to me by the delivery guy. Gave them the address that parcel was delivered to. Still got the run around from Couriers Please and Surf, Dive and Ski. Had to get PayPal to request a refund instead.

Unsubscribing is impossible – Unsubscribing is impossible I've reported this sds website to the ACCC for not honouring the customers choice to unsubscribe. Its illegal and like woolworths found out comes with a hefty fine.

Blew my mind....Lucky I am an honest person as I easily could have loaded the rather large shopping bag I had with me full of goods !!! You can't return the item in store! – This is pathetic and never heard from before - if you pay for your items using PayPal then you can't return them in-store and instead have to pay for the items to be returned to their online store. No return in store from BNPL payments is understandable but how is PayPal different from Credit Card payment? No Customer Service – Do not buy online from this store. There is no customer service, so you can’t return a product if wrong size. The store actually sent me the wrong product (a men’s shoe rather than the women’s sizing), and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone to let them know - even through Instagram. Fractured Omnichannel – My daughter had a gift voucher to use with SDS. The products she wanted was only available online but you cant use the gift voucher online, only instore. The salesperson who answered my call at 9:50 am was absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful, and with an attitude.

She repeatedly 1. Told me that she does not know the answer, for at least 6-7 times, so as to close off the conversation 2. Kept talking on top of me 3. Referred me to Converse and men's shoes sizing, which is inequivalent to the Dr Martens' ladies shoes 4. Told me she cannot help 5. After I insisted for further assistance, she spoke to her colleague "I told her I don't know, she doesn't like it". 6. Refused to provide her name

I have tried to be reasonable with her and explained to her of the challenge I am facing and the assistance I am hoping to get, and I would be much appreciated if she could help, but she did not bother at all.

After I insisted for further assistance, she advised that she does not know about the web site and I will have to contact customer service.

The salesperson is not providing good service. It was indeed very unprofessional and disrespectful.

With the person's unprofessionalism, poor customer service and attitude perhaps she does not suitable to be working in the industry.

Terrible online service – I placed an online order 10 days ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched, I’ve sent 4 emails regarding when it will be sent and still nothing yet they keep sending g me emails to review their customer service. I’m not holding my breath for my order to arrive and will be lodging with ACCC if I hear nothing in 2 more days. I won’t purchase from there again.

assured that had been done and my item would now ship within 48hrs. Another week plus goes by. I call again..... Got a similar excuse and advised 3.5+ wks was an unacceptable period of time to wait for a pair of shoes supposedly in stock. Was told I couldn't cancel my order as it was too far through the shipping process and would be despatched the following day. The following day was actually 4 more days before despatch!! When they were finally shipped they arrived overnight, which was the only positive part of this entire experience.

I might go to SDS in store again as they do stock some good products BUT I will NEVER use them online again. My son waited a MONTH for a pair of shoes that were supposedly in stock on 2nd February.

Slow shipping – I made an order with express shipping (1-2 days) to Melbourne metro and it took 8 full days to arrive. The order took 5 days to be processed and 3 days to ship. The website did not mention how long the processing time would be so the order took longer to arrive than I had expected. In comparison a package I bought at the same time from the UK with standard shipping only took 10 days to arrive. As for the products they were perfect! Show details
