Kloster Suzuki Hamilton poor Customer service
I bought Demo Suzuki Ignis from Kloster Suzuki Hamilton NSW. Customer service was really poor and unprofessional did not provided log book with this car. Odometer was nearly 10000Km so required servicing before they handover to me but they did not serviced. However calling them may time for logbook and for servicing but they making story and did not provided my service logbook and did not reimbursed servicing cost. It is really bad choice to buy car from Kloster Suzuki Hamilton

Went to 2 Suzuki dealers.
Both weren’t able to write my name properly.
No car for sale.
Interested to sell car only to cash on hand ABN holders.
Salesman has no welcome or goodbye attitude.
Ended up buying Kia.
Beware of the Suzuki dealers.
Suzuki car and its Sydney Parramatta dealer
Going forward, I would avoid getting Suzuki vehicles and specially wont go to their dealer named Action Suzuki Parramatta. Booked Suzuki Jimny with their Parramatta dealer in Sydney, the wait for the order was over a year which was OK with me. Didn't hear anything from the dealer for months about the order so went back a few weeks ago to check the order. Sales guy told us the price went up. Instantly decided to cancel the order. Not sure whether it was inline with legal requirement for the price hike that we settled on the order. Didn't bother to argue, to avoid any future issues with Suzuki and its dealer if we would get the car. NO more Suzuki in my wish list. And No more visit to their Parramatta dealer.
SUZUKI A BUNCH OF AMATEURS
unfortunately my Suzuki was recalled due to the airbag recall. They Towed my car away Thursday morning informing me they would contact me once they checked if the airbag was faulty and it was but no one contacted me back. So I had to contact them late that afternoon and surprise they wondered why no one contact me (it's called unprofessionallism Susuki).
They told me they would be in contact Friday morning (Joke set-up) to offer complementary car while they decided on how to compensate me. Again no one contacted me that morning so (Punch lin...e) I had to contact them 7 times at my local dealer and they just sent me on the ring-around and just blame everyone else but didn't provide any solution (I thought you were the experts). In the end they took my car and now it has to be destroyed. They didn't give me a replacement or payment or complementary car so I have no way of getting to work or anywhere over this october long weekend. (thank-you Suzuki I hope all your staffs long weekend was fantastic though) I know there wasn't any money transaction so I wasn't that important to you but at very least treat me like a valued customer. Very very dissatisfied Suzuki owner.
Sadly I must agree
The cars are great but the dealers are woeful. Perhaps I see this because I'd like to order a Jimny. The dealers know that they can sell these as they arrive (probably at a rip-off premium) so they aren't interested in normal purchasers. This destroys the brand as loyal customers expect better treatment. The dealer here has had a near-new (demonstrator I guess) Jimny for which they have been asking $36k . That's about $5k over the RRP - happily the locals seem to be too smart to fall for this gouging as the car has been sitting there for several weeks. They will accept a deposit on a new one but will not nominate either a final price or a delivery date. Amazing.
Fed up customer
I have had a Suzuki Swift for almost 2 years and I was really happy about my purchase and service until we moved house.
I recently try to have my car service as Mandurah Suzukki, worst service ever, worst customer support and a total lack of respect for my property. It’s been almost 4 weeks and I am still waiting for spare parts I paid for but did not receive. After I had to wait 3 weeks to get the service done.
That’s not the worst, my cars oil cap was not replaced after the top up and the whole engine was full of oil, now I ask how does t...he supervisors or work shop manager check if the work was done, have they even taken the car for a test drive. If they did that would be noticed straight away, or you can smell the burning oil. I Keep getting ignored by the branch, I have send emails and only reply was, “We apologise for your experience but hope this does not affect how you feel about Suzuki “ So now I have been left to social media to make you aware that you are not a valuable customer, they try to tell people, they only take your money and no service. Again this was only at Mandurah Suzukki, the rest of my experience was great.
Tony and Curt were very professional and prompt with dealing with my enquires from overseas.
No forced salesmanship and transaction went smoothly.
Great contact maintained and thorough information given.
Very happy with my Jimny.
Bad experience with Gardner Zusuki, Cannington, Perth, WA.
I bought one Suzuki Boleno from Gardner Zusuki, Cannington, Perth, WA two weeks before.
The sales person ([name removed]) agreed tint warranty documents send to me via email. But I didn't get anything yet. I am not happy to do any further dealings with this dealer and the sales person.

