decent car with faults on many fronts
purchased 2021 from goulburn suzuki and got first service done in canberra at suzuki dealer and drove off and noticed the bonnet flexing. realised they didnt shut the bonnet before handing to customer. next service at 10k went back to selling dealer in goulburn thinking it was just that one service department. picked up car and drove off and guess what, say issue with the service department failing to close the bonnet. if 2 separate suzuki dealership service departments cant close a bonnet then what else are they messing up.
android auto intermittent and service department says its the usb socket that needs replacing at MY cost, not covered under warranty. not happy and will never buy suzuki again.
Suzuki Vitara
Do not buy Suzuki I bought my Suzuki Vitara 2016 model brand new and always had it serviced at Suzuki on time and just after the warranty expired I had engine failure I took it to Suzuki and they tell me the piston is cracked and the whole bottom end engine needs to be replaced this is only after 70000 kms and they said it’s not a manufacturer problem and will not be covering and costs. They said it would cost $13000 for replacement parts and would Take months to get, I can’t believe you buy a brand new car and have these problems only after do...
Read moreing 70000 kms and keep your services up to date at Suzuki service centres and they don’t want anything to do with it I am so dissatisfied with this car manufacturer you may expect this with a car that has done 4-5 hundred thousand kms but not after 70000 kms Do Not Buy SuzukiSuzuki swift sports 2016
I have a Suzuki swift sports 2016 it’s done around 130,000kms and been very well looked after considering I bought it brand new!
It has been serviced at Suzuki for years it was last serviced here in November 2021. 4 months later the transmission blows up whilst I was driving, no warning signs before hand nothing. Just blew up and would no longer drive forward!
I called and spoke to Garry Warren and Smith Suzuki and explained the issue and stated that it was only serviced 4 months ago, asked why or how this wasn’t picked up or noted on the s...
Read moreervice book that the transmission fluid had been changed ect. They were so unhelpful, and felt like they couldn’t care less even though it was serviced 3 months ago with them!!!!!!!!! Now I’m left with a car with a blown transmission and I have been loyal to Suzuki for many years and they were not helpful at all!!!!!!!! Now I’m up for 6k to replace the transmission! And someone at Suzuki quoted me 14k!!! It’s just a joke! a loyal paying customer and what do you get in return? absolutely nothing and no explanation!!!!!!! It’s actually disgusting. Will not buy a Suzuki again!!!!- 3 reviews
All the reviews proving their bad customer service
I have really bad experience with them. You approach them just to buy a car or service. Pls don't go there if you need help. They will make you feel like you are dirt and they are the supreme ones. Go and buy a Suzuki from gardner autos if you really want to waste your time and hard earned money.

Horrific experience
I purchased a brand new Suzuki IGNIS GLX from Suzuki Westpoint Auto on the 17th Sep 2021. Within 2 weeks of purchase, car failed to drive. Towed the car to Suzuki and they diagnosed the car as Faulty Transmission. They said we are going to replace the transmission. I said to them I do not accept to repair a brand new car which I purchased for 26K only 2 weeks ago and I want my money back. However they do not accept this. Do not buy Suzuki from Susuki QLD as they are Sharks with no care or support.