Suzuki Kizashi clutch bracket
Clutch bracket broke 4 years ago, repaired then broke again 15 months ago . Suzuki supplied new updated bracket but broke and they will not supply a new bracket under warranty
Would not have my car serviced by Suzuki dealers if the service was free
Suzuki valve lash clearance is supposed to be done every 30k km as part of normal service and should include replacing the shims to adjust the gaps as necessary. By the time the engine reaches 100k all gaps would be well out of specs and would have required swapping and replacing some shims.
These shims are like hens teeth in Australia as dealers don't stock them despite being consumable items and required for a by the book service.
I was recently quoted 6-8 weeks to get these shims from Japan and you may be thinking I must have a very rare ...
They want you to lose your warranty!
I was late on the 40,000 and 50,000km capped-price service. My car only has 16,500km on it. Got told it is now lapsed, too bad, don't care. etc. Just warning everybody. I was happy to pay the 40k cost of $200 plus the 50k cost of $175 to bring it back into line but it seems like Suzuki just want you to lose your warranty. I will never go back. No reminders or anything from Suzuki that my warranty will expire. Nothing. Bunch of jerks!!
Knowing my warranty had lapsed they called me to come in for the service pay for the 40k and 50k and it will be ok for $375. When I turned up today they wanted to charge me $600 and then told me it had lapsed.
Will not go back!
Wanted brand new Suzuki vehicle. Terrible experience with one of Managers. Felt harrassed, delivery date a disaster, didnt register on time, problems with parts. Delays, aggressive, Staff continually leaving.Costings and paperwork errors. Forgot to fit some accessories. Didnt get $500 gift card listed on contract. No one takes responsibility or makes decisions to rectify to look after customers.

Norris Motor Suzuki Nundah -Beyond Belief?
My very first Suzuki and what a disastrous choice.
It went downhill from the pickup day
1. Pre-Delivery checks were not done, passenger door was damaged ( scratches) packaging marks all over the car, no setup performed. Sale guy took photos of damage and promised would be fixed on 1000 km service.
2. Service day arrives after two weeks..
A few issues identified and left with Norris Motor Suzuki.. Should have realized when no-one at the service center had a clue how Android Auto worked this would be a disaster.
3. Paint scratches from pre-deli...
Customer care non existant
I purchased my Suzuki Vitara in September 2018, was happy with the car until a couple of niggling problems appeared. The first problem was that the car emitted a groaning noise as I reversed down my driveway in the mornings. The second was that no matter how many times I requested an address or repeated words the satnav would not direct me but instead gave me such ludicrous locations around Australia that in utter frustration I used my phone for locations. Ridiculous when the satnav was a feature I had insisted on having in a new car. I took...the car in for its first service and stated I wanted the issues rectified. Returning 3 hours later I was informed there was nothing wrong with the brakes or the satnav. I was told by the service manager that the brakes needed to be used for 5000km in order to eradicate the noise. I've had new cars and not once did I have to break in the brakes. I was spoken to with a condescending tone that made me feel stupid for not knowing that. I was given a loan car for the day. There were take away food wrappers on the front seat, hair scrunchies, paper coffee cups and an unused tampon in the console. I was disgusted at the lack of respect for me that they presented me with a car in that state. I was also told that the satnav was working correctly but all addresses had to be entered manually. I paid for the oral navigation feature and now it was useless. It is now August 2019 and today the car was looked at again by Wangara Suzuki. Apparently the brake pads get a layer of salt on them over night and this makes the noise when I apply brakes in the mornight, it also happens to the cars in their yard which by the way is in an industrial area and no where near the coast. Absolute utter rubbish. In regards to the satnav, thats as good as it gets. Suzuki cant afford to replace it with a unit that actually works. The fact that I paid for their cheap and inferior unit that doesnt work isnt a problem for them. The service manager stated that if I'd wanted a fail proof system I should have paid more and purchased a BMW or an Audi. This company has serious problems when dealing with their customers. They lie to cover up poor salesmanship and defects with their product. Really, I should have bought a Honda!
A Suzuki saleman was strange
I went to this suzuki dealershop with my mother in-law to help buying her new car. The salesman was very interested in my car (vw golf gti) rather than trying to sell a car to my inlaw. He even asked me if I want to trade in my car although I clearly told him we were there for inlaws car. Not professional and very strange.

Very bad customer service from [name removed]. Very rude. Cannot believe the service is this bad. Blames customer for poor communication between team. Should not be in sales. Worst experience ever
Suzuki Newcastle Hamilton is the best car dealership to buy a car from.