Cant wait to end my time with Suzuki and go back to Nissan
Dealers have abhorrent service and when you complain to actual Suzuki you get nothing as they listen to the dealers.
They blocked me from posting the truth about them on Facebook and Insta. I should be able to have my say , not just them.
Hopefully people read this and change there mind on buying Suzuki. I will continue to let everyone I know, about the customer service that doesn’t exist whatever way I can.
Have had problems and they are never fixed properly or told they don’t exist. My cameras continue to turn off and things keep breaking ...
Kloster Suzuki Hamilton poor Customer service
I bought Demo Suzuki Ignis from Kloster Suzuki Hamilton NSW. Customer service was really poor and unprofessional did not provided log book with this car. Odometer was nearly 10000Km so required servicing before they handover to me but they did not serviced. However calling them may time for logbook and for servicing but they making story and did not provided my service logbook and did not reimbursed servicing cost. It is really bad choice to buy car from Kloster Suzuki Hamilton
Best example of an
Went to 2 Suzuki dealers.
Both weren’t able to write my name properly.
Very unprofessional.
No car for sale.
Interested to sell car only to cash on hand ABN holders.
Salesman has no welcome or goodbye attitude.
Ended up buying Kia.
Beware of the Suzuki dealers.
Suzuki car and its Sydney Parramatta dealer
Going forward, I would avoid getting Suzuki vehicles and specially wont go to their dealer named Action Suzuki Parramatta. Booked Suzuki Jimny with their Parramatta dealer in Sydney, the wait for the order was over a year which was OK with me. Didn't hear anything from the dealer for months about the order so went back a few weeks ago to check the order. Sales guy told us the price went up. Instantly decided to cancel the order. Not sure whether it was inline with legal requirement for the price hike that we settled on the order. Didn't bother to argue, to avoid any future issues with Suzuki and its dealer if we would get the car. NO more Suzuki in my wish list. And No more visit to their Parramatta dealer.

SUZUKI A BUNCH OF AMATEURS
unfortunately my Suzuki was recalled due to the airbag recall. They Towed my car away Thursday morning informing me they would contact me once they checked if the airbag was faulty and it was but no one contacted me back. So I had to contact them late that afternoon and surprise they wondered why no one contact me (it's called unprofessionallism Susuki).
They told me they would be in contact Friday morning (Joke set-up) to offer complementary car while they decided on how to compensate me. Again no one contacted me that morning so (Punch lin...
Read moree) I had to contact them 7 times at my local dealer and they just sent me on the ring-around and just blame everyone else but didn't provide any solution (I thought you were the experts). In the end they took my car and now it has to be destroyed. They didn't give me a replacement or payment or complementary car so I have no way of getting to work or anywhere over this october long weekend. (thank-you Suzuki I hope all your staffs long weekend was fantastic though) I know there wasn't any money transaction so I wasn't that important to you but at very least treat me like a valued customer. Very very dissatisfied Suzuki owner.Sadly I must agree
The cars are great but the dealers are woeful. Perhaps I see this because I'd like to order a Jimny. The dealers know that they can sell these as they arrive (probably at a rip-off premium) so they aren't interested in normal purchasers. This destroys the brand as loyal customers expect better treatment. The dealer here has had a near-new (demonstrator I guess) Jimny for which they have been asking $36k . That's about $5k over the RRP - happily the locals seem to be too smart to fall for this gouging as the car has been sitting there for several weeks. They will accept a deposit on a new one but will not nominate either a final price or a delivery date. Amazing.
Fed up customer
I have had a Suzuki Swift for almost 2 years and I was really happy about my purchase and service until we moved house.
I recently try to have my car service as Mandurah Suzukki, worst service ever, worst customer support and a total lack of respect for my property. It’s been almost 4 weeks and I am still waiting for spare parts I paid for but did not receive. After I had to wait 3 weeks to get the service done.
That’s not the worst, my cars oil cap was not replaced after the top up and the whole engine was full of oil, now I ask how does t...
Read morehe supervisors or work shop manager check if the work was done, have they even taken the car for a test drive. If they did that would be noticed straight away, or you can smell the burning oil. I Keep getting ignored by the branch, I have send emails and only reply was, “We apologise for your experience but hope this does not affect how you feel about Suzuki “ So now I have been left to social media to make you aware that you are not a valuable customer, they try to tell people, they only take your money and no service. Again this was only at Mandurah Suzukki, the rest of my experience was great.Find out how Suzuki Dealers compares to other Car Dealerships

Bad experience with Gardner Zusuki, Cannington, Perth, WA.
I bought one Suzuki Boleno from Gardner Zusuki, Cannington, Perth, WA two weeks before.
The sales person ([name removed]) agreed tint warranty documents send to me via email. But I didn't get anything yet. I am not happy to do any further dealings with this dealer and the sales person.
